Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于机床的设备,所述设备包括一锥形底座(1),在其大直径的端部区域具有法兰(5),在该法兰上具有在直径方向上相反的凹进部分(9),每个所述凹进部分具有一底部(8),凹进部分(9)之一的底部(8)上设置一孔(10),如果需要,设备组成部分元件(11)可以被容纳和固定在孔(10)内。如果所述元件(11)被容纳在孔(10)内,元件(11)的自由端表面突出到所述凹进部分(9)的底部(8)之外一些距离。

发明领域
本发明涉及一种符合权利要求1前序部分的用于机床的设备。
背景技术
通过诸如美国专利US4,818,161,用于机床的圆锥体形夹具已经成为众所周知。它们可以根据不同的标准而发展,例如德国工业标准(DIN)或国际标准(ISO)。例如在使用DIN标准时,当使用DIN2080和DIN69871时,涉及两种不同的圆锥体,它们在圆锥体的尺寸方面,彼此非常接近。例如所述圆锥体具有相同的锥角。然而在更换刀具使用所述圆锥体时,这些圆锥体彼此不相互兼容。在符合DIN2080的圆锥体中,在大直径端表面上,直径方向上相反的凹进部分具有相同的深度,而在DIN69871中,对应的凹进部分具有不同的深度。符合DIN2080的圆锥体基本上适用于人工更换刀具,而符合DIN69871的圆锥体基本上适用于自动更换刀具。
关于在圆锥体小直径端的凹进部分的内螺纹,DIN2080和DIN69871两者都有米制标准和英制标准。
有些ISO297所描述的圆锥体也基本上对应于DIN2080圆锥体。
有些ISO7388所描述的圆锥体也基本上对应于DIN69871圆锥体。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种符合权利要求1前序部分的设备,其中锥形底座可以被改变,因而它能够适用于至少两种不同的DIN或ISO标准。
本发明的另一个目的是,对于小直径端的凹进部分的内螺纹,锥形形状底座可以被改变成公制标准或英制标准。
本发明的另一个目的是,具有一体的切削刀具的圆锥体可以在多种机床上使用。
利用具有权利要求1特征部分的特征的设备,至少可以实现本发明的主要目的。本发明的优选实施例在从属权利要求中被确定。

图1示意性显示了锥形底座和DIN圆锥体一些可能的变型,基于所述底座实现所述变型;
图2是一个符合DIN2080的圆锥体的小直径端表面的端视图;
图3是一个符合DIN69871的圆锥体的小直径端表面的端视图;
图4详细地显示了圆锥体底座的法兰上的凹进部分,所述凹进部分上具有螺孔。
优选实施例介绍
图1显示了符合本发明的锥形底座1。在锥形底座1的小直径端表面设置一个凹进部分2,该凹进部分内具有内螺纹3。在底座1的大直径端表面区域设置一个外环形法兰5,该法兰具有一个外环形槽7。法兰5也具有两个在直径方向上相反的凹进部分9,在图1中仅能看见一个所述凹进部分9。在所述凹进部分9内设置一螺纹孔10。法兰5上的凹进部分具有相同的深度。符合本发明的设备还包括图1所示的螺钉11,该螺钉将拧入螺纹孔10中。
符合本发明的设备也具有一些套筒12a、12b、12c、12d,这些套筒都具有外螺纹13,这些外螺纹和底座1上的凹进部分2的内螺纹3相匹配。套筒12a~12d也具有内螺纹14a、14b、14c、14d。螺纹14a和14c是相同的米制螺纹,同时螺纹14b和14d是相同的英制螺纹(英寸)。套筒12a和12b成对出现(go in pairs),因而当套筒12a和12b中的每一个在底座1的端表面上被设置在底座1上时,获得一种符合DIN69871的设计。套筒12a具有米制内螺纹14a,同时套筒12b具有英制内螺纹14b。采用相应的方式,套筒12c和12d成对出现,因而当套筒12c和12d中的每一个被设置在底座1上时,获得一种符合DIN2080的设计。套筒12c具有米制内螺纹14c,同时套筒12d具有英制内螺纹14d。
图2是一个符合DIN2080的圆锥体的端视图,图3是一个符合DIN69871圆锥体的端视图。如图2所示,在符合DIN2080的圆锥体上,法兰5’上的凹进部分9’具有相同的深度,如上所述,该圆锥体最好适用于人工更换刀具。从图3上可以明显地看到,在符合DIN69871的圆锥体上,法兰5”上的凹进部分9”a和9”b分别具有不同的深度d1和d2,如上所述,这种圆锥体最好适用于自动更换刀具。
图4详尽地显示了底座1的凹进部分9。在凹进部分9的底部8设置了一个内螺纹孔10,在图4中,螺钉11拧入所述螺纹孔10。螺钉11可以保持数据芯片(information chip)。图4清楚地显示,孔10具有肩部15,螺钉11的头部16抵靠着该肩部。通过使头部16的轴向延伸长度大于凹进部分9的底部8和肩部15之间的距离,确保螺钉11的自由端表面突出凹进部分9的底部8之外一些距离,使凹进部分9的深度被减少。因此通过按照图4所示安置螺钉11,实现了从DIN2080圆锥体向DIN69871圆锥体的转变,也就是凹进部分9的操作深度已经从d1减少到d2。因此即使使用符合DIN69871的圆锥体,也能确保圆锥体在主轴上的定向。本发明可以想象的修改
在上述本发明的实施例中,通过螺纹结合,螺钉11紧固在底座1上。在本发明的范围内,具有多种确保螺钉11在底座1上的方式。作为一种非限制性示例,可以利用卡口连接实现所述固定。
Claims (7)
1、一种用于机床的设备,所述设备包括一锥形底座(1),在其大直径的端部区域具有法兰(5),在该法兰上具有在直径方向上相反的凹进部分(9),每个所述凹进部分具有一个底部(8),其特征在于:
每个凹进部分(9)包括一孔(10),在需要时,构成设备的一部分的元件(11)被容纳和固定在孔(10)内,当元件(11)被容纳在孔(10)中时,元件(11)的自由端表面突出到所述一个凹进部分(9)的底部(8)之外一些距离。
2、根据权利要求1所述设备,其特征在于:元件(11)包括螺钉,该螺钉和孔(10)的内螺纹相互配合。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述设备,其特征在于:孔(10)具有肩部(15),元件(11)具有头部(16),所述头部将与该肩部(15)相互配合。
4、根据上述任一个权利要求所述设备,其特征在于:在所述底座(1)的小直径端部具有一个凹进部分(2)。
5、根据权利要求4所述设备,其特征在于:所述凹进部分(2)内设置有内螺纹(3),构成设备的一部分的套筒(12a~12d)具有外螺纹,所述套筒被容纳在所述凹进部分(2)内。
6、根据权利要求5所述设备,其特征在于:所述套筒(12a;12c)具有米制内螺纹(14a;14c)。
7、根据权利要求5所述设备,其特征在于:所述套筒(12b;12d)具有英制内螺纹(14b;14d)。
