Abstract
本发明的目的在于形成将毛发改变为受试者所希望的发色时的模拟图像,另外,准确地提示为了使受试者现在的发色成为所希望的发色所需要的染发剂。因此,发色建议系统中包括:(ⅰ)输入并存储受试者的图像信息的图像存储单元;(ⅱ)识别受试者的输入图像的毛发区域并形成将毛发区域的颜色改变为规定发色的模拟图像的运算单元;以及(ⅲ)输出受试者的输入图像和/或模拟图像的监视器4。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及在受试者的图像上将该受试者的毛发区域模拟为任意发色、找出受试者所希望的发色并进而提示为了得到该发色所需要的染发剂的方法和系统。
背景技术
为了使白发不明显，或者作为时尚的手段而将毛发改变为所希望的颜色，使用染发剂或脱色剂。在染发剂中，有可以简便地使用但着色弱的暂时性染发剂(彩色洗发剂、彩色漂洗剂、彩色调整剂)、通过使酸性染料等浸透到毛发的内部而可以持续地得到染发效果的半永久染发剂(毛发修剪剂、光亮型毛发修剪剂等)和通过使染料在毛发的内部氧化聚合而基本上可以永久地得到染发效果的永久染发剂，可以根据用途灵活使用。
另外，为每一种染发剂准备了多个色号，并且对于各染发剂的颜色的表示，可以通过使用向该染发剂的包装箱等上的印刷或使用描绘的染发样本等来进行。
然而，染发后的发色不是仅由染发剂的固有色决定，还受染发前的发色的影响。因此，即使使用同一色的染发剂，黑发、茶色发、白发在染发后的发色分别差异很大。另外，在使用同一色的染发剂时，用该染发剂最初染发的情况和对一度染发后退了色的毛发再次染发的情况，染发后的发色也不同。
因此，仅靠向染发剂的包装箱上的印刷或描绘等颜色样本难于对任意颜色的毛发预测染发后的发色，从而发生了染发后的发色与预定的颜色不同的问题。
此外，染发并不仅是改变发色，对被染发者的外观上的形象也有很大的影响，但是，预测染发后被染发者外观上的形象，难于对该被染发者预测染发后的发色。因此，对被染发者而言，即使染发后的发色本身是所期望的预测的样子，也会发生作为总体的形象不满意的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对这样的问题而准确地提出为了将被染发者现在的发色改变为所期望的发色所需要的染发剂，并且可以确认改变为所期望的发色时的被染发者的外观上的形象。
本发明人发现，为了实现上述目的，将受试者的图像取入到计算机的存储单元中，在监视器(显示画面)上仅将取入的图像上的毛发区域模拟为任意发色，将该模拟图像向受试者提示，让受试者确认染发后的总体外观，另外，根据预先存储的关于染发剂和应用染发剂前后的发色的数据库可以输出为了使该受试者的发色成为模拟图像的发色所需要的染发剂名，是有效的。
即，本发明提供了一种发色建议系统，它包括：输入并存储受试者的图像信息的图像存储单元；识别受试者的输入图像的毛发区域并形成使毛发区域的颜色改变为规定发色的模拟图像的运算单元；以及输出受试者的输入图像和/或模拟图像的监视器(显示画面)。
另外，本发明提供了一种发色建议方法，它包括：将受试者的图像信息输入图像存储单元的步骤；在运算单元中识别受试者的输入图像的毛发区域并形成将毛发区域的颜色改变为规定发色的模拟图像的步骤；以及将受试者的输入图像和/或模拟图像向监视器(显示画面)输出的步骤。
再有，在本发明中，所谓染发剂，除了永久染发剂、以毛发修剪剂为代表的半永久染发剂和包含彩色着色料的毛发成形剂、洗发剂、净发剂、彩色调整剂等暂时染发剂外，也包含脱色剂，另外，所谓染发，除了利用本来的染发剂改变毛发的颜色外，也包括利用脱色剂使毛发脱色。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明发色建议方法的1个形式的流程图。图2是实施该发色建议的系统的结构例，作为输入并存储受试者的图像信息的图像存储单元和在该图像中识别受试者的毛发区域并进而形成规定的发色的模拟图像的运算单元，设置了个人计算机本体1。作为图像取得单元，拍摄受试者的数码相机2、从受试者的照片读入图像信息的图像扫描器3和可以通过因特网等通信线路读入图像信息的装置与个人计算机本体1连接。另外，监视器4和打印机5与个人计算机本体1连接，它们适宜输出个人计算机本体1中存储的受试者的图像信息及其模拟图像等。
在该发色建议方法中，首先，将受试者的图像信息输入作为图像存储单元的个人计算机本体1。更具体而言，就是例如用数码相机2拍摄受试者，将其图像信息输入并存储到个人计算机本体1的图像文件中。此外，可以用图像扫描器3从受试者的照片取入图像信息，并将其图像信息输入个人计算机本体1，也可以将已记录在任意记录媒体上的受试者的图像信息输入个人计算机本体1。另外，也可以接收通过因特网等通信线路发送的受试者的脸图像，并将其图像信息输入个人计算机本体1。将图像信息输入个人计算机本体1的方法，没有限制。
这里，为了在发色的模拟图像的形成中个人计算机本体1可以正确地识别毛发区域，用数码相机2拍摄受试者时的背景或受试者拍摄的照片的背景色最好采用可以明确地与受试者的发色区别的颜色，通常，最好是篮色。
其次，将受试者的输入图像向监视器4输出。图3表示向监视器4输出的受试者的图像。由此，受试者便可确认输入给个人计算机本体1的自己的图像。
在本发明中，使作为运算单元的个人计算机本体1具有识别受试者的输入图像的毛发区域的功能。由此，就可以不需要个人计算机的操作者在监视器画面上通过鼠标操作剪切作为模拟对象的毛发区域这样的麻烦的作业。为了使个人计算机本体1具有这样的识别功能，例如可以装入根据它们的亮度、色调和它们的变化的连续性等识别毛发区域和非毛发区域的软件。
使个人计算机本体1识别受试者的输入图像的毛发区域时，有时不能根据发色等正确地识别本来的毛发区域和非毛发区域。因此，最好预先指定在取入的图像内虽然不是本来的毛发区域但由于亮度、色调等与本来的毛发区域相似而个人计算机本体1识别为毛发区域故有可能与本来的毛发区域同时进行发色模拟的区域，并对该指定的区域不进行发色的模拟。因此，最好在个人计算机本体1中预先设置在受试者的输入图像内使个人计算机的操作者指定的区域成为发色的非模拟区域的掩蔽功能。
另外，与此相反，对于受试者的输入图像，由于摄像时的反射等影响而使图像发生拔白时，尽管是本来的毛发区域，个人计算机本体1却识别为非毛发区域，从而有可能将该部分从发色模拟对象中去掉。对于这种情况，最好不论个人计算机本体1的毛发区域的识别结果如何，对于预先指定的区域进行发色的模拟。因此，最好在个人计算机本体1中预先设置在受试者的输入图像内使个人计算机的操作者指定的指定区域成为发色模拟区域的非掩蔽功能。
作为该掩蔽处理的具体例子，例如受试者是黑发时，如图4中用虚线框所示的那样，个人计算机的操作者在监视器画面上指定眼睛、鼻孔、嘴唇、衣着等黑的区域进行掩蔽。眉毛可以根据受试者的希望决定是否与毛发一起进行发色的模拟。另外，在毛发为欧美人所常见到的明亮的棕色或金黄色时，个人计算机的操作者在监视器画面上就指定脸和衣着等明亮的区域进行掩蔽。这时，眉毛的处理也和黑发时一样。
另外，为了个人计算机本体1可以正确地识别受试者的输入图像的毛发区域和非毛发区域，最好在个人计算机本体1中可以根据图像的背景色和受试者的发色等个别地设定用于区别毛发区域和非毛发区域的参量。
在掩蔽处理或非掩蔽处理后，用个人计算机指定受试者所希望的发色，形成使受试者的图像内的毛发区域(更正确地说，就是个人计算机本体1识别的毛发区域或通过掩蔽处理或非掩蔽处理对该毛发区域加以修正后的区域)改变为规定发色的毛发的模拟图像，并显示在监视器4上。
这里，作为模拟图像的形成方法，最好是反映图像取入时的毛发区域的颜色并将规定的色调或亮度的色重叠到其上，更具体而言，最好将具有这样的功能的模拟软件装入到个人计算机本体1中。
监视器4显示的模拟图像是在取入个人计算机本体1的受试者的当初的图像中仅将毛发区域改变为所希望的发色的图像，所以，受试者不仅可以根据该模拟图像确认染发后的发色，而且也可以把握自己的总体的形象。
在受试者指定发色的阶段，首先在监视器4上提示将受试者的毛发改变为有代表性发色时的模拟图像的一览(参见图5)，最好是受试者大致可以从中指定所希望的发色。这时，根据需要对关于希望暂时性的染发或希望半永久性的染发等染着力的希望、迄今的染发剂的使用状况和对药剂有无过敏等输入个人计算机本体1，这些信息可以在以后个人计算机本体1输出与发色对应的染发剂时反映出来。
在发色大致指定之后，进而以接近受试者指定的发色的颜色提示一点一点地少量改变发色的模拟图像的一览表，最好是受试者可以从中再次指定发色。这样，最好是受试者指定的发色的模拟图像可以在监视器4上放大显示(参见图6)。
再有，这种发色的指定和模拟图像的显示可以反复进行，直至受试者满意为止。
在受试者确定了所希望的发色后，个人计算机本体1根据预先存储的染发剂和应用染发剂前后的发色的数据库进行输出为了在受试者的头发上实现该受试者选择的发色所需要的染发剂的染发剂的提示步骤，更具体而言，就是在监视器4上显示这样的染发剂的种类、色号、商品名等，最好用打印机5输出。该输出内容可以通过因特网等通信线路向受试者发送，或者用邮购广告单邮寄给受试者。
另外，最好在染发剂的输出画面上显示发色的模拟图像和实际的产品的图像6(参见图7)。由此，受试者便可可靠地知道为了在自己的头发上得到所希望的发色所需要的染发剂。
产业上利用的可能性
按照本发明，可以把以受试者所希望的发色染成时的外观作为模拟图像得到，所以，受试者不仅可以确认染发后的发色而且还可以确认染发后自己的总体的形象。另外，按照本发明，可以对受试者准确地提出为了将现在的发色染成所希望的颜色所需要的染发剂。
Claims (7)
1.一种发色建议系统，其特征在于包括：
输入并存储受试者的图像信息的图像存储单元；
识别受试者的输入图像的毛发区域并形成使毛发区域的颜色改变为规定发色的模拟图像的运算单元；以及
输出受试者的输入图像和/或模拟图像的监视器(显示画面)。
2.按权利要求1所述的发色建议系统，其特征在于：具有取入受试者的图像信息的图像取入单元。
3.按权利要求1所述的发色建议系统，其特征在于：运算单元具有使在受试者的输入图像内指定的区域成为发色的非模拟区域的掩蔽功能或使在受试者的输入图像内指定的区域成为发色的模拟区域的非掩蔽功能。
4.按权利要求1所述的发色建议系统，其特征在于：运算单元根据染发剂和应用染发剂前后的发色数据库输出用于在该受试者的毛发上实现模拟图像的发色的染发剂。
5.一种发色建议方法，其特征在于包括：
将受试者的图像信息输入图像存储单元的步骤；
在运算单元中识别受试者的输入图像的毛发区域并形成将毛发区域的颜色改变为规定发色的模拟图像的步骤；以及
将受试者的输入图像和/或模拟图像向监视器输出的步骤。
6.按权利要求5所述的发色建议方法，其特征在于：将受试者的输入图像向监视器输出后，在形成模拟图像之前，进行在受试者的输入图像内指定发色的非模拟区域的掩蔽处理或在受试者的输入图像内指定发色的模拟区域的非掩蔽处理。
7.按权利要求5所述的发色建议方法，其特征在于：包括根据染发剂和应用染发剂前后的发色数据库输出用于在该受试者的毛发上实现模拟图像的发色的染发剂的染发剂的提示步骤。
