Abstract

本发明是将已经勾调成型的标准成品酒盛入到埋于土中的贮酒容器中,容器口用牛皮红、猪尿包密封贮存,贮酒容器表层的土中植满了绿色植物,使酒在绿色植物的根系下面自然陈酿。由于根系下面温度,湿度较大,温度较低,便于酒的自然老熟,缩短了贮存期,酒质较暴露在空气中贮存的更加细腻、醇厚、丰满。酒体挂杯,酒液倒出时酒断丝连。

酒类绿色陈酿法
本发明是将白酒进行组合、勾兑、调味成标准的成品酒后，盛入到贮酒容器中，贮酒容器口用牛皮纸、猪尿包等密封，再将贮酒容器埋入土中，贮酒容器上面及四周的土壤中植满四季常青的绿色植物，让酒在绿色植物根系下面贮存1-3年。
用此法陈酿白酒的优点在于大大缩短了白酒的贮存期。由于酒体在植物根系下面的低温环境中自然陈酿，酒中各种物质间的物理化学反应依自然反应原理进行，香气损失较少，故酒芳香更加浓郁。
经此法陈酿的酒较贮酒容器暴露在空气中陈酿的酒，酒质更加细腻、醇厚、丰满，酒液粘度加大。若将酒液从瓶中倒出时，凸现酒断丝连的现象，将陈年老酒的外观特征表现得淋漓尽致。

Claims (2)

1.一种酒类陈酿方法：
含有(1)贮酒容器埋于土中(或地下)；
(2)埋贮酒容器表层及四周的土中植满绿色植物；
(3)贮存到期的酒液倒出时，呈现酒断丝连的现象。
2.根据权利要求贮酒容器埋入土中(或地下)，土中(或地上)植满绿色植物，酒在绿色植物根系下自然陈酿，酒液倒出时酒断丝连。
