现在已经对钩环连接件做了进一步的研究,钩环连接件能够以非常简便而快速的方法对不同的平面物体进行连接。不仅连接相互接触的棱边而且作为锁紧皮带或类似物品的接头都是常见的。钩环连接件一般由两部分组成,即由挤压成形的单钩、双钩或伞状凸起所构成的钩连部件和由纤维或线形成环状结构用于扣住钩连部件的环套部件。通常将非常牢固的钩环连接件分为两种,例如对于鞋,必须经得住多次锁紧打开过程而对于例如一次性产品只需几次锁紧打开。这种一次性产品例如是卫生产品,如婴儿尿布或成人失禁尿布上的钩环连接件。
在国际专利申请WO95/17111中描述了一种用于婴儿尿布和失禁产品的钩环连接件。钩连部件由带有钩连体的衬层组成。环套部件由加强层和环套材料构成,其中环套材料设置在加强层下面而环套通过环套材料的针状凸起刺透加强层。这种钩环连接件的强度很差,尤其是使用人造纤维层作为环套材料的时候。
在EPPA0765616中涉及一种钩环连接件的环套部件,其中使用了以力学或流体技术纺成的双成分粘接纤维无纺布。将无纺布送进压辊缝隙,其中对一个压辊以超过粘接纤维熔点而对另一压辊以明显低于粘接纤维熔点地进行加热。通过所形成的温差使无纺布的一面被熔化成薄膜状面层而另一面仍为非粘合表面。通过成针过程在纤维表面出现大量环状凸起,钩能够扣住这些凸起。对于这种实施例连接强度也不是无懈可击的。缺陷是同样的,如同已经描述过的现有技术一样也使用卷曲的纤维而如果环套层本身不是很好粘接并且必要时配备基层的时候,就只能实现有限地可信赖钩环连接。
本发明的任务在于提供一种用于钩环连接件的环套部件,该部件制造简便并具有高强度。按照本发明该任务由此而解决,环套部件由带有卷曲变形聚合丝线的无纺复合物制成,其中无纺复合物作为卷曲变形聚合丝线的载体,而卷曲变形丝线形成钩件钩连部件的环套。这种结构的环套部件具有非常良好的特性并且在有效性上明显优于目前公知的由卷曲纤维作为实际钩连介质的无纺布构成的钩连部件。对于按照本发明的实施例,无纺布或者说无纺布的纤维不是作为钩扣的联接点,而仅仅作为以拉歇尔经编法的卷曲变形丝线的载体,卷曲变形丝线形成环套。
为了实现本发明也可以由高强度无卷曲纤维制成无纺复合物。在此最好使用长丝。
如果要使无纺复合物特别柔软,也可以使用微纤维。
特别有利的实施例是无纺复合物由至少两层无纺布构成。在这里可以有不同的变化。
如果无纺复合物由纺粘无纺布/熔喷(Meltblown)或纺粘无纺布/熔喷/纺粘无纺布的合成物制成,能够提供好的解决方案。在此,在两层由长丝制成的纺粘无纺布之间实现非常疏松的中间层。
各层可以疏松地上下叠放。但是也可以在织进线之前按照货样裁切分开地焊接无纺复合物。在此可以使用点焊技术或超声波焊接。另一种可能性在于,在织进线之前整个平面地压制无纺复合物。在特殊情况下也可以设想将线粘接在含粘接剂的无纺布上。
除了优选的纺粘无纺布以外,一般也可以使用短纤维无纺布或湿式无纺布。但是由于强度并且也由于成本的原因而优选纺粘无纺布。
如果无纺复合物完全或部分地由微纤维制成的话,这种微纤维可以通过公知的碎屑工艺经过高压处理、水射流处理、热水处理或蒸汽处理或者干式机械处理来得到。
无纺复合物的粘合也可以通过高压水射流实现。但是注意不要使无纺复合物大孔化。
在许多使用场合,希望钩环连接件的搭扣部位是有色的,尤其是将钩环连接件粘接在所用物体上的时候并且钩环连接件应该含有粘接表面。这种表面可以通过压平来实现。这一点对于熔喷层可以特别简单地实现,熔喷层能够被压平成薄膜状,例如使熔喷层经过加热的压辊。
为了得到好的印刷表面或粘接表面,无纺复合物也可以配备薄膜制成的底层,印刷或粘接层覆盖在薄膜上。薄膜可以通过挤压与由无纺布制成的面层连接。
一般选择单位面积重量为7至70g/qm的无纺复合物,最好为10至50g/qm。卷曲变形丝线本身可以由相同或不同的单长丝或双成分长丝制成。但是线最好使用可生物降解的聚合物,以实现对于尿布所期望的可扔弃性。
卷曲变形丝线的纤度为20至200dtex,最好为30至120dtex并作为经线加在无纺复合物上。在此可以在经纱方向上按锯齿形货样裁切分开。在缝入线并松开经过线加强的无纺复合物以后商品的长度可以缩短0至10%。
经线的数量为每英寸3至25条,最好为每英寸20条。由此将构成足够数量的钩连环套。线图数为每厘米2至4个。
按照本发明的钩环连接件部件优选用于一次性卫生产品,如婴儿尿布或成人尿布。也可以设想用于其它一次性使用产品,在这种情况下对钩环连接件最多要求10次连接和再打开。而例如不适合于反复使用的OP-搭扣或劳动保护服装。
一般来讲本发明实施例所使用的无纺复合物由多层构成,其中至少有一层是由微细纤维构成的。微细纤维层至少在一面由一般的纺粘无纺布或人造纤维无纺布覆盖。无纺复合物的外层至少有一层选用利于粘接的覆层,覆层在以拉歇尔经编法(Einrascheln)织进聚合线之前进行多色印刷。对此可以在没有印刷的一面附加地涂覆粘接材料,最好为粘附胶水。
但是在很多情况下如果给无纺复合物配上薄膜是有利的,薄膜可以是整体的或含有微孔。与整体薄膜的聚合结构相对应,整体薄膜可以是透水蒸汽的或者也可以是不透水蒸汽的。最好使用聚烯烃薄膜,在必要时这种薄膜含有粘接材料或胶粘措施,或者通过足够能量的辐射,必要时加入对于粘接过程有利的自由基单体。
无纺复合物的优选制造方式是将无纺复合物在拉伸状态进行织入钩环聚合线的拉歇尔经编过程。预拉伸最好仅在拉歇尔经编法织进聚合线的直线装置的方向上产生。对于锯齿形聚合线弹性无纺布的预拉伸可以在纵向和横向或只在其中一个方向上进行。通过以后松开无纺复合物可以增加单位长度上的针脚数量并且与长度缩短相对应地提高环套高度。

Claims (19)

1.用于平面物体,尤其是纺织产品的钩环连接件,具有钩连部件和环套部件,其特征为,环套部件由带有卷曲变形聚合丝线的无纺复合物制成,其中无纺复合物作为卷曲变形丝线的载体,而卷曲变形丝线形成扣住钩连部件的环套。
2.如权利要求1的钩环连接件,其特征为,无纺复合物由高强度无卷曲纤维制成。
3.如权利要求1或2的钩环连接件,其特征为,纤维为长丝。
4.如权利要求1至3之一的钩环连接件,其特征为,纤维为微细纤维。
5.如权利要求1至4之一的钩环连接件,其特征为,无纺复合物由至少两层无纺布构成。
6.如权利要求1至5之一的钩环连接件,其特征为,无纺复合物由纺粘无纺布/熔喷或纺粘无纺布/熔喷/纺粘无纺布的合成物制成。

15.如权利要求1至14之一的钩环连接件,其特征为,卷曲变形丝线的纤度(线强度)为20至200dtex,最好为30至120dtex。
16.如权利要求1至15之一的钩环连接件,其特征为,卷曲变形丝线作为经线织进无纺复合物。
17.如权利要求1至16之一的钩环连接件,其特征为,经线的数量(钩环密度)为每英寸3至25个,最好为每英寸20个。
18.如权利要求1至17之一的钩环连接件,其特征为,线圈数为每厘米2至4个。
19.如权利要求1至18之一的钩环连接件的制造方法,其特征为,无纺复合物以拉伸状态进行织进经线的拉歇尔经编过程。
