Abstract
该收集袋包括:由边缘相连的两层空白膜组成的袋体(1),位于所述的一层空白膜中的一个入口;环绕着该入口并将收集袋与人体的孔洞相连的连接件。该收集袋通过一个窄而长,终止于引流口(9)的引流段(8)排空。由弹性材料,如泡沫,制成的密封片(35a,35b)与引流段(8)相连或邻近引流口(9),以便将引流段(8)折叠起来关闭引流口。
Description
本发明涉及一种人体排泄物的收集袋,包括:由边缘相连的两层空白膜组成的袋体;位于所述的一层空白膜中的一个入口;环绕着该入口并将收集袋与人体的孔洞相连的连接件;一条窄而长的引流段,该引流段起始于距入口有一定距离的最近端,在所述端的两层空白膜层间延伸至最远端;由所述的引流段形成的引流口,该引流口位于所述的最远端的附近,所述的引流段是可折叠和打开的,通过下述方法进行:在所述的最近端和最远端之间,沿长度方向上至少折叠一次,使引流段由打开、未折叠的状态转变成封闭、折叠的状态,反之亦然;及位于引流段的一个锁定装置,以便锁住袋体,使引流段维持所述的封闭、折叠的状态。
这种可排空的收集袋通常用于造口术。在经过回肠造口术和结肠造口术的病人无法控制有点儿粘稠的流体物的排泄的情况下,收集袋必须经常排空,因而关闭装置应在排空后易于打开和关闭,同时在使用过程中,如在排空间隔,又必须提供可靠而紧密的封闭性。
一些不同的关闭装置已经设计出来并为众人所知。
如,GB专利申请Nos,2 268 065和2 000 683公开了具有关闭装置的收集袋,其中,把条形的互锁件,如尼龙刺粘搭链(VELCRO),固定在引流段的每层空白膜上,通过把引流段紧紧折叠后,这些互锁件彼此接触。
更新的设计见欧洲专利申请No,0 013 109,其中,出口段被折叠起来,然后塞入由与袋壁相连的半刚性的条带形成的间隙中。
在上述的所有专利中都由一个缺点,那就是需要精准地操作关闭装置,以获得必要的密封性来防止收集袋在封闭处的泄漏。尤其是上述欧洲专利中所述的紧紧折叠和塞入操作对于行动不便的使用者可能会产生问题。
另一种关闭装置参见出版的国际申请No,WO96/19164,其中,引流段被卷到一个锁定夹上,这个夹子系在一层空白膜上。这种夹子有一个弹性区,例如可以由整体发泡塑料作为外层,环绕着半刚性的核心部分。尽管这种收集袋和锁定夹与上述装置相比密闭性有所改善,但锁定装置的设计选择有限,因为密闭效果取决于锁定夹。
鉴于此,本发明的目的是改善所述的收集袋防泄漏的安全性,操作的方便性和关于选择关闭装置的灵活性。
为此,本发明所述的收集袋其特征在于:至少一刚性高于所述的空白膜的弹性封闭件位于引流口处或邻近引流口处,与引流段的至少一层空白膜相连,使得在至少折叠一次后,与另一层空白膜的接触面接合以封闭所述的引流口。
通过这种设计,由于弹性封闭件或引流口处的配件作为引流口处的一种有效的封闭,在封闭和打开时折叠操作的开始和结束时,收集袋的操作变得更为容易,因为引流口被一个或多个封闭件的弹性充分封闭。与WO96/19164中设计的收集袋相比,本发明设计的收集袋的优点是有多种与袋体相连的锁定装置可供选择。
本发明优选的实施例在从属权利要求中有阐述。
下文中将结合附图对本发明进行详细的介绍,其中:
图1为本发明的收集袋的实施例的平面图,是从面对使用者的另外一面看去,并处于完全打开的状态。
图2为沿图1中Ⅱ-Ⅱ线,收集袋沿长度方向上的剖面。
图3为收集袋处于中间状态时的侧视图,只画出了相关的部件;
图4为对应图1中的收集袋的视图,处于完全封闭状态;
图5为对应图3中的收集袋的视图,处于完全封闭状态;
图6和图7为收集袋的引流段最远端部分分别处于打开和封闭状态时的放大剖面图;
图8至11为图1所示的收集袋的引流段的变型的视图,对应于图1至图4;及
图12和13为所述收集袋的进一步变型的视图,部分对应于图4和5。
为使图清晰,在图2、3、5、9、10和12中,一些剖面区用实线表示。
各图显示的都是一般普通类型的造孔术收集袋,包括一个由边缘通过熔接或其它方便方法形成的接缝4而相连的两个空白膜层2,3组成的袋体1。空白膜层可以用任何合适的柔性塑料片或薄片材料。
空白膜层3在使用时正对使用者,从而作为袋体的后壁,其上有一贴身的入口5,被连接件6环绕着,这些连接件将收集袋与人体的孔洞相连,如使用者腹壁中肠体上的孔洞,即所谓的人造口。
如图2所示,另一种不同于空白膜层的材料制成的舒适层7可设置在空白膜层3上。在随后的介绍中,两种空白膜层都可采用这种舒适层,该舒适层可由传统的无纺材料制成。
在离入口5一定距离处,收集袋设计有一个窄而长的引流段8,它起始于最近端或颈端8a,延伸至最远端或终止端8b。引流段8由空白膜层2,3的两个端部分形成,并同样的沿相对的侧边8c和8d相接。
在引流段8的最远端8b的附近,有一由空白膜层2,3之间的狭缝形成的引流口9,通过它,收集袋中的内容物可以排空,在下文中有所介绍。
为使收集袋由如图1和2所示的打开或排空状态进入使用状态,即关闭状态,所述的收集袋有一个锁定装置,如实施例所示,包括可折叠的锁定条12和13,这两条锁定条从引流段8的侧边8c和8d在最近端8a处伸出。伸出的锁定条12和13可以和空白膜层2,3中的一个形成一体,并具有第一锁定装置10和11,可以由凸形的扣夹件,尼龙刺粘搭链关闭件,不同种类的粘接件等组成,并且可通过第二匹配的锁定装置14和15打开和扣紧,14和15位于空白膜层3的背面,下文中将对此进行介绍。应该注意的是,锁定装置可以用别的方法设计,如申请人在待审查的丹麦专利申请No,PA 1998 00805中介绍的方法,或者就象传统的锁定夹。
由可压缩的封闭片35b制成的弹性封闭件位于后空白膜层3的延伸部位3a,前空白膜层2的末端也有相似的弹性封闭件,与封闭片35a的形状相似。封闭片35a、35b由合适的柔性材料制成,如泡沫,并具有比空白膜层2,3更高的刚度,并在引流口9的两侧贯穿引流段8的整个宽度范围,而引流口9是由空白膜层3的延伸部位3a和空白膜层2的最远端的边缘2a形成的。
如图6和图7中放大了的剖面图所示,可以更清楚地看到:封闭片35b位于延伸部位3a正对引流口9的的表面上,而封闭片35a位于前空白膜层2的正对引流口9的背表面上。如实施例所示,封闭片35a,35b都大体是矩形的,并且使两个封闭片的第一纵向的侧边彼此大体平行正对,并留有间隙36,该间隙取决于封闭片的弹性和可压缩性,及封闭片所在空白膜层的拉伸强度和可伸长性。
当关闭收集袋时,引流段8从最远端开始折叠,通过把两个封闭片间的间隙36作为折叠线,首先把封闭片35b与封闭片35a对折。如图7所示,由于空白膜层2和3的在折叠区的拉伸,这种最初的折叠将导致封闭片35a与35b至少在间隙36或折叠线附近的部分有所压缩,从而实现了引流口9的有效关闭。
然后,在这种最初折叠完成后,如实施例所示,引流段8又折叠两次,直至锁定装置14和15与伸出的锁定条12和13在一条直线上,12和13然后被折叠,使锁定装置10和11与锁定装置14和15锁合。
通过使用由可压缩弹性材料,如泡沫,制成的封闭片35a和35b,在引流口9处的引流段8的最初折叠使紧密性有所提高。由于泡沫材料的可压缩性和空白膜层2和3的挤压作用,阻止了引流段中的颗粒向引流口的移动,在引流口处,这样的颗粒有可能形成诱发收集袋泄漏的流体通路。
如实施例所示,在每层空白膜层上都有一个弹性封闭件,其中之一也就是位于后空白膜层3的延伸部位3a处的封闭片35b,这样,每个弹性件都能充分地延伸。这种安排是为了收集袋的工作性能最优,但其它方法也是可行的,包括只在一个空白膜层上只用一个弹性件,与另一空白膜层上的非弹性接触表面匹配。
当收集袋使用一段时间后并且至少是部分填满了时,通过打开锁定装置10,11和14,15,可以使收集袋打开,之后,展开引流段8,并将其最远端指向一个适当的位置,如厕所。在进行这种操作时,通过将封闭片35a和35b挤压在一起,引流口9可能仍保持封闭状态。收集袋此时即为如图1所示的打开状态,并通过释放封闭片上的压力,其中的内容物即可流出袋体。
之后,使用者可向引流口方向挤压收集袋,把残留在收集袋中的内容物挤出。当收集袋被排空后,可彻底清洗引流段8。
如有需要,可按照上述的关闭步骤,再次关闭收集袋。
在图8至11中图示的引流段8的变型中,封闭片35a'和35b'的各自正对间隙36'的侧边37和38分别包括边缘件39和40,41和42,邻近引流段8'的侧边8c'和8d',在最初的折叠封闭片35b'并与封闭片35a'啮合之后,这些边缘件就确定了引流段8'随后的折叠线。
在封闭片35a'的边缘件39和40之间,以及在35b'的边缘件41和42之间,由曲线轮廓43和44各自确定了一条相对较大的切口。因此,封闭片35a'和35b'的表面区域中在通过引流口9'排空收集袋后需要清洗的面积大大减少了。而且,通过这种封闭片的设计,锁定装置45,如尼龙刺粘搭链位于引流段上,这样在把引流段折叠起来后,引流段将被束缚在由封闭片35a'和35b'的侧边37,38上的搭接曲线轮廓43,44确定的切口内,而锁定条12'和13',及锁定装置10'和11'被相应复位。因此,与图1至5中的实施例相比,引流段8'在折叠状态下的总厚度将相应有所降低。
在图12和13中,对收集袋做了进一步的改进,其中形成收集袋的前壁的前空白膜层2'被一层舒适层46覆盖,如一种无纺材料。该层沿收集袋的轮廓线与空白膜层2'和3'相接。在靠近引流段8"的最近端处,在舒适层46和空白膜层2'边缘之间有一狭缝47。通过在折叠引流段8"后,为用锁定装置10"至13"锁定袋体的更进一步的随后折叠操作中,引流段8"可能被塞入舒适层46后邻近狭缝47的一个至少半封闭的部位,如图13所示。
本发明不仅仅限于上述的实施例,还包括在不偏离下述权利要求的范围的情况下,对本发明的改进。
例如,尽管本发明仅仅介绍了造孔术收集袋,当然也可能把本发明应用于其它形式的人体排泄物的收集袋,如小便收集袋或外科用的排空袋。
Claims (14)
1.人体排泄物收集袋包括:
由边缘相接的两层空白膜层(2,3)形成的袋体(1),
一个位于上述膜层中的一层(3)内的一个入口(5),
环绕着上述入口、连接袋体和人体孔口的连接件(6),
一段窄而长的引流段(8),起始于距入口(5)一定距离的最近端,在所述的空白膜层的两个末端之间延伸至最远端,
在所述的最远端附近,由所述的引流段(8)形成的引流口(9),
所述的引流段(8)是可折叠和打开的,通过下述方法来进行:在所述的最近端和最远端之间,沿长度方向上至少折叠一次,使引流段由打开、未折叠的状态转变成封闭、折叠的状态,反之亦然;
及位于引流段的一个锁定装置(10-13),以便锁住袋体,使引流段维持所述的封闭、折叠的状态;
其特征在于:
至少一刚性高于所述的空白膜的弹性封闭件(35a,35b,35a',35b')位于引流口(9)处或邻近引流口处,与引流段(8,8',8")的至少一层空白膜(2,3,2',3')相连,使得在至少折叠一次后,与另一层空白膜的接触面接合以封闭所述的引流口。
2.按照权利要求1所述的收集袋,其特征在于:一个弹性封闭件(35a,35b,35a',35b')与每层空白膜层(2,3)相连。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的收集袋,其特征在于:每个弹性封闭件都设计成弹性的、可压缩的封闭片(35a,35b,35a',35b'),横向延伸至所述的引流段(8,8',8")的长度方向,并贯穿引流口(9)的整个宽度范围。
4.按照权利要求1至3中任一所述的收集袋,其特征在于:每个弹性封闭件(35a,35b,35a',35b')由泡沫材料制成。
5.按照权利要求1至4中任一所述的收集袋,其特征在于:其中一层空白膜层(3)由引流段(8)的最远端形成,并有一延伸部分(3a)超出了另一空白膜层的最远侧边,所述的引流口(9)位于所述的延伸部分和所述的另一空白膜层的最远侧边之间,而所述的至少一个弹性封闭件(35b)位于所述的延伸部分(3a)上。
6.按照权利要求2和5所述的收集袋,其特征在于:所述至少一个弹性封闭件(35b,35b')设置在所述的延伸部分(3a)的表面上正对着所述的引流口(9),而另外的弹性封闭件(35a,35a')则位于另一所述的空白膜层上,且背向所述的引流口。
7.按照权利要求2,3和6所述的收集袋,其特征在于:所述的封闭片(35a,35b,35a',35b')的第一长侧边彼此正对且平行,在它们之间有一个间隙(36,36'),以允许所述的至少一次的折叠。
8.按照上述的任何一条权利要求所述的收集袋,其特征在于:一个所述的锁定装置(10-15,10'-13';45)设置在邻近所述引流段(8,8',8")的最近端处,以允许所述的引流段在所述的至少一次折叠后还能至少继续折叠一次。
9.按照权利要求7和8所述的收集袋,其特征在于:所述至少折叠一次的折叠线由位于所述的封闭片(35a,35b,35a',35b')之间的间隙(36,36')确定,而随后的所述的至少一次继续折叠的折叠线是由平行于所述的第一长侧边的所述的至少一个弹性封闭件的封闭片(35a',35b')的边缘件(39-42)确定的。
10.按照权利要求9所述的收集袋,其特征在于:正对所述的第一长侧边的两个封闭片(35a',35b')的所述的侧边(37,38)具有相同的轮廓线。
11.按照权利要求10所述的收集袋,其特征在于:在所述的侧边(37,38)内,在所述的边缘件(39-40,41-42)之间有一个切口,以便减少所述的封闭片(35a',35b')的表面积。
12.按照权利要求8及权利要求9和11中的任何一条所述的收集袋,其特征在于:所述的锁定装置包括可折叠的锁定条(12,13,12',13'),这些锁定条从引流段(8,8')相对侧伸出,位于第一锁定装置与第二锁定装置相匹配的一面上,第二锁定装置位于所述的引流段的一个表面件上,而引流段在所述的至少一次的继续折叠后,与锁定条(12,13,12',13')处于一条直线上。
13.按照权利要求11和12所述的收集袋,其特征在于:所述第二锁定装置(45)位于引流段(8')上,这样在其折叠状态下,被限制在折叠且搭接的封闭片(35a',35b')中的切口内。
