Abstract

本发明涉及一种水泥微波助烧结的工艺。它由微波管<3>、发射管<4>和微波调节装置组成,并置于水泥的立窑、回转窑相关位置。由微波管<3>、发射管<4>把微波导入立窑的高温带进行助烧结。微波的高频磁场能力加快反应速度,增强扩散动力。水泥熟料的强度和安定性都大幅提高。适用水泥、耐火材料行业的烧结。

水泥微波助烧结工艺
本发明涉及水泥立窑、回转窑利用微波助烧结。随着建材工业的发展,能源紧张有所加剧。节约能源已成为水泥行业的主要议题,贯穿在水泥厂的工艺流程的设计,生产设备的造型之中。力图把燃料的消耗、能源的耗用、人力的配给等指标降到最低限度,成为当务之急。为此研究和提高节能技术是必要的。
现有的立窑、回转窑能耗高、产量低,特别是立窑经常漏生,严重影响产量和质量。
本发明的目的是提供一种能提高生产效率、降低能耗、提高水泥熟料强度,应用于立窑、回转窑的微波助烧结工艺。
本发明的目的由下述技术方案来实现:该助烧结过程由微波发生器发生强大的微波后由置于窑体内的发射管,把微波穿透耐火砖引向高温带。在立窑或回转窑的高温带的周围和内部形成微波作用场,由于微波的作用降低了烧结的活化能,增强了扩散动力,加速了材料的烧结进程。
由于本发明采用了微波助烧结,巧妙地利用电磁场原理、加速了分子碰撞速度、增加了化学和物理的内焓量、则烧结速度加快,质量提高。同一时间内产量高、能耗降低。
下面结合附图和实施例加以说明:
图1为本发明的结构示意图。
如图1,本发明结构为1窑体、2为耐火砖、3微波管、4发射管组成。由微波管和发射管组成微波源、使微波作用于高温带。所示箭头为微波作用位置。其优点已如前所述。本发明经试验,效果极佳。它适用于水泥、耐火材料等行业。

Claims (3)

1、一种利用微波进行加速锻烧水泥熟料和烧结的生产工艺,由微波管、发射管组成,其特征在于:在立窑、回转窑高温区引入30MHz~30GHz的微波磁场,微波作用于高温带。
2、根据权利要求,所述的装置其特征在于:微波源由1个或1个以上组成,并置于水泥窑系统适当位置。
3、根据权利要求1和2所述的微波助烧结装置其特征在于:微波发生装置由微波管、微波发射管以及调控设备组成。
