高档铁氧体微粉用转窑是用耐高温不锈钢材制成同心圆筒形转窑两头支撑在四个托辊上,中部置于隧道式炉体内并用多个高效节能环保灶分段高温加热;转窑预热端侧面设置电动调速器带动转窑旋转;转窑预热端外设置电动调速供料机向转窑内均匀喂料(甲);普通氧化铁微粉随转窑自动翻转流向高温段干燥净化并使高纯度氧化铁微粉(乙)自动通过冷却段端部落入集料器出料;而水份和中、低温杂什(丙)在转窑内气化后被静电除尘器吸入回收固体微粉(丁),无害气体(戊)再吸入高烟囱向高空排放;用微电脑监控温度、湿度、风压、风量、转速、供料量、产品纯度和膨胀系数等。其产成品质量高,成本低,可取代进口电热式转窑。

Description

高档铁氧体微粉用转窑
本发明涉及氧化铁微粉加工工艺装置,适于将普通氧化铁微粉加工成高纯度氧化铁微粉,用以制成高档铁氧体永磁无件和软磁元件。
公知,信息产业的基础材料氧化铁微粉的纯度越高,用以制成的铁氧体永磁元件和软磁元件性能越好。现常用电热式转窑加工氧化铁微粉,因结构复杂,体积庞大,基建投资大,耗电量大,维修费用大,导致产成品成本偏高,在信息产品市场上缺乏竞争力。
本发明的目的是提供一种加工高纯度、低成本的高档铁氧体微粉用转窑,其技术特征是:用耐高温不锈钢材制成同心圆筒形转窑(1),其外圆面涂复高温辐射涂料(2),两头支撑在四个托辊(3)上,中部置于隧道式炉体(4)内并用多个高效节能环保灶(5)分段高温加热;转窑(1)预热端侧面设置电动调速器(6)及锥齿轮副(7)驱动双托辊(3)带动转窑(1)旋转;转窑(1)预热端外设置电动调速供料机(8)及喂料管向转窑内均匀喂料(甲);普通氧化铁微粉(甲)随转窑(1)旋转自动翻转流向高温段干燥净化并使高纯度氧化铁微粉(乙)自动通过冷却段端部落入集料器(9)出料;而水份和中、低温杂什(丙)在转窑(1)内气化后被静电除尘器(10)吸入回收固体微粉(丁),无害气体(戊)再吸入高烟囱(11)向高空排放;用微电脑(12)自动监控温度、湿度、风压、风量、转速、供料量、产品纯度和膨胀系数等。

隧道式炉体的技术特征是:用玻璃微珠砖砌内层,耐火砖砌中层,硅酸铝纤维毡贴外层表面涂复隔热涂料,转窑(1)中部置于隧道式炉体中旋转并用多个高效节能环保灶(5)分段高温加热,低温尾气通过隧道与转窑的间隙吸入高烟囱(11)向空排放。与电热式转窑相比,结构简化,体积缩小,基建投资可减少50%以上,氧化铁微粉纯度能超过一级标准99.2%,最高可达99.6%,每吨高纯度氧化铁微粉的生产成本可减少1000元以上。用以制成的高档铁氧体永磁元件和软磁元件优质价廉,在信息产品市场上更有竞争力。
高档铁氧体微粉用转窑可取代进口的电热式转窑,每座转窑年产500吨至2000吨高纯度氧化铁微粉,投资回收期仅为半年至1年。

1.高档铁氧体微粉用转窑,其技术特征是:用耐高温不锈钢材制成同心圆筒形转窑(1),其外圆面涂复高温辐射涂料(2),两头支撑在四个托辊(3)上,中部置于隧道式炉本(4)内并用多个高效节能环保灶(5)分段高温加热;转窑(1)预热端侧面设置电动调速器(6)及锥齿轮副(7)驱动双托辊(3)带动转窑(1)旋转;转窑(1)预热端外设置电动调速供料机(8)及喂料管向转窑内均匀喂料(甲);普通氧化铁微粉(甲)随转窑(1)旋转自动翻转流向高温段干燥净化并使高纯度氧化铁微粉(乙)自动通过冷却段端部落入集料器(9)出料;而水份和中、低温杂什(丙)在转窑(1)内气化后被静电除尘器(10)吸入回收固体微粉(丁),无害气体(戊)再吸入高烟囱(11)向高空排放;用微电脑(12)自动监控温度、湿度、风压、风量、转速、供料量、产品纯度和膨胀系数等。
