Abstract

本发明公开了一种蔬菜残留农药清除剂,其主要采用碱金属碳酸盐或碳酸氢盐溶液和半胱氨酸按比例混合而成,将要清除残留农药的瓜果蔬菜放入清洗液中,浸洗20分钟后取出用清水清洗干净,即可对蔬菜上的残留农药清洗干净,其生产简单,成本低,对人体没危害,是理想的蔬菜残留农药清除剂。

蔬菜残留农药清除剂
技术领域:本发明涉及一种蔬菜上残留农药清除剂。
背景技术:目前市售的各种瓜果、蔬菜,由于大量使用农药,残留农药过高的瓜果蔬菜造成中毒事件时有发生,如何解决瓜果蔬菜上残留农药问题,是目前较紧迫课题之一,中国专利申请号为97118313.9的《瓜果蔬菜残留农药消毒清洗剂》即是对残留农药进行清洗的一种溶液,它主要包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,烷基苯磺酸钠,氯化钠,碳酸钠,乙醇,丙三醇,纯水等按比例配制而成,因其成份中含有烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,丙三醇等这些有机物被蔬菜吸附后,易对蔬菜形成第二次污染,继而又造成对人体新的危害。这么多种化学成份大大地增加了其生产成本,生产工艺过程长,生产使用极不方便,因而也不利于推广应用。
发明内容:本发明是要提供一种对蔬菜不会形成二次污染,对人体没有危害,化学成份少,生产成本低的,生产使用极为方便,便于推广使用的蔬菜残留农药清除剂。
本发明蔬菜残留农药清除剂采用0.5~1%的碱金属碳酸盐或碳酸氢盐溶液和0.1~0.3%的半胱氨酸溶液,按5~10∶1~2比例配制混合而成的稀溶液。
优选的技术方案是采用0.5~1%的碳酸钠或碳酸氢钠溶液和0.1~0.3%的半胱氨酸溶液按6∶1比例配制混合而成的稀溶液。
其使用方法是将本发明按要求配成混合稀溶液,需要多少溶液即配多少,把所需要清洗蔬菜,浸泡于该溶液中,时间约20分钟,然后把蔬菜用清水冲洗干净,即可消除蔬菜上的残留农药。
上述发明技术方案中所用的原料采用食品级碳酸钠或碳酸氢钠,半胱氨酸亦为人体所必需氨基酸,因而在对蔬菜清洗后不会对蔬菜形成二次污染,也不会对人体造成新的危害,其生产方便,生产成本低,极易推广使用,蔬菜经本发明清除残留农药后,使用广州天河绿州生物化学研究中心生产的,卫生部食品卫生监督所监制的“农药速测卡”对蔬菜上的残留农药进行测试,在经过清除农药后的蔬菜上,未检验出有残留农药反映,清洗效果非常满意。
具体实施方式:下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
在实施过程中一般使用易溶于水的碳酸盐或碳酸氢盐如碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾,碳酸钠,碳酸铝等,因只有易溶于水才有使用效果。
例1,取1%碳酸钠溶液和0.1%的半胱氨酸溶液,按5∶1的比例配制混合成稀溶液,将瓜果蔬菜放入上述按比例配制好的混合溶液中,浸泡20分钟,取出浸泡瓜果、蔬菜,用清水将瓜果蔬菜上的浸液冲洗干净即可。
例2、取0.6%碳酸钾溶液和0.15%的半胱氨酸溶液,按8∶1的比例配制混合成稀溶液,将需清除残留农药的瓜果、蔬菜浸泡于该溶液中约15分钟,取出用清水冲洗干净。
上述经去除残留农药的瓜果、蔬菜,用广州天河绿州生物化学研究中心生产,卫生部食品卫生监督所监制的“农药速测卡”,对其残留浓度清除效果进行测试检验,证明经本发明清洗后的瓜果蔬菜没有残留农药存在,效果十分理想。
农药速测卡的使用方法是:
1.滴3-4滴经去除残留农药的菜叶正面近叶尖部位,用另一片菜叶在滴液处轻轻摩擦。
2.取一片速测卡,将菜叶上洗出的水滴一滴在白色药片上,静置10分钟。
3.将速测卡对折,用手捏3分钟。
4.打开速测卡,白色药片变蓝色为正常反应,不变蓝或显淡蓝色说明有过量有机磷农药残留。每批最好同时做一片无农药对照。

Claims (2)

1、一种蔬菜残留农药清除剂,其特征是:采用0.5~1%的碱金属碳酸盐或碳酸氢盐溶液和0.1~0.3%的半胱氨酸溶液,按5~10∶1~2比例配制混合而成的稀溶液。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蔬菜残留农药清除剂:其特征是采用0.5~1%的碳酸钠或碳酸氢钠溶液和0.1~0.3%的半胱氨酸溶液按6∶1比例配制混合而成的稀溶液。
