Abstract

本发明属于烟叶调制技术领域的组合物发明。烟叶烘烤剂由下列物质组成:黄连、甘草、杜仲、丹皮、陈皮、黄皮:各3%-6%;红参、松节油、薄荷、菜油、蜂蜜:各0.9%-2.7%;锯末、谷壳、麦秆等:50.5%-77.5%。用于烟叶烘烤过程中,对烟叶直接进行作用,可提高烟叶质量等级。

技术领域:本发明属于烟叶调制技术领域。
背景技术:我国是世界上最大的烟叶生产国,目前正面临国内市场基本饱和和加入WTO后国际竞争更加激烈的严峻形势。国家烟草专卖局从提高烟叶质量,改善等级结构,以不断满足卷烟工业需要的角度出发,明确提出了十五期末全国收购烟叶中上等烟比列要达到90%,其中上等烟比列不少于30%的目标。到2010年左右使我国烟叶的总体质量达到或接近国际水平。而目前,我国烟叶等级结构与卷烟生产需要极不适应,提高上等烟比例仍是改善烟叶等级结构的关键。为此,国家从品种选育、栽培管理技术和烟叶调制技术等方面作了大量工作。目前在烟叶调制技术领域使用的是“三段式烘烤工艺”技术。它的推广应用为改善我国烟叶等级结构,提高上等烟比例,提高上部烟叶可用性方面起到了一定作用。但目前我国上等烟比例仍然较低,平均只有20%左右,远不能满足卷烟工业的需要。
发明内容:本发明就是用纯天然植物提取物,浸附在粉末状植物载体上制成。在烤房内使用,达到改善烟叶商品等级质量的目的。属烟叶调制技术领域的创新产品。
具体实施方式:本发明的烟叶烘烤剂有下列物质组成:黄连、甘草、杜仲、丹皮、陈皮、黄皮:各3%--6%;红参、松节油、薄荷、菜油、蜂蜜:各0.9%--2.7%;锯末、谷壳、麦秆等:50.5%--77.5%。本发明的创新在于烘烤剂在烤房内不完全燃烧,使烘烤剂内的天然植物挥发出来直接作用于烤房内的烟叶,对烟叶进行一系列的物理和化学反应,在催化色素转换、加速变黄、提高黄烟比例的同时,还在烤房内起着促进烟叶后熟作用,促使色素转换更顺利的进行。
通过发明人七年的研究和在国内海南、福建、山东、云南、贵州、湖北、河南、黑龙江、内蒙古等九个省(区)进行烟叶烘烤的多点验证示范、化学分析检测、评吸、安全性及作用机理研究等工作,均取得满意结果;九省(区)烟叶的黄烟率平均增加20个百分点以上、上等烟率增加10个百分点以上、每公斤原烟均价提高1元以上。

Claims (2)

1、一种用于烟叶烘烤可提高烟叶质量等级的烘烤剂由下列物质组成:黄连、甘草、杜仲、丹皮、陈皮、黄皮:各3%--6%;红参、松节油、薄荷、菜油、蜂蜜:各0.9%--2.7%;锯末、谷壳、麦秆等:50.5%--77.5%。
2、按权利要求1所述的烟叶烘烤剂,其特征在于烘烤剂可制成固体。
