本发明公开了一种用酒糟窖酒的方法,它是将新酒按成品标准进行组合、勾兑、调味后,盛入贮酒容器中,用酒糟盖于容器表面,热敷7~10天,然后进行2次组合、勾兑、调味,再转盛于埋于地下的贮酒容器中,地表面种植绿色植物,自然陈酿3~4年即得成品。本发明具有陈酿时间短,酒质芳香馥郁,醇厚甘美,润滑细腻,回味无穷等优点。它可缩短窖酒时间一倍以上,并且比现有方法窖出的酒口味更佳。

Description

用酒糟窖酒的方法
本发明涉及一种酿酒方法,特别是一种用酒糟酿酒的方法。
众所周知,酒是窖的时间越长越好,故现在生产的窖酒一般都要窖上10年8年,才能出厂。这样使酒的生产周期过长,生产成本增加,经济效益不佳。
本发明的目的在于:提供一种能加速酒的陈酿速度、缩短窖酒时间的方法,以解决上述问题。
本发明是这样实现的:将新酒按成品标准进行组合、勾兑、调味后,盛入贮酒容器中,用酒糟盖子容器表面,热敷7~10天,然后进行2次组合、勾兑、调味,再转盛于埋于地下的贮酒容器中,地表面种植绿色植物,自然陈酿3~4年即得成品。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有陈酿时间短,酒质芳香馥郁,醇厚甘美,润滑细腻,回味无穷等优点。它可缩短窖酒时间一倍以上,并且比现有方法窖出的酒口味更佳。
本发明的实施例:将新酒按成品标准进行组合、勾兑、调味后,盛入贮酒容器中,用刚卸下的热酒糟盖于容器表面,厚度10~20公分,热敷7~10天,让酒中低沸点的有害物质挥发掉,并且增加了酒中各种分子的动能,加速各种物理化学反应速度,使酒质更加醇厚、柔和。相当于自然陈酿2年的老酒。然后进行2次组合、勾兑、调味,再转盛于埋于地下的贮酒容器中,地表面种植绿色植物,自然陈酿3~4年后,酒质相当于自然陈酿8年以上的老酒。

1、一种用酒糟窖酒的方法,其特征在于:将新酒按成品标准进行组合、勾兑、调味后,盛入贮酒容器中,用酒糟盖于容器表面,热敷7~10天,然后进行2次组合、勾兑、调味,再转盛于埋于地下的贮酒容器中,地表面种植绿色植物,自然陈酿3~4年即得成品。
