Abstract

本发明涉及一种可提出治疗、保健建议的基因诊断仪,它包括光纤基因芯片检测系统和医药保健品信息库。光纤基因芯片检测系统包括光纤基因芯片和成像式与扫描式检测仪,医药、保健品信息库的主要信息设在光纤基因芯片检测系统中,全部信息设在因特网的网站中。基因诊断仪在诊断出一种疾病结果后,从诊断仪的信息库中查询出对症的药品和保健品,从而给出诊断结果和对症的治疗保健建议,一方面提出了诊断、治疗、保健整体解决方案,另一方面又使制药厂、保健品厂及时将产品信息告知病患者。

Description

一种可提出治疗保健建议的基因诊断仪
本发明涉及一种可提出治疗保健建议的基因诊断仪，属医疗器械类产品。
目前，基因诊断主要为PCR(聚合酶链式反应)和基因芯片(多组寡核苷酸嵌在特定模板上)方式，PCR主要解决待测基因的扩增问题，在测定基因点突变时主要还需荧光探针来完成，PCR仪没有提出治疗保健的建议，现有报道的基因芯片(寡核苷酸芯片)主要有掩膜光刻，DNA液体打印两种类型，这两种芯片制成的诊断仪，所配的检测设备相对昂贵，也不能提供治疗保健建议。
本发明通过以下步骤达到诊断疾病和提出治疗保健建议的目的：
①制备基因光纤单元(等长度的光纤)和建立医药保健品信息库。
②在各根等长的光纤一端的端面上固化已知的NDA探针，把光纤排列固定在模板上，即成光纤基因芯片。
③使待测DNA探针与已知的叉交，激光激发DNA探针上的荧光索，产生光斑，由扫描仪检测，分析得出诊断结果。
④基因诊断仪根据诊断结果查询医药保健品信息库，打印出关于诊断结果和对症所需的药品，保健品名称的报告单。
步骤①中医药保健品信息库可依治疗功能分类，主要的药品保健品的信息设在诊断仪的检测系统中，全部的信息设在因特网上，当要求提出主要治疗保健建议时，在检测系统的信息库里，即能查询到对症的药品保健品，当要求提出详细的治疗保健建议时，在因特网上即能查询到对症的药品保健品。从而，可提出诊断、治疗、保健的总体解决方案。
通过光导纤维的表面处理，可使DNA探针固化于上面，在荧光标记与杂交时，注意操作，经对荧光信息的成像和扫描检测，可得出满意的诊断结果。
此基因诊断仪弥补了以往基因芯片检测手断的不足，成本低、易普及，一方面提出了诊、治疗、保健整体解决方案，另一方面又使制药厂、保健品厂及时将产品信息告知病患者。
实施例：
现以检测某患者念珠菌感染为例：
先将已知的念珠菌DNA探针，在37℃时，固化在选定的光纤单元一端的端面上30分钟，与其他光纤单元一起排列固定在模板上成基因芯片，使待测DNA片段与之叉交，用聚焦的光斑照射所选光纤的另一端，用扫描检测技术检测，得出阳性结果，诊断仪即打印出念珠菌阳性，建议服用克霉唑药品的诊断报告单。

1、一种可提出治疗、保健建议的基因诊断仪，其特征在于：由光纤基因芯片检测系统和医药保健品信息库两部分组成，由光纤基因芯片检测出疾病诊断结果后，根据医药保健品信息库，输出的诊断报告中可标出对症所需的医药、保健品。
2、根据权利要求1所述的基因诊断仪，其特征在于：所述的基因芯片检测系统包括光纤基因芯片和成像式与扫描式检测仪。
3、根据权利要求1所述的基因诊断仪，其特征在于：所述的医药、保健品信息库以软件的形式设在光纤基因芯片检测系统的检测仪中，同时也以网站的形式设在因特网上。
4、根据权利要求1和2所述的基因诊断仪，其特征在于：所述的基困光纤芯片是由多段光纤排列固定在模板上而成，基因荧光探针可固化在光纤的端面，激光从光纤的一端进入，激发出另一端的荧光探针的荧光，通过成像式与扫描式检测，可得出检测结果。
