Abstract
本发明涉及一种挂钩接头,包括一个用于挂钩或捆绑装置的连接环,其中,连接环(1)可旋转地装在锚固螺栓(4)上,支承环(10)不会丢失地与锚固螺栓连接。为保证连接环(1)相对于锚固螺栓(4)良好的运动能力,连接环(1)的底座(2)通过一个第一滚动体排(11)支承在锚固螺栓(4)的头部(5)的环形法兰(13)上,并通过一个第二滚动体排(12)支承在支承盘(10)上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种挂钩接头,包括一个用于悬挂一个挂钩或捆绑装置的连接环和一个用于将其固定在一物体上的锚固螺栓,后者的头部制有一个环形法兰,在环形法兰上支承着连接环,连接环有一个制有一个孔的底座并可旋转地装在锚固螺栓上。
背景技术
由EP 0654611 B1已知一种上述类型设计为所谓吊环螺栓的挂钩接头。在此已知的挂钩接头中,连接在锚固螺栓头部环形法兰上的圆柱段从连接环底座的下侧略微伸出,所以连接环可自由地绕锚固螺栓的纵轴线旋转。此已知方案的特点在于简单,以适应挂钩接头这种大量生产产品的特殊性。但随着借助相关的挂钩接头提升的载荷其重量不断增大,由于环形法兰与连接环底座之间存在的摩擦状况,导致影响连接环沿与连接环连接的相关挂钩牵引方向的自动定向。
为了减小摩擦力,在由DE 43 36 779 C2已知的一种挂钩接头中,一个装在球体内的连接环相对于一套筒状支座支承,此支座通过一个其尺寸按标准的锚固螺栓固定。此第二种已知的方案在这方面也不能完全令人满意,因为按此方案在连接环与载荷之间的距离比较大,当在连接环上作用或多或少倾斜的力时,还要求连接环有抗倾覆能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,在一种所述类型的挂钩接头中,即使操纵重的载荷,仍能保证连接环的旋转运动能力。与此同时,力图将由于连接环的底座靠近载荷使得在力倾斜地传入时连接环本来已有高的抗倾覆能力的基础上,通过特别恰当地布置和选择滚动轴承使之更进一步提高。按本发明此目的这样达到,即,在按本发明的挂钩接头中支承盘不会丢失地与锚固螺栓连接,以及,连接环的底座通过第一滚动体排支承在头部的环形法兰上,并通过第二滚动体排支承在支承盘上。
在按本发明的挂钩接头中不仅克服上述已知结构已说明的缺点,此外滚动体的这种配置业已证实使装配非常方便,因为不再需要通过专门的供给通道供入滚动体。

具体实施方式
在图1中,1是设计为吊环螺栓的挂钩接头的连接环。连接环1有一底座2,它制有一个用于容纳锚固螺栓4的孔3。锚固螺栓4有一头部5,它制有内六角6。在锚固螺栓4的头部5连接一个第一圆柱段7,它通过一个窄的环形凸缘8过渡到一个第二圆柱段9,其直径小于第一圆柱段7的直径。一个环形支承盘10压在圆柱段9及圆柱段7的下端部上,在挂钩接头的装配状态,支承盘通过锚固螺栓4压靠在一个支承面上。
为保证即使在连接环1上作用有大的力连接环也能高度自由地旋转运动,挂钩接头设两个由深槽球轴承构成的滚动体排11、12,其中滚动体排11设在锚固螺栓4头部5的环形法兰13与连接环1的底座2之间,而滚动体排12布置在连接环1的底座2的下侧与支承盘10之间。对于连接环1的抗倾覆能力有利的是,令滚动体排12的直径大于滚动体排11的直径。支承盘10中的台阶孔14构成附加的措施,防止锚固螺栓4与支承盘10之间产生轴向移动。
Claims (6)
1.挂钩接头,包括一个用于悬挂一个挂钩或捆绑装置的连接环和一个用于将其固定在一物体上的锚固螺栓,锚固螺栓的头部制有一个环形法兰,在环形法兰上支承着连接环,连接环有一个制有一个孔的底座并可旋转地装在锚固螺栓上,其特征为:一个支承盘(10)不会丢失地与锚固螺栓(4)连接;以及,连接环(1)的底座(2)通过一个第一滚动体排(11)支承在头部(5)的环形法兰(13)上,并通过一个第二滚动体排(12)支承在支承盘(10)上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的挂钩接头,其特征为:在环形法兰(13)上连接两个圆柱段(7、9),其中朝向环形法兰(13)的那一段(7)有一个比朝向锚固螺栓(4)的螺纹的那一段(9)大的直径;以及,支承盘(10)制有一个台阶孔(14),支承盘(10)通过一个将圆柱段(7、9)互相连接起来的环形凸缘(8)支承在台阶孔的远离锚固螺栓(4)的头部(5)的台阶上。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的挂钩接头,其特征为:锚固螺栓(4)与支承盘(10)之间的连接设计为压配合连接。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的挂钩接头,其特征为:滚动体排(11、12)设计为深槽球轴承。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的挂钩接头,其特征为:第一滚动体排(11)的直径小于第二滚动体排(12)的直径。
6.按照权利要求4所述的挂钩接头,其特征为:第一滚动体排(11)的直径小于第二滚动体排(12)的直径。
