Abstract
一种用于管状元件(1)的连接装置,适于制造模块结构,包括:插入装置(22),每个插入装置都具有可膨胀部分(2)和头部(3);外壳(9),每个外壳都设有多个壳体(10),所述壳体的形状与所述头部(3)大致互补;固定装置,将所述头部(3)固定到相应的壳体(10)上;在插入装置(22)进入所述管状元件(1)的端部的锁定状态下,所述可膨胀部分(2)插入所述端壁并且膨胀。在所述管状元件(1)连接到所述外壳(9)上的连接状态下,处于与所述管状元件(1)锁定状态的所述头部(3)与外壳的相应的壳体(10)接合,并通过所述固定装置固定到相应的壳体(10)上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于模块结构的连接装置,特别是用于管状元件的连接装置,该装置不需要在所述元件上制造装配孔就可以快速连接所述元件。
背景技术
为了连接管状元件并制造用于支架、桌子、展示台等模块结构,已知的连接装置需要在管状元件的端部预先横向钻孔。因此这些元件的长度由于不能轻易改变而必须在制造阶段预先确定。
还有已知的连接装置不使用固定孔也可以在管状元件之间连接,但是这种连接装置相对于所述管状处于外部。
所述已知装置的主要缺点是,它们都体积大而且可以被看见,因此影响整个结构的美观。这些已知装置的进一步的缺点是,为了改变一个元件的位置就必须松开几个连接装置。
专利文献DE 9413840U中公开了一种用于管状元件构建模块结构的连接装置,其中该连接装置包括具有可膨胀部分和头部的插入装置,每个都设有多个形状与头部大致互补的壳体的外壳,用于将头部固定于相应壳体的固定装置。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种用于管状元件的连接装置,其具有较小尺寸并提供管状元件之间的快速连接,而不需要在所述元件的端部钻孔。管状元件的长度可以容易地适应顾客的需求,在装配时也是如此。
将要描述的连接装置由具有可膨胀部分和四棱锥台头部的元件构成,该可膨胀部分将被插入待连接的管状元件中,该四棱锥台头部从可膨胀部分突出并插入合适的多臂外壳的对应壳体中。四棱锥台头部具有用于膨胀螺栓的轴向孔和侧座,销的端部插入侧座中。所述销拧入到外壳的臂中的孔中,以使待连接的元件停止。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种用于管状元件的连接装置,适于制造模块结构,该连接装置包括:插入装置,每个插入装置都具有可膨胀部分和头部;该可膨胀部分可插入一个管状元件的一个端部,并且可膨胀从而在其中锁定;外壳,每个外壳都设有多个壳体,所述壳体的形状与所述头部互补;该头部可与外壳的相应的壳体接合;固定装置,将所述头部固定到相应的壳体上;其特征在于,所述头部和壳体为四棱锥台形状。

具体实施方式
参照图1-9,附图标记1表示将与连接装置连接以生成模块结构的管状元件,在图14-16中例示了模块结构。连接装置包括多个插入装置22,每个插入装置都具有可膨胀部分2和大致为四棱锥台形状的头部3。
连接装置包括多个外壳9,每个外壳都设有多个突出臂,每个突出臂都具有壳体10,壳体10的形状大致与头部3互补。
头部3具有用于螺栓5的轴向孔4,该螺栓与帽体7的螺纹孔6接合,帽体具有倾斜表面,从而在内部滑过可膨胀部分2的塑料肋片。
外壳的每个臂都设有固定装置,该固定装置包括销12,每个销12都拧入到外壳9上的相应的螺纹孔11中,并与头部3的相应侧座13接合。
螺纹孔11都与相应壳体的纵向轴线垂直。
或者,本发明的螺纹孔11设置成倾斜的。
可膨胀部分2和管状元件的内腔是互补的且为多边形形状,它们也可以设置成圆形或者椭圆形状。
插入装置22包括止挡边缘8,该止挡边缘8将可膨胀部分2和四棱锥台形状的头部3隔开,并适于与管状元件的端部边缘配合。
外壳9具有位于同一平面上的三个垂直臂和相应的壳体10。图10-13中的外壳9的变体具有限定了三个垂直轴线的三个垂直臂。
本发明也提供这样的外壳9,该外壳具有由角度180°,90°,60°,45°和/或其他角度限定的从两个到多于六个的臂。
本装置的操作是,将可膨胀部分2插入管状元件1的空腔中,直到管状元件的端部边缘与止挡边缘8接触。螺栓5的转动引发帽体7的运动并使可膨胀部分2的肋膨胀而抵靠在管状元件1的内壁上,从而进入插入装置22和管状元件1的锁定状态。
处于与管状元件1锁定状态的插入装置22的头部3与外壳的相应壳体10接合,并通过固定装置固定到相应壳体上,从而进入管状元件1与外壳9的连接状态。
Claims (7)
1、一种用于管状元件(1)的连接装置,适于制造模块结构,该连接装置包括:
插入装置(22),每个插入装置都具有可膨胀部分(2)和头部(3);
该可膨胀部分可插入一个管状元件(1)的一个端部,并且可膨胀从而在其中锁定;
外壳(9),每个外壳都设有多个壳体(10),所述壳体的形状与所述头部(3)互补;
该头部可与外壳的相应的壳体(10)接合;
固定装置,将所述头部(3)固定到相应的壳体(10)上;
其特征在于,所述头部(3)和壳体(10)为四棱锥台形状。
2、根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述头部(3)具有用于螺栓(5)的轴向孔(4),该螺栓与帽体(7)的螺纹孔(6)接合,该帽体具有倾斜表面,以在内部滑过所述可膨胀部分(2)的肋片,从而引起所述可膨胀部分(2)膨胀并因此将所述插入装置(22)锁定在处于锁定状态的管状元件(1)中。
3、根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置包括销(12),每个销都拧入外壳(9)的相应的螺纹孔(11)中,并与头部(3)的相应的侧座(13)接合,插入装置(22)在管状元件(1)与外壳(9)的连接状态下锁定到管状元件(1)上。
4、根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述外壳(9)的每个壳体(10)在从所述外壳(9)突出的相应臂中生成。
5、根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述可膨胀部分(2)与管状元件的内腔互补,并且都为多边形或圆形或椭圆形形状。
6、根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述插入装置(22)包括止挡边缘(8),该止挡边缘将所述可膨胀部分(2)和四棱锥台形状的头部(3)隔开,且适于在所述插入装置(22)进入管状元件(1)的端部的锁定状态下与所述管状元件(1)的端部边缘接触。
7、根据权利要求3所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述螺纹孔(11)关于相应壳体(10)的纵向轴线垂直或者倾斜。
