在附图中,本发明的挡风玻璃雨刮总的由标号10表示。挡风玻璃雨刮10包括一梁形式的骨架12和一橡胶刮板14。该梁由杨氏模量为200 GPa的弹簧钢制成。梁的长度为600毫米。梁沿其长度在所有点处均具有矩形的横截面形状。因此,梁具有一宽度尺寸W和一厚度尺寸T,如图1中所示。梁的宽度和厚度从其中央朝其自由端或尖端变小,分别如图3和4所示。图3表示沿梁长度的不同位置处的梁宽度(用毫米表示),梁长度也用毫米测量。图4表示沿梁长度的不同位置处的梁厚度(用毫米表示),梁长度也用毫米测量。
梁在一个平面内沿纵向弯曲,沿其长度在每一点处具有一预定的曲率半径R,如图2中所示。图5表示相对于沿梁长度(用毫米表示)的位置的梁中心线坐标。
利用给出的公式,可以判定图中所描绘的雨刮是否符合本发明。沿梁12在其最宽点处的梁12的宽度Wm(用毫米表示)为15.4,如图3中所示。按照本发明的第一个方面,在L为600毫米、E为200GPa的情况下,沿梁12在最宽点处的宽度Wm的大小(用毫米表示)应小于(-8.889×10-5×E+0.05378)×L-5.25=(-8.889×10-5×200+0.05378)×600-5.25=16.35毫米。因此,雨刮的宽度Wm落在本发明的范围之内。
沿梁12在最厚点处的梁12的厚度Tm(用毫米表示)为1.2毫米,如图4中所示。按照本发明的第二个方面,在L为600毫米、E为200GPa的情况下,沿梁12在最厚点处的厚度Tm的大小(用毫米表示)应小于0.0007×L-0.0027407×E+1.37814=0.0007×600-0.0027407×200+1.37814=1.25毫米。因此,雨刮的厚度Tm也落在本发明的范围之内。
