Abstract

一种制作户用沼气发生器的工程塑料材料及制备方法。该材料是由聚丙烯、聚乙烯、乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚树脂、三元乙丙橡胶等高分子化合物及碳酸钙、滑石粉等填充料按一定比例制成。用注射成型的方法制做出户用沼气发生器的各有关部件。该沼气发生器的制备材料及其制备方法,具有生产效率高、价格较廉的优点,制得的沼气发生器性能优良,质轻、气密性好、保温性优、力学性能优良、使用寿命长。

一种户用沼气发生器的制备材料及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及由热塑性塑料改性聚丙烯为原料,用生产效率很高的塑料注射成型法来生产户用沼气发生器部件。本发明是关于沼气发生器的部件制备材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现今户用沼气发生器主要是用水泥沙浆、砖、混凝土等为原料制造,工期较长并常出现泄漏现象,甚至会引起该沼气发生器的报废。其次是用玻璃纤维与热固性树脂制造,即为玻璃钢沼气发生器,其优点是沼气的泄漏问题得到了很大的改进,但生产效率低,价格较高。目前尚无用改性塑料以注射成型法来制备沼气发生器的。为此,进行了此种研制、开发。研制用改性聚丙烯注射成型为沼气发生器的部件。具有生产效率高,可规模化生产,性能优良如质轻、气密性好,保温性优,力学性能优良,使用寿命长且价格较廉等突出优点。为满足我国广大农村对沼气发生器的需要有着重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种生产户用沼气发生器部件的适宜材料及其制备方法。此种材料即为改性聚丙烯,是由聚丙烯、聚乙烯、乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚树脂(EVA)、三元乙丙橡胶等高分子化合物及碳酸钙、滑石粉等助剂组成。各个组份的重量份比例如下:
聚丙烯∶聚乙烯∶EVA∶三元乙丙橡胶为100∶10~40∶15~30∶8~15。
高分子化合物总量碳酸钙∶滑石粉为100∶25~30∶10~25。
上述高分子化合物及助剂经混炼机或混合机混合均匀后,再用双螺杆挤出机挤出、牵引、造粒即可用于注射成型,制得沼气发生器的部件。
本发明提供了一种生产户用沼气发生器部件的新方法,它不同于制备沼气发生器的传统方法。即采用热塑性塑料改性聚丙烯为原料,用注射成型法制备沼气发生器的部件。
本发明的优点:
本发明的突出优点在于使户用沼气发生器的制造实现了机械化、快速化生产,大大优越于现有沼气发生器的生产方法。本发明制得的改性聚丙烯其导热系数相当低为0.1805W/m.k,使制备的沼气发生器保温性能优良,能保证较高的沼气产气率。
具体实施方式
实施例:改性聚丙烯的制备及其注射成型
按重量份称量好聚丙烯100份,超高分子量聚乙烯15份,EVA25份,三元乙丙橡胶15份(粒状),超细碳酸钙45份,超细滑石粉25份。加于LDH混合机中混合20分钟。将混合好的料加于双螺杆挤出机的加料斗中,挤出机采用分段控温,从加料段至挤出段各段温度依次为:150~160℃,165~170℃,170~180℃,180~190℃,195~205℃。挤出后牵引并在水槽中冷却,然后经切粒机切粒以备注射成型使用。
注射成型时,料筒温度从加料段至喷咀分段控温,各段温度依次为:155℃,160~165℃,170~185℃,喷咀温度为165~175℃,注射压力为100~120Mpa,模具温度为室温~50℃,成型周期150秒。
所附图表示了整个制备方法的具体工艺过程。

1.一种户用沼气发生器的制备材料,其特征在于此种材料为改性聚丙烯,是由聚丙烯、聚乙烯、乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚树脂(EVA)、三元乙丙橡胶高分子化合物及碳酸钙、滑石粉助剂组成;各个组份的重量份比例如下:聚丙烯∶聚乙烯∶EVA∶三元乙丙橡胶为100∶10~40∶15~30∶8~15;高分子化合物总量∶碳酸钙∶滑石粉为100∶25~30∶10~25。
2.如权利要求1所述的材料的制备方法,其特征在于,将混合好的料加于双螺杆挤出机的加料斗中,挤出机采用分段控温,从加料段至挤出段各段温度依次为∶150~160℃,165~170℃,170~180℃,180~190℃,195~205℃,挤出后牵引并在水槽中冷却,然后经切粒机切粒以备注射成型使用;注射成型时,料筒温度从加料段至喷咀分段控温,各段温度依次为:155℃,160~165℃,170~185℃;喷咀温度为165~175℃,注射压力为100~120Mpa,模具温度为室温~50℃,成型周期150秒。
