本发明涉及一种免烧空心砖,组分重量含量为:生石灰1-15%,燃烧后的煤矸石15-60%,矿渣2-60%,水泥熟料1-13%,粘土0-24%,锅炉渣20-60%;砖抗折强度2.7Mpa.,抗压强度20.4mpa。孔洞率15.4%,能隔热,隔音与防潮。制砖不用烧,可节煤80%以上,节土85%-91%以上,利用废渣、废料80%以上。它可代替耗能高和毁田占地严重污染的实心粘土砖,在各种建筑工程上使用,并可提高建筑工程效益和环保效益,取得了社会效益和经济效益。

免烧空心砖
一、技术领域:
本发明属于以各种废渣、废料为主要原料的新型墙体材料,具体涉及一种免烧空心砖。
二、背景技术:
目前一些新型墙体材料,仍有耗能高,毁田占地,严重污染与制做复杂、成本高、用料不广的缺陷、因而还不能完全代替耗能高、毁田占地、严重污染的烧结实心粘土砖,更不能在广大农村普遍制作与使用。
三、发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种强度高、能承重、重量轻、保温、隔音、防潮、节能、节土、利用废物多、减少污染与成本低的免烧空心砖,能广泛用于各种建筑工程和在广大农村制作与使用。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种免烧空心砖,它包括生石灰、燃烧后的煤矸石、矿渣、水泥熟料、粘土和锅炉渣,它的组分重量含量为:生石灰1-15%,燃烧后的煤矸石15-60%,矿渣2-60%,水泥熟料1-13%,粘土0-24%和锅炉渣20-60%。它的组分重量含量为:生石灰1-10%,燃烧后的煤矸石15-60%,矿渣2-60%,水泥熟料1-13%,粘土0-24%和锅炉渣20-60%,石膏0-12%。其重2kg,孔洞率15.4%,容重1367kg/m3,抗折强度2.7mpa,抗压强度20.4mpa。
由于本发明采用了上述技术方案,因此与背景技术相比,具有以下优点:1、强度高、能承重。2、重量轻、隔热、隔音与防潮。4、节能多、节土多、利用废物多。4、污染少。5、成本低。6、使用原料广,能在广大农村制作与使用。

                                     石膏1.5%制造方法:取上述原料粉碎、加水在液压制砖机上压制,经蒸养即成。

1、一种免烧空心砖,它包括生石灰、燃烧后的煤矸石、矿渣、水泥熟料、粘土和锅炉渣,其特征是:它的组分重量含量为:生石灰1-15%,燃烧后的煤矸石15-60%,矿渣2-60%,水泥熟料1-13%,粘土0-24%和锅炉渣20-60%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种免烧空心砖,其特征是:它的组分重量含量为:生石灰1-10%,燃烧后的煤矸石15-60%,矿渣2-60%,水泥熟料1-13%,粘土0-24%和锅炉渣20-60%,石膏0-12%。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种免烧空心砖,其特征是:其重2kg,孔洞率15.4%,容重1367kg/m3,抗折强度2.7mpa,抗压强度20.4mpa。
