Abstract
本发明提供一种热封装置,使用该装置进行密封时,即便是在对富含非水溶性纤维的蔬菜汁等进行灌装的场合并在液面下的苛刻条件下进行热封时,也能达到优良的热封。该装置由开闭自由的密封钳口23和对向错口25构成,用于对软管状包装材料在液面下按横断方向进行热封,在按照与密封钳口的作用面成为同一面地设置的高频线圈22的作用面上,设置有能够挤压在一条左右两侧呈圆形狭长状的密封带区域的中央部分并含有一部分曲线形状的突条31,在与密封带区域靠容器一方的外侧相邻接的作用面上设置有用于形成熔融热塑性树脂滞留部的沟槽34,并且按照与高频线圈上靠切口方的外侧相邻接地设置熔融树脂的流出部33。突条与沟槽之间的作用面优选设计成倾斜面36。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造能够长期保存的灌装在纸质容器中的液体饮料等的灌装包装机中使用的高频热封装置,更具体地说,本发明所涉及采用将灌装有液体饮料等内容物的软管状包装材料在液面下按横断方向进行高频热封,在进行热封时使包装材料最内层的熔融热塑性树脂流出到密封带区域之外的密封方式的高频热封装置。
现有技术
迄今为止,在制造灌装密封有饮料汁等液体的长方体等的包装容器时所使用的密封装置已知有如下所述的一些装置,例如象特公昭55-3215号公报中所述的密封装置,该装置使用一种由纸、铝箔、合成树脂制成的层压体作为包装材料,将该包装材料一边向前输送,一边将其连续地制成软管状,然后使用一种由具有高频线圈的密封钳口和具有由硬质橡胶制成的密封橡胶块的对向钳口共同构成的加压装置,将上述的软管状包装材料在液面下按横断方向进行热封,最后在已热封好的两条密封带区域之间用剪切刀将其切断。
另外,在特开昭58-134744号公报、特开平5-269854号公报、特开平7-164523号公报、特开平9-240607号公报中公开了一种层压材料的热封装置,在上述热封装置中,在其密封钳口的高频线圈的作用面上设置有截面呈矩形的突条,由于该突条的作用而将熔融的树脂挤出到密封带区域内。另外,在专利第2571977号公报中公开了这样一种热封装置,在该热封装置中考虑到如下的问题,也就是在热封时,熔融树脂从软管状包装材料的密封部流向容器一侧的情况下,在靠容器一侧的边缘部位形成了波纹状的熔融树脂珠粒,当容器受到外力的作用时,就会从树脂珠粒波纹状的顶部产生裂纹,从而会导致容器破裂,上述专利公报为了避免这一问题,在U字形高频线圈笔直部分的外侧(靠容器一侧)配置两个磁性体,对靠容器一侧的部分不予加热。
另外,特开平8-230834号公报公开了一种热封装置,在该热封装置中使用这样一种高频线圈,该高频线圈沿其纵向设置一条凸部,在该凸部的两侧各具有一条与该凸部平行地形成的沟槽,由于使用这样的高频线圈,即便是在包装材料的树脂发生熔化并被上述的凸部挤压的情况下,熔融的树脂也不会流出到密封带区域之外而是滞留在上述的沟槽内。另外,特开平8-244728号公报公开了一种热封装置,在该热封装置中使用这样一种高频线圈,该高频线圈的密封带区域形成部按照朝向其外侧(靠容器的一侧)逐渐张开的方式倾斜,这样,当在液面下对软管加压时,液体和熔融的树脂就能从密封带区域顺利地朝容器方向一侧排除。
另外,特开2000-53110号公报公开了这样一种热封装置,在该热封装置中,首先把由含有合成树脂层的层压体构成的包装材料制成软管状,然后使用一对具有加热机构并且开闭自由的加压构件,将上述的软管状包装材料在其液面下按横断方向进行热封,在该加压构件的至少一方的作用面上,按照与密封带区域靠容器一方的外侧相邻接的方式设置一条能够允许合成树脂滞留的沟槽,这样就能使已进入到软管内表面的微小凹凸部分的液体或污物与熔融树脂一起流出到密封带区域之外,从而达到了完全密封的目的,同时,所用的压缩强度不会导致由于流出到靠容器一侧的熔融树脂的作用而产生裂纹,从而能够达到优良的热封。
另外,特开2000-103413号公报公开了这样一种高频热封装置,该高频热封装置由一对具有高频加热机构并开闭自由的加压构件构成,所说高频加热机构能把由含有合成树脂层和导电性材料层的层压体构成的包装材料制成软管状,并能把该软管状包装材料在液面下按横断方向进行热封,在该高频热封装置的加压构件之一的作用面上按成为同一面地设置有高频线圈,在该高频线圈的作用面上设置有其横截面轮廓为圆弧形并包含一部分曲线形状的突条,该突条能够挤压在一条左右两侧呈圆形狭长状的密封带区域的中央部分,而且,按照与高频线圈靠切口一方的外侧相邻接的方式设置熔融热塑性树脂的流出部,并且密封带区域左右两侧部分的宽度比非左右两侧部分的宽度要窄,这样就能使得在包含被高频加热的密封带区域纵向的左右两侧部分在内的密封带纵向的全部区域内,没有液体饮料等的夹杂物存在于热塑性材料层之间,从而能够达到良好的密封。
另外,在特开昭62-52025号公报中公开了一种高频线圈,当高频线圈中有电流通过时就会在该高频线圈的周围产生高频电磁场,而该高频电磁场则在铝箔等的导电性材料中感应产生涡流,由于该涡流的作用而在导电性材料中产生热,该热量就会使得与导电性材料相邻接的热塑性树脂受热熔融,但是,如此感应产生的涡流却在铝箔等的导电性材料的两个端部形成圆形的电气回路,结果使得两端部的加热区域也变成圆形,从而导致在两端部被熔化的热塑性材料层的宽度变狭,该高频线圈以所说左右两侧部分较窄的密封带区域或者该密封带区域的非左右两侧部分作为基准,将上述直线状的突条设计成挤压在所说密封带区域的中央部分。本发明所要达到的目的
使用高频热封装置对灌装有液体饮料等内容物的软管状包装材料在有液体存在的状态下按横断方向进行热封,在该装置中,为了进行良好的热封,利用设置在高频线圈上的突条把通过高频加热而熔融的热塑性材料层相互压合在一起,这时,必须把存在于两层热塑性材料之间的液体饮料等夹杂物与熔融的热塑性树脂一起从上述突条的正下方挤压流出到突条两侧的区域,从而在突条的下方形成由不含夹杂物的热塑性树脂构成的薄层。然而,与液体接触的软管的内表面未必是完全平坦的,如果仔细地观察,可以看到其上面存在一些细微的凹凸形状。可是,在上述的特开昭58-134744号公报、特开平5-269854号公报、特开平7-164523号公报、特开平8-218805号公报或特开平8-230834号公报中记载的热封装置所采用的热封方式不能使熔融的树脂流出到密封带的区域之外而是使其滞留在密封带区域内,因此进入到软管内面微小凹凸部位的液体或污物就不能流出到密封带区域之外,从而不能达到充分的密封性。
另一方面,本发明者们发现,在进行密封时,为了把进入到所说凹凸部位的液体或污物从该区域排除,只需使密封带区域内的液体随同熔融树脂一起流出到密封带区域之外即可,至此便完成了在上述特开平8-244728号公报中记载的发明,按照使用该热封装置的方法,虽然可以把进入到凹凸部位的液体或污物完全排除,从而获得优良的密封性,但是流出到容器内侧的熔融树脂不能均匀地被挤出,从而在容器内侧的边缘部分形成波纹状的熔融树脂珠粒,因此在该密封工序之后使用成型机等进行的二次工序中,在容器承受压力的情况下就会从上述树脂珠波纹状的顶部产生裂纹,在极少的情况下甚至会发生漏液现象。于是,本发明者们开发出一种既能使树脂充分流动,又不会损害容器的压缩强度的热封装置,更具体地说,也就是开发出上述特开2000-53110号公报记载的热封装置,该装置能使进入到软管内表面上微小凹凸部位的液体或污物与熔融树脂一起流出到密封带区域之外,从而达到完全的密封性,同时能在不会导致由于流出到容器内侧的熔融树脂的原因而引起裂纹产生的压缩强度下,达到优良的热封。
另一方面,象上述特开昭62-52025号公报记载的那样,当使用U字型的高频线圈加热软管状夹有铝箔的包装材料时,形成一种环形的加热图案,结果使得沿密封带区域纵向的左右两侧部分的宽度比非左右两侧部分的宽度窄,例如使用一种具有高频线圈的高频热封装置,所说的高频线圈具有能够挤压密封带区域中的非左右两侧部分沿宽度方向的中央部分的直线突条等与加热图案不一致的直线状突条,当使用该装置进行热封时,所说的突条有可能挤压在软管状包装材料左右两端部的未熔融的区域上,从而有可能发生密封不良的情况,这是存在的问题。于是本发明者们开发了在上述特开2000-103413号公报中记载的热封装置,该装置形成的密封带宽度使得,在包含其密封带区域的宽度比非左右两侧部分的宽度窄并受到高频加热的密封带区域纵向的左右两侧部分在内的密封带区域纵向的全部区域内,在热塑性材料层之间不存在液体饮料等的夹杂物,从而可以达到良好的密封。
上述特开2000-53110号公报中记载的热封装置以及特开2000-103413号公报中记载的热封装置,虽然作为热封装置可以说是一种完成度高的装置,但是,即便使用这种完成度高的热封装置,在液面下这样苛刻的条件下进行热封时,其热封性能也未必能达到令人满意的程度。例如,在使用上述热封装置对富含非水溶性植物纤维的蔬菜汁进行液面下的高频热封时,可按100万个中有几个的比例检出密封不良的制品,虽然其原因尚未探明。本发明的目的是提供一种完成度非常高的热封装置,使用该装置,即便是在对灌装有富含非水溶性植物纤维的蔬菜汁的包装材料在液面下的苛刻条件下进行热封时,也不会发生密封不良的情况,从而能达到优良的密封。
实现本发明目的的手段
本发明者们为了达到上述目的而进行了深入研究,试制了许多个热封装置并用这些装置进行了以富含非水溶性植物纤维的蔬菜汁作为灌装液的试验,结果发现,使用下述的装置可以达到本发明的目的,即,在热封装置的高频线圈的作用面上设置1条能够挤压在密封带的中央部分的呈连续线状并包含一部分曲线形状的突条,而且在密封带区域内靠容器一方的外侧相邻接的作用面上设置一条能够形成熔融热塑性树脂滞留部的沟槽,并且与高频线圈靠切口一方的外侧相邻接地设置熔融热塑性树脂的流出部,使用这样的装置,即便是对灌装有富含非水溶性植物纤维的蔬菜汁的包装材料等在液面下的苛刻条件下进行热封,也不会发生密封不良的情况,从而可以达到优良的热封效果,由于这一发现,至此便完成了本发明。
也就是说,本发明涉及一种高频热封装置,该装置由一对具有高频加热机构并开闭自由的加压构件构成,用于将由含有热塑性树脂层和导电性材料层的层压体构成的包装材料制成软管状,并对该软管状的包装材料在液面下按横断方向进行热封,其特征在于,在与加压构件之一的作用面成为同一面地设置的高频线圈的作用面上,设置一条包含一部分曲线形状的突条,以使得能够挤压左右两侧呈圆形狭长状的密封带区域的中央部分,并在与靠容器一方的外侧相邻接的作用面上设置一条能够形成熔融热塑性树脂滞留部的沟槽,进一步与高频线圈靠切口一方的外侧相邻接地设置熔融热塑性树脂的流出部。
另外,本发明还涉及上述的高频热封装置,其特征在于,突条与沟槽之间的作用面是倾斜的,以便使得在挤压时的一对加压构件相互之间的间隙沿朝向沟槽的方向逐渐增宽;另外,本发明还涉及上述的高频热封装置,其特征在于,与高频线圈上靠容器一方的外侧相邻接地设置一条带状的磁性体;另外,本发明还涉及上述的高频热封装置,其特征在于,用于挤压密封带的中央部分的突条是贯穿密封带区域纵向全部区域且为横断连续的一条线状的突条;另外,本发明还涉及上述的高频热封装置,其特征在于,用于挤压密封带区域中央部分的突条的横截面轮廓呈圆弧状;另外,本发明还涉及上述的热封装置,其特征在于,上述的沟槽是一条截面呈圆弧状并且其深度尺寸比宽度尺寸的1/2还小的沟槽。

发明的实施方案
作为使用本发明高频密封装置的灌装机,例如如图1所示,具有:用于按滚筒状支持包装材料薄带1的重绕机、用于将薄带由重绕机顺次地卷绕的卷绕装置、用于将被卷绕的薄带在杀菌后成型为软管状的软管成型装置、用于向已成型为软管状的薄带内灌装流动性内容物的给液管2、用于把已灌装内容物的软管往下方输送大体上相当于1个容器的长度并沿横向将其密封以使其连续地成型为枕状容器3的横向密封装置4、设置在横向密封装置的下方用于把呈悬吊状态的枕状容器的密封部切断以便一个一个地将容器切离的切断装置5、用于把已切离的枕形容器3的端部折弯并将其整形为最终形状的长方体状容器6的容器整形装置。
另外,作为上述的横向密封装置4,可以使用例如在特公平1-23366号公报中公开的装置。该横向密封装置4,如图2所示,具有升降自由并且可逆地转动自由的垂直圆柱10;与垂直圆柱10同时升降并且安装在垂直圆柱10上的升降框架11;各自支持在升降框架11上前后一对的摇臂12、13,该摇臂12、13以处于下部并相互平行的一对水平轴心作为中心进行摇动;按照相互面向地各自固定在各摇臂12、13上前后一对具有高频线圈的加压构件14、15;用于摇动两个摇臂12、13以便使两个加压构件14、15在处于相互接近的闭位置与相互离开的开位置之间移动的摇臂开闭装置16;用于按照闭位置将两个摇臂12、13相互拉近以便在两个加压构件14、15之间产生密封压力的加压装置20。
在本发明中,作为由包含热塑性树脂层和导电性材料层的层压体构成的包装材料,只要在其最里面的一层是包含可以通过加热手段进行热封的聚乙烯等的热塑性树脂层和在受高频加热作用时能发热的导电性材料层的层压体即可,不管它们具体地是什么材料,但是,作为导电性材料层,优选是光线和氧气不能透过的铝箔层。另外,从维持容器的刚性等的角度考虑,优选使用具有薄纸板层的层压体。因此,这样的包装材料就可以使用传统的公知方法在非液面下对其纵向的边缘部分相互进行热熔粘合,从而成型为软管状。
本发明的高频热封装置由具有为使所说软管状包装材料21在液面下按横断方向进行热封的高频加热机构的一对开闭自由的加压构件14、15构成。如图3所示,该高频热封装置中的一对加压构件14、15一般由一个具有作为加热源的高频线圈22的加压构件(下文称为“密封钳口23”)和一个不具有高频线圈并由硬质橡胶24等制成的加压构件(下文称为“对向钳口25”)构成,使用这样的密封钳口23和对向钳口25就可以通过对软管状的包装材料在液面下按横断方向挤压来对包装材料最内层的热塑性树脂层进行加热和加压以形成密封带区域,从而是达到热封的目的。
作为本发明的高频热封装置,在其作用面上具有高频线圈22、沟槽34和熔融热塑性树脂的流出部33,高频线圈22的设置方式应使得含有一部分曲线形状的突条31或突条32(以下除了必要的情况之外,一般均称为“突条31”)能够挤压在密封带区域的中央部分上,所说沟槽34的设置方式应使得在与密封带区域靠容器一方的外侧相邻接的作用面上能够形成熔融热塑性树脂的滞留部,所说熔融热塑性树脂流出部33则按照与高频线圈靠切口一方的外侧相邻接的方式设置,只要具有这些特征则可,此外没有特别限制,但优选是如图3、图6和图7所示那样,按照与具有平坦作用面的高频线圈上靠容器一方的外侧相邻接的方式来设置由铁氧体等制的带状或板状的磁性体35。通过按照与靠容器一方的外侧相邻接的方式来设置带状磁性体35,就可使得由高频线圈发出的磁力线由于磁性体的作用而在密封带区域的一侧发生弯曲,从而使得软管状包装材料在高频线圈靠容器一方的外侧,也就是密封带区域靠容器一侧的边缘部分,能够避免被加热到不必要的温度。
如上所述,在高频热封装置中使用作为对软管状包装材料的加热手段的高频加热机构,该高频加热机构如上述那样具有高频线圈22。图4是用于说明在高频热封时的密封带区域的附图,而图5是图4的局部放大图。如图4和图5所示,在设置于密封钳口23上的高频线圈22中一旦有电流通过,就会在高频线圈的周围产生高频电磁场,而该高频电磁场就在铝箔等的导电性材料中感应产生涡流,由于该涡流的作用而在导电性材料中产生热,所产生的热就能对与导电性材料相邻接的热塑性树脂加热并使其熔融。这种感应产生的涡流在铝箔等导电性材料的两个端部形成圆形的电气回路,从而使得软管状包装材料21左右两侧部分的加热区域也随之变成圆形,这样就使得在两个端部处的溶融热塑性树脂材料层的宽度变窄。其结果,密封带区域在其纵向左右两侧部分26形成圆形而狭长的形状,从而使得左右两侧部分26的密封带区域的宽度比非左右两侧部分27的密封带区域的宽度窄。
本发明中所谓的密封带区域,就是指在包装材料最里面的热塑性树脂层相互间被加热并被加压的区域,也就是说,是指被热封的区域,而对于只被加压但不被加热的区域,或者只被加热但不被加压的区域,则不能称为密封带区域。因此,在按照与高频线圈靠容器一方的外侧相邻接的方式设置磁性体35的情况下,密封带区域靠容器一侧的边缘就成为磁性体35靠容器一方的外侧。另外,在上述的图4和图5以及下述的图6和图7中示出,在密封钳口上设置有U字形的高频线圈22,当需要通过切断预定部28同时对软管状包装材料的两个部位进行热封时,为了方便起见,可以象图示那样将软管状包装材料的密封带区域重叠在密封钳口23上。如图4和图6所示,与该热封装置上密封带区域的纵向(横切软管的方向)相垂直的方向(软管的纵向)的边缘部,其一方的边缘部29成为饮料汁等灌装物的一侧,也就是成为靠容器一侧的边缘部29,而另一个边缘部30则成为用于将容器一个个地切离的靠切口一侧的边缘部30。应予说明,在本发明中,对于与所说密封带区域相对应的加压构件的高频线圈的作用面,为了方便起见,有时也将其称之为密封带区域。
作为本发明的高频热封装置中设置在高频线圈作用面上的含有一部分曲线形状的突条31,只要是能同时把密封带的宽度呈圆形狭长状的左右两侧部分包含在内而且能够挤压到密封带区域的中央部分的突条即可,此外没有特别限制,作为上述含有一部分曲线的突条的例子,可以是象图6所示那样,在非左右两侧部分也形成突条并构成一条连续线状的突条31,也可以是象图7所示那样,在非左右两侧部分不形成突条而只是在左右两侧部分设置有两条短的突条32。通过设置这些突条,就可以确实地防止在被挤压的软管状包装材料的左右两端的返回部分由于在预先设置在包装材料上的折痕(折痕线)部分产生隧道而引起的密封不良现象。另外,作为在本发明中的突条(挤压部)的形状,可以举出其横截面轮廓为矩形、椭圆形、圆弧形的例子,但优选是象图3所示那样,其横截面为圆弧形的突条,以免在挤压时损伤包装材料。
在本发明的高频热封装置中,作为设置在与密封带区域靠容器一方的外侧相邻接的作用面上的沟槽34,只要能在与密封带区域的外侧相邻接的区域形成熔融热塑性树脂的滞留部即可,此外没有特别限制,另外,作为其形状的例子,可以举出其截面为圆弧形、矩形、椭圆形、三角形等形状的沟槽,但优选是将其设计成截面形状为圆弧形,并且该圆弧的深度比其宽度的1/2小,例如其深度为宽度的1/3左右的沟槽。另外,该沟槽34可以与突条的连续和非连续的部分相对应地设置,也可以设置成一条连续的沟槽。可是,当在密封钳口处设置U字形等的高频线圈并要夹着切断预定部而同时对软管状包装材料的两个部位进行热封的情况下,优选是在成为密封带区域两个外侧的作用面上设置例如两条连续的沟槽。
对于上述沟槽34,优选是预先适宜地设定沟槽的宽度和深度,以便能够形成一条能被从密封带区域流出的热塑性树脂填满,并且其密封边缘象直线那样没有凹凸形状而且其宽度均一的热塑性树脂滞留部,这样就不会从宽度均一的热塑树脂滞留部产生裂纹。虽然该热塑性树脂滞留部由于含有来自密封带区域的夹杂物而不能赋予那样好的密封性,但仍可以说它能提高密封的强度。另外,在突条31和沟槽34之间优选形成一个倾斜的作用面36,以便使得在挤压时的一对加压构件之间的间隔沿着到达沟槽的方向逐渐扩大,通过在突条31和沟槽34之间形成倾斜的作用面36,就能使得从密封带区域流出的热塑性树脂顺利地流入沟槽34中。
在本发明中,作为按照与高频线圈靠切口一方的外侧相邻接的方式设置的熔融热塑性树脂的流出部33,只要是具有能使熔融的热塑性树脂从密封带区域流出到切口一侧的结构即可,例如可以举出,象图3所示那样,其结构可使得设置于对向钳口25上的硬质橡胶24的作用面靠切口一侧的边缘部与设置于密封钳口23上的高频线圈22的作用面靠切口一侧的边缘部相对接。另外,作为设置在与高频线圈靠切口一方的外侧相邻接的作用面上并能形成熔融热塑性树脂滞留部的沟槽,也可以作为流出部的结构。这样,由于该熔融热塑性树脂流出部33靠高频线圈的一侧只被加热而不被加压,因此使得来自密封带区域的熔融热塑性树脂能够流入到上述熔融热塑性树脂流出部33中。
如上所述,本发明的高频密封装置,在按照与密封钳口23的作用面成为同一平面地设置的高频线圈22的作用面上设置有包含一部分曲线形状的突条31,以便能够挤压到左右两侧呈圆形狭长状的密封带区域的中央部分,并且,在与密封带区域靠容器一方的外侧相邻接的作用面上设置有能够形成熔融热塑性树脂滞留部的沟槽34,另外,按照与高频线圈靠切口一方的外侧相邻接的方式设置熔融热塑性树脂的流出部33,因此使得,处于密封带区域内的包装材料最里面的热塑性树脂层由于受到具有加热机构的密封钳口23和对向钳口25二者的挤压作用而被加热和加压,从而使熔融热塑性树脂被挤出到突条31的两侧,这时,熔融热塑性树脂就与附着在热塑性树脂层表面上并含有非水溶性植物纤维的蔬菜汁等灌装物或污物等夹杂物一起,同时被挤压而流向容器一侧和切口一侧,被挤压流向容器一侧的溶融热塑性树脂就流入到沟槽34中,从而形成热塑性树脂滞留部,而被挤压流向切口一侧的熔融热塑性树脂则流入到流出部33中,从而形成另一个热塑性树脂滞留部。结果就在密封带区域形成了一层不带夹杂物并因此具有优良密封性的热塑性树脂薄层。
当使用本发明的高频热封装置进行热封时,即便是在对富含非水溶性植物纤维的蔬菜汁进行灌装等场合和在液面下的苛刻条件下进行热封时,也不会发生密封不良的情况,从而能够达到优良的密封。关于能够达到如此优良热封效果的机理虽然尚未探明,但是可以认为,在本发明的高频热封装置中,由于突条31设置在密封带区域的中央部分,因此使得,从突条31至设置于容器一侧的沟槽34靠突条一侧的边缘之间的距离,与从突条31至设置于切口一侧的流出部33靠突条一侧的边缘之间的距离大体上相等,另外,由于设置有沟槽34(优选为与倾斜的作用面36相邻接的沟槽34)和流出部33,因此使得,由突条31施加的压力能大体上均等地作用于被挤压流出到突条31两侧的熔融热塑性树脂上,另外,由于熔融热塑性树脂能够毫无阻挡地流出到密封带区域的两侧,结果使得被挤压流出到容器一侧的熔融树脂和被挤压流出到切口一侧的熔融树脂都能较顺利地流动,因此使得,即使是在液面下的苛刻条件下进行热封,也能达到良好的热封效果。
发明的效果
当使用本发明的高频热封装置进行热封时,可以在密封带区域形成不含夹杂物并具有优良密封性的热塑性树脂薄层,即便是在对富含非水溶性纤维的蔬菜汁等进行灌装的场合并在液面下的苛刻条件下进行热封时,也不会发生密封不良的现象,从而能够达到优良的密封效果。
Claims (6)
1.一种高频热封装置,该装置由一对具有高频加热机构并开闭自由的加压构件构成,用于把由含有热塑性树脂层和导电性材料层的层压体构成的包装材料制成软管状,并对该软管状的包装材料在液面下按横断方向进行热封,其特征在于,在与加压构件之一的作用面成为同一面地设置的高频线圈的作用面上,设置一条包含一部分曲线形状的突条,该突条能够挤压在一条其左右两侧呈圆形狭长状的密封带区域的中央部分,并在与靠容器一方的外侧相邻接的作用面上设置一条能够形成熔融热塑性树脂滞留部的沟槽,以及与高频线圈靠切口一方的外侧相邻接地设置一条熔融热塑性树脂的流出部。
2.如权利要求1所述的高频热封装置,其特征在于所说的突条与沟槽之间的作用面是倾斜的,以便使得在挤压时的一对加压构件相互之间的间隔沿朝向沟槽的方向逐渐增宽。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的高频热封装置,其特征在于与高频线圈靠容器一方的外侧相邻接地设置一条带状的磁性体。
4.如权利要求1-3的任一项中所述的高频热封装置,其特征在于用于挤压密封带的中央部分的突条是贯穿密封带区域纵向全部区域且为横断方向连续的一条线状的突条。
5.如权利要求1-4的任一项中所述的高频热封装置,其特征在于用于挤压密封带区域中央部分的突条的横截面轮廓呈圆弧状。
6. 如权利要求1-5的任开面中所述的热封装置,其特征在于上述的沟槽是一条截面呈圆弧状并且其深度尺寸比宽度尺寸的1/2还小的沟槽。
