Abstract
一用于向一直立口袋的接收表面施加一饮用麦管的装置,所述直立口袋可以在一输送表面上被输送到用于使用麦管的一转送装置处。为了增大所述装置的输送速度,转送装置应当被配置成饮用麦管在被移交时相对于输送表面构成一锐角。
Description
本发明涉及一权利要求1前序部分所述类型的用于施加饮用麦(吸)管的装置。
这样的一装置已由DE19745855公知。已知的装置使用一转送装置,该转送装置为一转鼓形式,在该转送装置的外周上被供给一饮用麦管条带,所述麦管条带包括具有单个包装饮用麦管的仍然可粘接的包装件。此外,饮用麦管条带包括已经事先施加的粘结点,其暂时用一盖带覆盖。就在被施加到直立的口袋上之前不久,从粘结点撕下盖带并且饮用麦管包装件被分开,最好是被切断,从而此后各个饮用麦管可以由滚筒并由一按压指件支承着来粘结地施加到每一口袋上。已知的装置被设计成向直立的口袋施加饮用麦管,这些直立口袋以一直立方式在一输送带上输送,而转送装置则相对于输送机表面构成一直角。
EP149076B1描述了施加饮用麦管的另一种装置,其被设计成向平躺的口袋施加饮用麦管。用于饮用麦管的转送装置在此作平行于其上放置口袋的该输送表面地延伸。
但是,直立口袋没有平行的侧面而是包括两个矩形膜片件,这些膜片件沿其纵向边缘被彼此叠置地固定并且在其下部横向边缘的区域具有一插入的或模制的直立口袋,而在其上部横向边缘的区域被彼此叠置地间接焊接一起,以形成一大致三角形的纵向剖面。在直立输送和平躺输送两种情形中,口袋上的连接表面并不平行于输送表面,因而也不平行于用于饮用麦管的转送装置。通常,这是不会有异议的,因为这从现有技术之良好运行的装置来说是习以为常的。
但是,本发明已发现在转送装置相对于输送表面为所述垂直或平行的配置中,处理速度仍然可以被优化设置。
因此本发明的目的是改进一用于向直立口袋施加饮用麦管的装置,以便增大其输送速度。
所述目的由权利要求1中所指明的特征方案来达到。
根据本发明的设计,可以缩短饮用麦管的运动路径,并且饮用麦管可以平行地运动而没有从转送装置到口袋的任何角度变化。虽然由此所获得的速度增大只是在几分之一秒钟(fractions of seconds)的范围内,但即使是这样一小的速度增大也会在大批量的产品例如直立的口袋中实现一经济效果,并且通过现代化口袋装填与包装系统实现高的产出。
本发明的有利变型表示在从属权利要求中。
下面参照附图描述本发明的一实施例,其中:
图1是根据本发明装置的一侧视图;和
图2是表示根据图1之装置的细节示意图。
图1和2表示用于向直立口袋3的一接收表面3a施加饮用麦管2的一装置1。直立口袋以一平躺位置沿垂直于图1之图面的一方向在一水平输送带4上被进行输送,该水平输送机4的上侧面形成一大致水平的输送表面4a。
装置1包括一转送装置5,该转送装置5包括一由马达7绕一旋转轴线6a旋转地驱动的转送鼓6。在转送鼓6的外周面上设有凹槽8,每一凹槽可容纳一个饮用麦管2。饮用麦管2被单个地密封在包装袋9a内。这些包装袋9a在到达一切割装置10之前仍然粘接成一连续的饮用麦管条带9。包装袋9a已经设有连接点,它们由一盖带11保护性地覆盖。饮用麦管条带9由输送装置(未示出)提供,其通过一按压滚筒12被按压到转送鼓6上,同时通过一滚轮13除去盖带11,所述的滚轮13由马达7与转送鼓6同步地被驱动。为转送鼓6设置一转送指件14,该转送指件可以绕一枢轴臂15沿双头箭头的方向运动并且按压包装袋9a,此时包装袋已被切割装置10分离开,故与饮用麦管2一起被挤压到口袋的接收表面3a上,而口袋此时已经用一平躺的位置在输送机4上进行输送,从而(饮用麦管)粘结点可粘接了。
转送鼓6的旋转轴线6a相对于输送表面4a倾斜一角度α。该角度α小于90°并且最好对应于这样的一角度α,即在此角度下当直立口袋3以一平躺位置在输送表面4a上输送时,接收表面3a相对于输送表面4a倾斜。此外,所述角度α对应于由接收表面相对于口袋3的相反表面所形成的角度,其中该相反表面靠置在输送表面4a上。由于装填有饮料的直立口袋不能精确地保持其形状,因为大多数情况下它们是由塑料薄膜或层压的铝箔构成的,角度α也可被确定为一平均值。
在操作过程中,直立口袋3以一连续列的方式在输送机4上被输送给转送装置5,转送鼓6以同步于输送机4的输送速度绕轴线6a旋转,饮用麦管条带9被连续地供料,盖带11被连续地除去,各个包装袋9a通过切割装置从饮用麦管条带9上被周期性地分离,并且通过按压指件14周期性地被按压到直立口袋的接收表面3a上。为了保持已经分开的饮用麦管包装袋9a,转送鼓6可以被设计成一吸鼓。还使用两个相邻的转送鼓,它们相互之间的间隔能使得按压指件14在所述转送鼓之间操作,从而获得对被分开的饮用麦管包装袋9之更好的支承。
考虑到旋转轴线6a相对于输送机表面4a的倾斜位置,饮用麦管包装袋9a就以精确平行于所述表面3a地紧密接触于所述接收表面3a上,即不需进行迄今所必需的一移动和倾斜运动。因而可进一步加速输送运动。
在所描述和表示的实施例之一修改方案中,根据本发明的装置也可用于向以一直立位置输送的直立口袋施加饮用麦管;但是在此情况中,倾斜角度必需被调整为较大的锐角,其由接收表面相对于输送表面构成,其大约为90°减去由接收表面与直立口袋上的相反表面之间构成的角度的一半。
在所描述和表示的实施例的另一修改方案中,也可以使用能非常快速地施加饮用麦管的其它传送装置。此外,并不绝对要求装置的所有元件都倾斜。只要饮用麦管具有可被移交(handed over)的一角度就足够了。
Claims (4)
1.一用于向一直立口袋的接收表面施加一饮用麦管的装置,所述直立口袋可以在一输送表面上被输送到一用于饮用麦管的转送装置处,其特征在于:转送装置(5)被配置成饮用麦管(2)在被移交时相对于输送表面(4a)构成一锐角(α)。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于:角度(α)对应于该直立口袋(3)上的接收表面(3a)相对于输送表面(4a)的倾斜度。
3.根据权利要求1或2的装置,其特征在于:直立口袋(3)以与接收表面(3a)相反的外表面平躺在输送表面(4a)上,并且角度(α)对应于由直立口袋(3)的接收表面(3a)与直立口袋(3)之相反外表面构成的角度。
4.根据权利要求1~3之一的装置,其特征在于:转送装置包括一转送鼓(6),其可绕一中央轴线(6a)转动,该中央轴线倾斜一角度(α),并且饮用麦管(2)可以在转送鼓的外周面上被输送。
