Abstract

本发明涉及一种制造水泥用的粉煤灰活化剂及其制作方法,将偏硅酸钠、氟硅酸钠、三聚磷酸钠按一定比例混合,加热后干燥脱水后粉碎。本发明具有活化效果好的优点,生产的水泥在抗压和抗折强度方面尤为突出,大大超过国家标准。

粉煤灰活化剂
本发明涉及一种制造水泥用的粉煤灰活化剂及其制作方法。
现有的粉煤灰活化剂，如上海化工研究院研制的活化剂、安徽大学研制的HB活化剂、南昌大学研制LZ活化剂，活化效果不够理想，致使生产的水泥在抗压和抗折强度方面不够理想。
本发明的目的就是要提供一种活化效果好，使生产的水泥在抗压和抗折强度方面达到较好水平的煤灰活化剂。
实现本发明目的的技术方案为，该粉煤灰活化剂是通过以下步骤制成的：
1、混合：按重量百分比将氧化钙30％～50％、偏硅酸钠20％～30％、氟硅酸钠20％～30％、三聚磷酸钠6％～10％；
2、加热：温度50℃～80℃，时间2～4小时
3、干燥：使水分小于3.0％；
4、粉碎：细度在150目以上。
本发明具有活化效果好的优点，生产的水泥在抗压和抗折强度方面尤为突出，大大超过国家标准。
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详述，下表为几组ISO法实验数据，其中粉煤灰使用量为35％，活化剂使用量为1.7％，氧化钙、偏硅酸钠、氟硅酸钠、三聚磷酸钠四种成分使用量是指其使用量占活化剂的重量百分比；

Claims (2)

1、粉煤灰活化剂，该粉煤灰活化剂是通过以下步骤制成的：
①、混合：按重量百分比将氧化钙30％～50％、偏硅酸钠20％～30％、氟硅酸钠20％～30％、三聚磷酸钠6％～10％；
②、加热：温度50℃～80℃，时间2～4小时；
③、干燥：使水分小于3.0％；
④、粉碎：细度在150目以上。
2、根据权利要求1所述粉煤灰活化剂的制作方法，包括以下步骤：
①、混合：按重量百分比将氧化钙30％～50％、偏硅酸钠20％～30％、氟硅酸钠20％～30％、三聚磷酸钠6％～10％；
②、加热：温度50℃～80℃，时间2～4小时；
③、干燥：使水分小于3.0％；
