技术领域
本发明涉及一次性尿布。
背景技术
JP特开平8-280739号文献所公开的一次性尿布由外层和吸收主体形成，该外层呈短衬裤形状，吸收主体安装于外层的内面。该吸收主体以外层的裆下区域为中心，向前后腰围区域延伸较长尺寸，其包括透液性层、非透液性层以及位于这两个层之间的吸收部件。当穿着该一次性尿布时，则由于沿腰围方向具有弹性伸缩性的外层作用，吸收主体与短衬裤穿着者的身体紧密贴合。
JP特开平8-38546号文献所公开的立体短衬裤型一次性尿布在短衬裤内侧具有吸收性垫结构，该吸收性垫结构以短衬裤的裆下区域为中心沿前后身方向长长地延伸。该吸收性垫由透液性顶层、非透液性底层以及设置于这两个层之间的吸收体形成。当穿着该尿布时，则由于设置该短衬裤上的伸缩弹性侧层的作用，该吸收性垫结构与尿布的穿着者的身体紧密贴合。
发明内容
象上述两种公知技术那样，在由短衬裤型的覆盖部件以及安装于其内侧的体液吸收性部件形成的尿布中，吸收性部件包括与尿布穿着者的皮肤接触的透液性外面层以及夹持吸收性的芯体并与该外面层面对的内面层，该内面层由短衬裤型的覆盖部件覆盖。当穿着该尿布时，短衬裤型的覆盖部件与吸收性部件的内面层紧密贴合并重合在其上，该吸收性部件与皮肤压力接触。在该吸收性部件中，象上述那样，由于内面层还通过短衬裤型的覆盖部件以较大厚度覆盖，故即使内面层采用比如通气非透液性层的情况下，通气性往往变差，该吸收性部件所压接的皮肤容易产生潮热。另外，这样的问题不仅产生于覆盖部件最短衬裤型的一次性尿布，还发生于敞开型的一次性尿布中。
于是，本发明的课题在于提高一次性尿布的通气性，该一次性尿布由覆盖尿布的穿着者的前后腰围部与大腿部的覆盖部件以及设置于该覆盖部件的内侧的吸收性部件形成。
为了解决上述课题，本发明的一次性尿布包括：覆盖部件，该覆盖部件具有可覆盖尿布穿着者的身体的前后腰围区域和裆下区域；体液吸收性部件，该体液吸收性部件以位于上述身体和覆盖部件之间的方式设置于上述覆盖部件的内面上。
在上述的一次性尿布中，本发明的特征在于上述体液吸收性部件以上述裆下区域为中心向上述前后腰围区域方向延伸，其延伸的前端部和后端部固定于上述前后腰围区域的相应内面上，沿上述体液吸收性部件的厚度方向，设置有与上述身体接触的透液性的外面层与上述覆盖部件内面接触的内面层以及设于这两个层之间的体液吸收性部件的芯体，在上述内面层一侧形成着槽，该槽从上述内面层朝向上述外面层方向凹陷，并沿上述前后腰围方向以及与该方向交叉的方向中的任何方向延伸。

具体实施形式
下面参照附图，对本发明的一次性尿布进行具体描述。
图1的透视图表示的一次性尿布1为短衬裤型，其包括：短衬裤型的覆盖部件2以及体液吸收性部件3，该覆盖部件2可覆盖尿布1穿着者的腰围部与大腿部，该体液吸收性部件3安装于上述覆盖部件2的内侧。上述覆盖部件2包括前腰围区域6、后腰围区域7以及裆下区域8，该裆下区域8位于前后腰围区域6，7之间，上述前后腰围区域6，7在相互的侧缘部11，12呈合掌状重合，在沿纵向间断地并排的多个接合区域13处熔接而形成一体。上述尿布1包括腰围开口部10a和一对伸腿口10b，在各开口部10a，10b的周缘部象虚线所示的那样地安装有弹性部件22，23(同时参照图2)。
图2为将图1中的前后腰围区域6，7形成一体的侧缘部11，12剥离，沿箭头14，15方向使尿布1伸展的平面图。在该已伸展的尿布1中，覆盖部件2由分别呈沙计时器状的相同尺寸的内面层16和外面层17形成，这两个层16，17通过热熔型粘接剂等的粘接、或熔接间歇地接合。在覆盖部件2的前后腰围区域6，7的端缘部18，19、裆下区域8的两侧缘部21处，腰围弹性部件22与腿围弹性部件23以伸长状态安装于内外面层16，17中的任何一者的内面上。吸收性部件3以覆盖部件2的裆下区域8为中心向前后腰围区域6，7方向延伸，前后端缘部26，27通过热熔型粘接剂28(参照图6)固定于前后腰围区域6，7的端缘部18，19，或通过粘接剂或以魔幻带(マジツクテ一プ)的商品名称的胶带等知名的机械式固定件等以可拆卸的方式固定于上述前后腰围区域6，7的端缘部18，19。在吸收性部件3中，在前后端缘部26，27之间延伸的两侧缘部29朝向吸收性部件3的宽度方向中间形成可开口的防漏壁31。在该防漏壁31的内缘部32以伸长状态安装有向前后端缘部26，27方向延伸的弹性部件33。在吸收性部件3上形成于内面层37(参照图4)一侧的第1槽41由虚线表示。
图3～5为沿图2中的III-III线、IV-IV线和V-V线剖视图。在于裆下区域8，沿前后方向将尿布1二等分的III-III线的图3的剖视图中，吸收性部件3包括：透液性外面层36，该透液性外面层36与尿布1的穿着者的皮肤接触；最好为非透液性的内面层37，该内面层37与覆盖部件2的内面层16接触；体液吸收性的芯体38，该吸收性的芯体38位于内外面层36，37之间。芯体38呈矩形状，其包括亲水性纤维61和高吸收性聚合物颗粒62，沿吸收性部件3的前后端缘部26，27方向长长地延伸，内外面层36，37从上述芯体38的四周伸出并相重合，通过粘接或熔接方式，以防水状态相互接合。在吸收性部件3的两侧缘部29中，相重合的内外面层36，37中的内面层37的延伸长度大于外面层36的相应长度，该延伸的内面层37朝向吸收性部件3的宽度方向中间弯曲，形成防漏壁31。该防漏壁31的内面中的位于吸收性部件3的前后端缘部26，27的部分由粘接剂40或熔接与该前后端缘部26，27接合。在吸收性部件3朝向前后方向呈U字型弯曲的状态(参照图1)，伴随防漏壁31的弹性部件33的收缩，防漏壁31立起，形成朝向吸收性部件3的宽度方向中间敞开的开口39。在该宽度方向中间部中，内面层37通过粘接剂30与覆盖部件2的内面接合。
在比图2中的III-III线更靠近后腰围区域7的沿将吸收性部件3的前后方向两分割的IV-IV线的图4的剖视图中，在吸收性部件3的内面层37侧形成朝向外面层36凹陷，并向前后端缘部26，27方向纵向延伸的2条第1槽41(参照图5)。第1槽41的宽度最好在2～20mm的范围内，深度为芯体38的厚度的1/4～3/4，其内面由内面层37覆盖。在第1槽41的内面的内面层37、与内面层37面对的外面层36之间夹置有芯体38。在吸收性部件3和覆盖部件2紧密贴合时，这样的第1槽41可在这两个部件2，3之间形成使通气性提高的空洞。
在覆盖部件2的端缘部19，在沿横向延伸的V-V线的图5的剖视图中，从芯体38伸出并重合的内外面层36，37通过粘接剂42或熔接固定于覆盖部件2上。相重合的内面层36，37还可以由粘接剂等可拆下地固定于覆盖部件2上。
另外，在沿图2中的覆盖部件2的前后端缘部18，19方向延伸的VI-VI线的图6的剖视图中，在覆盖部件2的裆下区域8将第1槽41在前后方向上分隔为两个，呈相互间隔开的状态。第1槽41可以以适当的尺寸间隔开，但是如果需要，也可以不间隔开的方式形成一体。在图6中，象明显具有防漏壁31那样，如果采用图6的尿布1，则呈现本来与外面层36重合地卧倒的防漏壁31处于稍稍立起的状态。
在象上述这样形成的尿布1中，当穿着它时，即使在覆盖部件2和吸收性部件3紧密贴合的情况下，在第1槽41处这两个部件2，3间隔开，可使吸收性部件3的内外的通气性提高。比如，当吸收性部件3的内面层37采用通气非透液性层时，包含于芯体38中的高温多湿的空气不会受到覆盖部件2的妨碍而经过内面层37朝向第1槽41流出，并且可自由地在第1槽41的内部移动。如果覆盖部件2的内外面层16，17是通气性的，则流出到第1槽41中的高温多湿的空气进一步朝向尿布1的外部流出。
图7为表示本发明的实施形式的一个实例的、与图4相同的图。在该尿布1的吸收性部件3中形成与沿纵向延伸的第1槽41交叉并沿横向延伸到吸收性部件3的侧缘部29处的第2槽46。上述的第2槽46使第1槽41内部的高温多湿的空气朝向第1槽41之外流出，可显著地使吸收性部件3的通气性提高。优选的第2槽46包括基本上与第1槽41相同的宽度和深度，相对1个第1槽41可设置1个或多个第2槽46。
图8～10为表示本发明的实施形式的另一实例的、与图2相同的图、沿该图中的IX-IX线的剖视图、该剖视图的局部放大图。该图中的尿布1在吸收性部件3的内面层47一侧除了具有图3～7所示的第1槽41、或第1槽41和第2槽46之处，还具有在外面层36一侧沿纵向延伸的第3槽47。该第3槽47在外面层36一侧以适合的长度至少形成1个，特别是最好，在覆盖部件2的裆下区域8在沿前后方向相互间隔开的状态至少形成2个。在图8中，沿前后方向间隔开的各2个的第3槽47分别形成于吸收性部件3的两侧缘部29。由于第3槽的存在按照下述方式作用，该方式为：与图4的第1槽41相同地使吸收性部件3难于沿前后端缘部26，27的方向弯曲，故容易在裆下区域8使第3槽47之间间隔开，容易使吸收性部件3弯曲，最好容易使吸收性部件3与穿着者的大腿部相吻合。最好，上述第3槽47的宽度在2～20mm的范围内，深度为芯体38的厚度的1/4～3/4。由于这样形成的第3槽47使尿等的体液流入其中，故使体液朝向侧方的移动量减少，可防止尿布1的横向泄漏。
从图10的放大图可知，在吸收性部件3的横向，第3槽47的位置与第1槽41的位置基本上保持一致。如果形成于内外面层36，37的这两者中的第1槽41，47处于这样的状态，当穿着该尿布1时，吸收性部件3象由假想线所示的那样进行，容易沿尿布1的穿着者的腰围变形。当吸收性部件3在腰围方向与穿着者接触时，第1槽41按照增加其宽度的方式变形，第3槽47按照减小其宽度的方式变形，由此，即使在芯体38的厚度比如为10～20mm的范围内的情况下，吸收性部件3仍容易沿腰围变形，此时，不会在外面层36一侧产生褶皱。不产生下述情况，该情况指由于具有褶皱，外面层36与皮肤的接触感变差。按照此方式，使吸收性部件3的通气性提高的第1槽41，最好当其位置与第3槽47的位置基本保持一致时，还获得使吸收性部件3与腰围的吻合性提高的效果。最好，当象图10所示的那样，使第1槽41和第3槽47的位置一致时，在两个第1槽41，47之间设置有芯体38，体液可通过该芯体38朝向吸收性部件3的横向扩散。
以短衬裤型的尿布为实例而描述的发明还可通过敞开型的一次性尿布实施。在这些一次性尿布1中，覆盖部件2可采用无纺布或塑料膜，最好，它们均为具有通气性的类型。吸收性部件3中的芯体38可采用粉碎纸浆61或高吸收性聚合物颗粒62。高吸水性聚合物颗粒62除了与粉碎纸浆61相混合使用以外，还可以使其沿芯体38的厚度方向形成层的方式使用。还有，高吸水性聚合物颗粒62可按照从外面层36朝向内面层37逐渐地增加的方式分布。另外，在吸收性部件3的横向可使高吸水性聚合物颗粒62的分布量变化。比如，在图8中，位于第3槽47与47之间的高吸水性聚合物颗粒62的分布量可大于这些第1槽46外方的分布量。在任何的场合，最好，高吸水性聚合物颗粒62的用量在为芯体38的重量的2～98％的范围内的。如果在芯体38中，混合上限为20重量％的其熔点在100±20℃的范围内的热塑性合成纤维时，则容易对芯体38进行加热、加压，形成第1～3槽41，46，47。
由于本发明的一次性尿布在安装于覆盖部件的内侧的吸收性部件的内面层侧具有第1槽，第2槽，故该吸收性部件的通气性、或该吸收性与覆盖部件之间的通气性提高，在使吸收性部件与皮肤紧密贴合时，不会产生潮热。

Claims (7)

1.一种一次性尿布，该一次性尿布包括：覆盖部件，该覆盖部件具有可覆盖尿布的穿着者的身体的前后腰围区域和裆下区域；体液吸收性部件，该体液吸收性部件以位于上述身体和覆盖部件之间的方式设置于上述覆盖部件的内面上，其特征在于：
上述体液吸收性部件以上述裆下区域为中心向上述前后腰围区域方向延伸，该延伸的前端部和后端部固定于上述前后腰围区域的相应内面上，沿上述体液吸收性部件的厚度方向设置有与上述身体接触的透液性的外面层和与上述覆盖部件内面接触的内面层以及夹设于这两个层之间的体液吸收性部件的芯体，在上述内面层一侧形成槽，该槽从上述内面层朝向上述外面层凹陷，沿上述前后腰围方向以及与该方向交叉的方向中的任何方向延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于，上述槽由第1槽和第2槽形成，该第1槽向上述前后腰围区域方向延伸，该第2槽沿上述交叉方向延伸，上述第1槽和第2槽相互交叉，并且上述第2槽延伸至上述体液吸收性部件的侧缘部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于在上述体液吸收性部件的上述外面层一侧形成第3槽，该第3槽从上述外面层朝向上述内面层凹陷，并沿上述前后腰围区域方向延伸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于上述第3槽的位置基本上与上述第1槽的位置一致。
5.根据权利要求2～4中的任何一项所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于在上述体液吸收性部件的厚度方向，上述体液吸收性部件中的芯体夹设于形成上述第1槽和第2槽的内面层和与该内面层面对的外面层之间。
6..根据权利要求3～5中的任何一项所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于在上述体液吸收性部件的厚度方向，上述体液吸收性部件中的芯体夹设于形成上述第3的外面层和与该外面层相面对的内面层之间。
7.根据权利要求1～6中的任何一项所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于上述体液吸收性部件可相对上述覆盖部件进行装拆。
