本发明涉及木材的保存方法。
WO96/36615和97/00612描述了各种用作防治植物病害的杀真菌剂的环脲。
我们发现,有一类化合物对于防治木材致害真菌非常有效,由其是防治引起腐烂的担子菌纲和破坏木材外观的边材蓝变真菌。
本发明提供化合物I用于防治木材致害真菌的用途:其中R是:a)

或b) 其中各R1相同或不同,是C1-4烷基,C1-4烷氧基,三氟甲基或卤素,n是0-3。
可用以上化合物防治的真菌例如:青冈边材腐朽病菌(Coriolus versicolor),黄杨根腐病菌(Poria placenta),洁丽香菇菌(Lentinus lepideus),杂色栓菌病菌(Trametes versicolor),泪菌病菌(Serpula lacrymans),湿腐粉孢革菌(Coniophoraputeana)和密粘褶菌(Gloeophyllum trabeum)。
通常,腐木真菌似乎是由2种以上真菌组成的复杂菌群。
我们还发现,化合物I在与其他杀木材致害真菌剂联用时特别有效,所述其他杀真菌剂例如:氟喹唑(fluquinconazole),戊唑醇(tebuconazole),二氯萘醌,多菌灵,咪鲜安,硅氟唑(sipconazole)和环唑醇。
可将化合物I配制成常规液体制剂形式,其中一般包含有表面活性剂及其他常规添加剂,并且,通常在用水稀释后施用。其浓度范围较宽,例如0.001-10wt%,较好的是0.1-1wt%。
以下将通过实施例来阐明本发明。
实施例1抗木材致害真菌活性的活体试验
将刚伐下的10cm松木薄边板材切割成20cm长。每6片板材为平行试验组中的一份,交替堆叠成6层高的一捆。每一种处理的平行试验组包括3份。
对同一平行试验组中的各份木材用同一种待测化合物的处理溶液分别进行处理。将每捆6层的木材浸入测试液,同时将一条1cm的纵向条带保持清洁。将板材轻轻分开,使处理液可在板材之间自由流动。处理时间约为10秒,然后将板材从处理液中取出,沥干多余的液体,将板材装入聚乙烯袋中。袋子的背面有一个孔,可放出多余的湿汽,但可保持内部高湿度。
将装在袋中的板材放在18℃的暖房中,接受自然光照。各捆木材分开放置,不要堆叠。定期翻动木材捆以确保捆内水分均匀。
5周后进行测评。对每一捆木材中相邻板材的接触面进行边材蓝变菌感染百分比,担子菌纲聚集区面积百分比和烟霉聚集区面积百分比测定。因为每捆有6片板材,所以每捆有5个读数。以未处理板材为对照计算感染水平的相对百分比。
将10EC的化合物A(WO9636615的实施例59)稀释至所需浓度用于处理。与市售产品Evotek(23%的咪鲜安和多菌灵的悬乳液)进行比较。结果如下:

显然,所述化合物对于防治边材蓝变菌和烟霉明显优于Evotek,而且还能防治Evotek所不能防治的担子菌。以上对木材致病真菌的广谱效果是出人意料的。
实施例2抗木材致害真菌活性的体外试验
将化合物A在麦芽琼脂中配制成不同浓度,将琼脂倒入培养皿。在琼脂板中央接种4mm腐木真菌的菌丝团。培养板在20℃暗房内放置7天,然后评价化合物A的抗真菌效果。结果如下:
