Abstract
一种能够监测向至少一个电力需求装置提供的电力和修复至少一个电力需求装置中的故障的监测设备和方法。在该设备中,监测装置监测向至少一个电力需求装置提供的电力。监测装置输出电力状态信息和当至少一个电力需求装置中发生故障时,修复至少一个电力需求装置中的故障。一服务器分析来自监测装置的电力状态信息。服务器输出分析结果并根据分析结果提供电力输出信息。服务器根据分析结果向监测装置提供用于修复故障的控制信号。
Description
本发明的背景
1.本发明的领域
本发明涉及一种远程电力(energy)监测设备,更具体地说,涉及一种用于监测向至少一个电力需求装置提供的电力的设备和方法。
2.现有技术
在常规的电源监测方法中,远程中心站检测在电力需求装置中是否产生故障(obstacle)并显示故障发生的状态。相应地,在远程中心站的一个监督器向驻留在电力需求装置的工作人员通知故障发生的状态。该工作人员对故障作出响应,以便解决问题。然而,为了检测和控制电力,工作人员应总是和电力需求装置在一起。因此,用于人的花费增加。当远程中心站和工作人员之间未迅速进行接触,或者工作人员未迅速而适当地控制操作时,失去电源可能导致巨大的事故。
发明概述
因此,为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种能够监测向至少一个电力需求装置提供的电力以及修复至少一个电力需求装置的故障的设备和方法。
为了达到该目的,根据本发明,提供一种远程电力监测系统,该系统包括:
监测装置,用于监测向至少一个电力需求装置提供的电力并输出电力状态信息,以及当在至少一个电力需求装置中发生故障时,修复至少一个电力需求装置的故障;
服务器,用于分析来自监测装置的电力状态信息,输出分析结果,并根据分析结果提供电力输出信息,以及根据分析结果向监测装置提供用于修复故障的控制信号。
还提供一种远程电力监测方法,该方法包括步骤:
1)监测向至少一个电力需求装置提供的电力并输出电力状态信息;
2)分析来自监测装置的电力状态信息;
3)根据在步骤2)中的分析结果,判断在电力需求装置中是否发生故障;
4)当在电力需求装置中发生故障时,产生控制信号;以及
5)响应于该控制信号修复电力需求装置中的相应部分。
根据本发明,当在电力需求装置中发生故障时,利用控制程序控制故障和利用监测装置修复故障以防止事故。

下面参照图1详细介绍根据本发明的优选实施例的远程电力监测设备10。图1表示根据本发明的一个实施例的远程电力监测设备10。该远程电力监测设备10包括:监测装置102、服务器104、用户终端106和通信终端108。
监测装置102监测向至少一个电力需求装置提供的电力并根据监测结果输出电力信息。电力信息包括:电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率、视在功率、功率因数、最大功率、平均功率、频率、峰值负荷、不平衡系数、变压器(transformer)温度、变压器控制盘(panel)温度。监测装置102产生用于指示故障状态的告警信号、在一自身屏幕上显示故障状态、当在至少一个电力需求装置108发生故障时,修复至少一个电力需求装置108的故障。
服务器104分析来自监测装置102的电力信息并输出分析结果。服务器104根据分析结果提供电力输出信息。服务器104根据分析结果向监测装置102提供用于故障修复的控制信号。服务器102包括存储部分202和控制器204。
存储部分202存储电力状态信息和分析结果。存储部分202包括:电力状态信息数据库202a、故障信息数据库202b、控制信号数据库202c、用户信息数据库202d、出错信息数据库202e、组信息数据库202f、控制程序202g。电力状态信息数据库202a存储来自监测装置的电力状态信息。故障信息数据库202b存储当在至少一个电力需求装置108发生故障时指示故障状态的故障信息。控制信号数据库202c存储控制信号。用户信息数据库202d存储用户信息。出错信息数据库202e当在电力状态信息出错时存储指示出错状态的出错信息。组信息数据库202f当至少一个电力需求装置分成多个组时,存储电力需求装置列表。控制程序202g存储用于控制监测装置202的操作的程序。
控制器204根据分析结果判断在至少一个电力需求装置110中是否发生故障。控制器204控制存储部分202的操作。控制器204存储电力状态信息数据库202a中的经分析的电力状态信息并分析用户信息。
用户终端106通过因特网110向服务器203请求电力信息,以便接收来自服务器204的电力输出信息。用户终端106根据电力输出信息向服务器提供用户控制信号,以便修复至少一个电力需求装置110中的故障。
通信终端108使监测装置102通过通信网与服务器104通信联系。通信终端108通过通信网114将来自监测装置102的电力信息发送到服务器104。
下面参照图3详细介绍根据本发明的一个实施例的远程电力监测方法10。图3是用于说明根据本发明一个实施例的远程电力监测方法的流程图。
在步骤S301,监测装置102监测向至少一个电力需求装置110提供的电力,并向通信终端108输出电力信息。通信终端108通过通信网114将来自监测装置102的电力信息发送到服务器。
在步骤S302,服务器104的控制器202判断在来自通信终端108的电力信息中是否发生出错?
当在该电力信息中是否出错时,控制器202在存储部分204的出错信息数据库202e中存储出错信息(步骤S303)。
当在步骤S302判断在电力信息中发生出错时,控制器204判断在至少一个电力需求装置110中是否发生故障(步骤S304)。
按照步骤S304中的判断结果,当在至少一个电力需求装置110中未发生故障时,控制器204在存储部分202的电力状态信息数据库202a中存储电力信息(步骤S305)并向服务器用户发送该电力信息(步骤S306)。
当在步骤S304中判断在至少一个电力需求装置110中发生故障时,控制器204在存储部分202的故障信息数据库202b中存储故障信息(步骤S307)并向服务器用户发送该故障信息(步骤S308)。
服务器204在至少一个电力需求装置110中发生故障时,相应地产生用于修复故障的控制信号并通过通信网114向监测装置102和通信终端108发送该控制信号(步骤S309)。
监测装置102响应于来自服务器104的控制信号修复至少一个电力需求装置110中的相应部分(步骤S310)。
如上所述,根据本发明,当在电力需求装置中发生故障时,利用控制程序控制故障并利用监测装置进行修复,以便防止事故。
在不脱离本发明构思和基本特征的情况下,本发明可以另外的形式体现。因此,当前的实施例在所有方面均应认为是说明性的而不是限制性的,本发明的范围是由所提出的权利要求而不是由上面的介绍限定的。因此,在权利要求的含义及其等效范围内的所有变化都包含在其中。
Claims (9)
1.一种远程电力监测系统,该系统包括:
监测装置,用于监测向至少一个电力需求装置提供的电力并输出电力状态信息,以及当在至少一个电力需求装置发生故障时,修复至少一个电力需求装置中的故障;
服务器,用于分析来自监测装置的电力状态信息,输出分析结果,并根据分析结果提供电力输出信息,以及根据分析结果向监测装置提供用于修复故障的控制信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远程电力监测系统,其中该电力状态信息包括:电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率、视在功率、功率因数、最大功率、平均功率、频率、峰值负荷、不平衡系数、变压器温度、变压器控制盘温度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的远程电力监测系统,其中该监测装置产生用于指示故障状态的告警信号、在一自身屏幕上显示故障状态、当在至少一个电力需求装置发生故障时,修复至少一个电力需求装置中的故障。
4.根据权利要求1所述的远程电力监测系统,其中该服务器包括:存储部分,用于存储电力状态信息和分析结果;以及控制器,用于根据分析结果,判断在至少一个电力需求装置中是否发生故障,并控制监测装置的操作。
5.根据权利要求4所述的远程电力监测系统,其中存储部分包括:电力状态信息数据库、故障信息数据库、控制信号数据库、用户信息数据库、出错信息数据库、组信息数据库、控制程序数据库以及控制器;其中电力状态信息数据库用于存储来自监测装置的电力状态信息;故障信息数据库用于当在至少一个电力需求装置发生故障时存储指示故障状态的故障信息;控制信号数据库用于存储控制信号;用户信息数据库,用于存储用户信息;出错信息数据库用于当在电力状态信息出现出错时,存储指示出错状态的出错信息;组信息数据库用于当至少一个电力需求装置分成多个组时,存储电力需求装置列表;控制程序数据库用于存储用于控制监测装置的操作的程序;以及控制器用于存储电力状态信息数据库中的经分析的电力状态信息并分析用户信息。
6.根据权利要求1所述的远程电力监测系统,还包括用户终端,用于通过因特网向服务器请求电力信息,以便接收来自服务器的电力输出信息,并根据电力输出信息向服务器提供用户控制信号,以便修复至少一个电力需求装置中的故障。
7.根据权利要求1所述的远程电力监测系统,还包括通信终端,用于使监测装置通过通信网与服务器通信联系,以便将来自监测装置和服务器的电力信息和控制信号分别向服务器和监测装置发送。
8.一种远程电力监测方法,该方法包括步骤:
1)监测向至少一个电力需求装置提供的电力并输出电力状态信息;
2)分析来自监测装置的电力状态信息;
3)根据在步骤2)中的分析结果,判断在电力需求装置中是否发生故障;
4)当在电力需求装置中发生故障时,产生控制信号;以及
5)响应于该控制信号修复需求装置中的相应部分。
9.根据权利要求8所述的远程电力监测方法,还包括:判断在电力信息中是否出错;并当在该电力信息中发生出错时存储出错信息,以及当在该电力信息中发生出错时,执行步骤3)。
