Abstract
安置在盖上用于产生声音的膜板、含有磁极片而弹性安置在盖中以产生振动的振动组件。在振动组件的极片上形成用于收纳质量调节材料的接收部分,因而,振动组件的振动频率可以调节到预定频率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在便携式设备中例如便携式电话中使用的多功能音响装置。
背景技术
现在所提供的便携式设备的音响装置中,所提供的扬声器是用来产生呼叫信号声音,而提供的振动装置用来在不产生声音的情况下,告知接收者有呼叫信号。在这种装置中,因为扬声器和振动装置都安置在音响装置中,就增加了装置的尺寸和重量以及制造成本。
近年来,为了消除上述缺陷,提出一种多功能音响装置。该多功能音响装置包括具有振动片和与安置在扬声器振动片上的音圈磁性相连的永久磁铁的扬声器。振动片在从几百Hz到几个KHz的高频振动来产生声音。永久磁铁在10-100Hz的低频独立振动,因此由装置外壳的振动传送到装置用户身体来告知接收到呼叫信号。
图6是在日本实用新型申请号2549375中揭示的多功能音响装置的截面图。该装置包括固定在外壳18上的弹簧板17,安置固定于弹簧板中央部分的磁极片19,以及围绕磁极片19安置在外壳18底部的永久磁铁20。励磁线圈21环绕磁极片19固定于永久磁铁20。
膜板16固定于外壳18的外围,并且电枢15固定在膜板16的下侧。这样,就由磁极片19、电枢15和永久磁铁20形成磁路。
当2.1KHz或2.7KHz的信号电流施加在励磁线圈21上时,膜板16的振动产生声音。当130Hz的电流施加在线圈21上时,磁极片的振动引起外壳的振动,因而就告知有呼叫信号。
通过设定膜板16和弹簧板17的柔顺性之间的差值,就可以改变磁极片19的声音和振动频率。
在这种多功能音响装置中,如果制造的装置在尺寸精度上有差异,振动特性就随同装置变化而变化。为了消除这样的差异,就有必要提高产品精度,这也引起生产成本的提高。
另外,也很难使生产出的每个装置都具有期望振动频率,因而减少了产品的产量。
发明内容
本发明的目标在于提供一种可制造出具有预定振动频率的多功能音响装置。
根据本发明,提供了一种多功能音响装置,包括有盖、安置在盖中用于产生声音的膜板、弹性安置在盖中用来振动的包含有磁极片的振动组件、为振动膜板而提供的音圈、在振动组件上形成的用来收纳质量调节材料的接收部分。
接收部分是在磁极片中形成的凹槽。
凹槽形成在磁极片的下侧中,并且盖具有与凹槽对应的开口。
本发明的这些和其他目标将通过参照附图的下述详细描述而变得更加清楚。

具体实施方式
参照图1示出的本发明多功能装置,盖1由塑料制成,并包括上盖1a和下盖1b。下盖1b在其底部具有一个很大的开口1c。音响装置由膜板2和振动组件3组成。振动组件3由圆柱形磁极片4、永久磁铁5和顶板6组成。
如图3所示,磁极片4具有环形支承板4a和一对塞状凸出4b。用来容纳质量调节材料例如粘合剂或重块的凹槽4c形成在磁极片的下侧。磁极片4、支承板4a和凸出4b彼此整合,并且都由具有高导磁率材料制成。永久磁铁5具有环形形状,并且固定于支承板4a上。顶板6也具有环形形状,并且由具有高导磁率材料制成,并环绕圆柱形磁极片4固定于永久磁铁上。这样,就构成了振动组件3。
另一方面。上悬簧8a和下悬簧8b通过夹物模压嵌入在上盖1a和下盖1b中。如图4所示,每个悬簧8a和8b都具有环形形状和一对环形槽8c以及8d,以便提供板的弹性。
在下盖1b中,用于保护磁性泄漏的塞环10附着在下盖1b的内壁上以及下悬簧8b上。而且,约束环11如图5所示固定在塞环10的内壁。在约束环11中形成一对凹槽12。
磁极片4的支承板4a和顶板6附着在悬簧8a和8b上,因此振动组件3弹性地固定在盖1上。
在那种条件下,每个凸出4b如图5所示插入在凹槽12中。音圈13固定在膜板2的下侧。膜板2的外缘附着在上盖1a上,并将音圈13插入在磁极片4和顶板6之间的间隙中。
为了避免音圈13和磁极片4的支承板4a碰撞,在支承板4a上形成环形槽4d。
当声频信号电流施加在音圈13中时,膜板2就振动产生声音。当具有低频的信号电流施加在音圈13中,振动组件3就开始振动。
当振动组件3的振动频率与预定谐振频率不一致时,就调整振动组件3的频率。具体地说,就用含有用于增加粘合剂高比重的金属粉末的质量调节粘合剂或重块穿过开口1c插入在下盖1b中,并且附着在凹槽4c的壁上。
这样,就可以轻易生产出具有期望功能的音响装置。
虽然本发明是结合其较佳说明实施例进行讨论,但应该了解这种描述是为了说明而不是限制由下述权利要求确定的本发明范畴。
Claims (4)
1、一种多功能音响装置,其特征在于,包括:
盖;
安置在所述盖上用于产生声音的膜板;
含有磁极片而弹性安置在盖中以产生振动的振动组件;
用于振动所述膜板的音圈;
用于收纳质量调节材料而在所述振动组件上形成的接收部分;
2、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收部分是形成在所述磁极片中的凹槽。
3、如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述凹槽在磁极片下侧形成。
4、如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述盖具有对应于所述凹槽的开口。
