Abstract

                           技术领域
本发明涉及如那些通常用在柔性存储袋上的滑动机械锁合件，特别是那些适于用在包括易腐败物质的各种物品的容纳和保护中的滑动机械锁合件。
                           背景技术
用于各种物品的容纳和保护中，以及如食品等的易腐败物质的保存的柔性存储袋在本领域中是公知的。这些袋子通常为长方形聚合物薄膜片，其自身折叠并沿两个边缘封闭，而形成具有两个柔性相对侧壁、三个封闭或折叠边缘和一个打开边缘的半封装容器。与袋子一体成型的锁合件(如互锁肋型封闭件)或单独设置的锁合件(如塑料或纸包金属丝系绳)使容纳装置组件完成。
在此所用的术语“柔性的”用来指能够被折曲或弯曲的材料，尤其是重复折曲或弯曲，使得它们能响应所施加的外力而可适应和屈服。因而，“柔性的”在意义上大致与“不易弯曲的、刚性的或不易屈服的”相反。因此，柔性材料和结构可以在形状和结构上改变，来适应外力并且与将要与它们接触的物体形状相配，而不损害其完整性。前述种类的柔性存储袋通常由聚合物膜制成，如聚乙烯或聚烯烃族的其它成员，厚度为大约0.0002英寸至大约0.002英寸。这种薄膜常常是透明的，但有时是不透明和/或有颜色的。
目前商用种类的柔性存储袋提供了将多种物品及物质方便地存储在通常为一次性容纳装置中的手段。已经开发了具有滑动机械锁合件的柔性存储袋，以提高机械互锁封闭件的开和关的容易程度。尽管这种滑动机械锁合件已经被证实适于这些用途，但是用户仍然担心滑动机械锁合件是否能抵抗因不小心造成的开口。
因而，理想的是，提供一种滑动机械锁合件，其具有增强的安全性，以防止意外开口。

本发明提供了一种柔性存储袋，其具有开口、用于关闭开口的机械互锁封闭件、以及用于封闭机械锁合密封件的滑块。该滑块包括机械手动释放锁定元件，用于防止滑块的意外移动。
锁定元件可以为枢转释放的锁定元件，诸如枢转安装的材料环，或者为在按压时释放滑块内的内部锁定机构的按钮，或者为通过手动按压滑块而释放的滑块内的内部锁定机构。
根据本发明的锁定元件可以自动接合并由用户手动释放，或者可以手动接合并释放。除了关闭位置之外或者取代关闭位置，锁定元件还可以将滑块固定在其它位置，如打开的和中间/局部打开的位置。多个锁定元件可以具有相同或不同的类型。

                      具体实施方式
图1说明了本发明柔性存储袋10的优选实施例。在图1所示的实施例中，柔性存储袋10包括由一块柔性材料片形成的袋体20，该材料片沿折叠线22自身折叠并沿侧缝24和26自身粘结，以形成具有沿边缘30开口的半封装容器。柔性存储袋10还包括位于边缘30附近的机械锁合件40，用于封闭边缘30，以形成图2所示的完全封装的容器或器皿。诸如图1中存储袋10的袋子还可以由材料片的连续筒构造而成，由此取消了侧缝24和26，并用一底缝代替折叠线22。
如图1所示，机械锁合件40包括具有任何合适传统结构的机械互锁封闭件。机械锁合件40还包括具有用于用在机械锁合件40中的互锁机械封闭件类型的合适传统结构的滑块50，但是根据本发明，滑块50包括机械释放锁定元件60。图1和2的实施例中，机械手动释放锁定元件60包括连接到滑块50上的枢转安装的环，如塑料条，其可以向下枢转，并且成环状围绕边缘30的端部，用于在不向上枢转并释放锁定元件60的情况下，防止滑块移动离开该端部，如图2所示。因此，用户相信除非采取积极措施来物理移动并解锁滑动件，锁合件将提供所期望的保护作用。

根据本发明的锁定元件可以自动接合并由用户手动释放，或者可以手动接合并释放。除了关闭位置之外或者取代关闭位置，锁定元件还可以将滑块固定在其它位置，如打开的和中间/局部打开的位置。多个锁定元件可以具有相同或不同的类型。
适于构造本发明柔性存储袋的各种组成物包括基本上不具渗透性的材料，诸如聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、铝箔、涂覆(涂蜡等)和未涂覆的纸、涂覆的无纺物等，以及基本上具渗透性的材料，诸如稀洋纱、网织品、织造物、无纺物、或穿孔膜或有孔膜，而不论它们是否天然为二维结构或形成为三维结构。这些材料可以包括单一组成物或单一层片，或者可以是多种材料的复合结构，包括用作物质载体的基片材料。
一旦所需的材料片(包括用于袋体的全部或部分材料)以某种合意且适当的方式制造，袋子可以由任何公知且适当的方式构造而成，如本领域中公知的用于制造商用形式的袋子。热或粘结剂粘结技术可以用于将袋子的各种部件或元件结合到自身上或彼此结合。此外，袋体可以用热塑成型、喷制成型或其它方式的模塑成型，而不是依靠折叠和粘结技术由材料幅片或薄片来构造袋体。两个近期美国专利：1996年9月10日授予Porehia等人的第5554093号和1996年11月19日授予Dais等人的第5575747号专利，是现有技术中关于柔性存储袋的说明性示例，在总体结构上类似于图1和2中所示的那些示例，但具有目前可见到的类型。

Claims (10)

1.一种柔性存储袋，包括：
(a)具有开口的袋体；
(b)用于关闭所述开口的机械互锁封闭件；以及
(c)用于封闭所述机械互锁封闭件的滑块，所述滑块包括机械手动释放的锁定元件。
2.如权利要求1所述的柔性存储袋，其特征在于，所述锁定元件可枢转地释放。
3.如权利要求1所述的柔性存储袋，其特征在于，所述锁定元件包括枢转安装的材料环。
4.如权利要求1所述的柔性存储袋，其特征在于，所述锁定元件包括在下压时释放所述滑块内的内部锁定机构的按钮。
5.如权利要求1所述的柔性存储袋，其特征在于，所述所述锁定元件包括所述滑块内的内部锁定机构，其通过手动压缩滑块而被释放。
6.如权利要求1所述的柔性存储袋，其特征在于，所述锁定元件是自动接合的。
7.如权利要求1所述的柔性存储袋，其特征在于，所述锁定元件是手动接合并手动释放的。
8.如权利要求1所述的柔性存储袋，其特征在于，所述锁定元件将所述滑块固定在所述机械互锁封闭件完全关闭的位置。
9.如权利要求1所述的柔性存储袋，其特征在于，所述锁定元件将所述滑块固定在所述机械互锁封闭件完全打开的位置。
10.如权利要求1所述的柔性存储袋，其特征在于，所述锁定元件将所述滑块固定在所述机械互锁封闭件局部打开的中间位置。
