Description

一种用于柔性包装袋的盒子和一种用于排空盒子的驱动装置
根据独立权利要求前序部分，本发明涉及一种用于柔性包装袋的盒子和一种用于排空盒子的驱动装置。
利用柔性包装袋用来包装粘稠液体是大家所公知的。例如，德国第9207385号实用新型就公开了一种用于印刷油墨的香肠状柔性包装袋和一种用于排空这种包装袋的装置。虽然对于包装象印刷油墨那样的液体来说这是一种非常经济的方式，但是对于排空这些包装袋来说仍存在一些难题。德国第9207385号实用新型公开了一种用于夹持和排空这种包装袋的填缝枪。这种设备的主要缺点在于，一旦将这种包装袋置于排空设备中，在插入另外一个包装袋之前就必须先将该包装袋完全排空。如果需要使用多种不同液体，那么每种液体(例如对于每种颜色的油墨)就会均需要一个排空装置。另外，由于包装袋必须容留在排空设备中，所以在卸料口中的物料将会变质或硬化。
德国第3811954号专利公开了一种用于从柔性容器中排出粘稠液体的分配装置。该容器放置在一个盒子中，其中该盒子含有一个用于移动一活塞的装置。对于每一正在使用的容器，均需要一个单独的盒子。
欧洲第248278号专利也公开了一种用于排出柔性容器中粘稠液体的分配器，其中该柔性容器被夹持在一个盒子中。每一盒子均带有一个与其协同使用的装置来移动活塞。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的这些缺点，尤其是提供一种用于柔性容器的盒子和一种用来排空这样一种盒子的驱动装置，即这种盒子能够很容易地更换包含不同液体的包装袋，还可以通过简单经济的方式进行制造和填充，并能够易于操作。
根据本发明，这些目的可以通过利用依照本发明独立权利要求特征部分中技术特征的盒子和驱动装置而得以实现。
用于一个含有粘稠液体，例如印刷油墨，的柔性包装袋的盒子，包括一个带有一卸料口的外壳和一个在外壳中设置可沿一轴线移动的活塞。在外壳中可以放置一个柔性包装袋。活塞被用来向包装袋上施加一个轴向力。在力的作用下，液体经过卸料口排出。根据本发明，外壳侧壁上至少包括一个槽，其大致与外壳的轴线相平行。活塞至少带有一个从活塞上向外延伸的凸出部。穿过设置在盒子外壳上的各个槽，均有一个从容腔向外延伸的凸出部。通过向凸出部上施加力的作用，活塞可以移动并可以将包装袋中的内容物排出。从盒子的外壳延伸出的凸出部与外部驱动装置可拆卸地配合，从而使得盒子与驱动装置可拆卸地连接，其中外部驱动装置用于沿外壳的轴线移动活塞。
在最佳实施例中，所述盒子包括两个槽。所述槽最好相互之间以大约180度的角度间隔设置。
更好地是外壳在外形上大致呈圆柱形或棱柱形。这种构造对于香肠状圆柱形或棱柱形包装袋来说尤为简便。
活塞的外径最好与外壳的内径相当或略微大于外壳内径并且可以略微柔软或易于变形。通过这种方式，可以在活塞和外壳之间产生磨擦力。由于这种磨擦力的存在，当包装袋被部分排空时活塞能够保持在外壳内的一中间位置。
这种简单便宜的设计使得用于各个正在使用的包装袋可以使用一个单独的盒子。当需要使用一个包含特定液体的包装袋时，比如油墨，可以将对应的盒子置于用来使得活塞移动的驱动装置中。因而，由于凸出部从外壳向外延伸，所以对于多个分别包含特定液体包装袋的盒子来说仅需要一个驱动装置。
最好，圆柱形容腔包括一个管状本体，其中该管状本体的一端由可移动的活塞封闭而另外一端由带有一卸料口的端盖封闭。当活塞移动时，包装袋在端盖和活塞之间受压。开槽设置在管状本体上并且活塞可沿管状本体移动。
由于移动活塞的凸出部延伸出了盒子，所以用来排空盒子的驱动装置可以是一个非常简单的设计。根据本发明的驱动装置至少包括一个与活塞的凸出部配合的螺杆装置用来移动活塞。螺杆以这种方式(足够的深度和间距)进行选择，即能够与所述凸出部相配合。利用这种设计，两个凸出部可以具有简单的螺旋线结构而无需在螺纹装置和凸出部之间设置任何加固装置。一旦螺杆转动，在凸出部上就会产生轴向压力并使得活塞移动。盒子可以在无需松脱盒子与驱动装置之间任何固定或连接装置的情况下进行更换。螺纹的一个优点在于无论活塞的位置如何，活塞的凸出部均可以在螺纹的任意位置上与螺纹迅速配合，例如，尽管盒子只是被部分排空并且活塞处于一中间位置，但盒子仍可以在无需改变驱动装置，即螺杆，位置和方向的情况下进行更换。

在一个更优选的实施例中，螺杆装置利用一个减速器来与马达联动。这就使得可以利用具有相对较高速度的常规电动马达。由于利用了减速器，包装袋中的内容物可以被非常缓慢地排出。
如果马达是由电池驱动的，那么驱动装置可以被制成是一个手动式驱动装置。
在一个更优选的实施例中，盒子被夹持在驱动装置中由两个螺杆界定的空间内。螺杆相互之间间隔设置并形成一个用于容纳盒子的区域。驱动装置还包括用来以精确位置夹持所述盒子的夹具装置。
当然，螺杆还可以带有能够沿其轴线移动的附属元件，比如螺帽。
在某些情况下，在螺杆上利用一个螺帽会比利用螺纹更易于与活塞的凸出部相配合。替代螺帽，具有能够与两个螺杆配合的螺纹的元件和进一步包括用于活塞凸出部经过特殊设计的配合面的元件也是很容易想到的。

如果需要使用另外一种液体，可以将盒子2从驱动装置21中取出并将一个新的盒子2置于其内。由于活塞5与本体6的内表面之间磨擦接触，所以活塞可以保持在其中间位置并且包装袋1保持部分受压。从而盒子2可以与包装袋1一起保存以便下次使用。

6．一种用于排空根据权利要求1至5之一所述盒子(2)的驱动装置(21)，其特征在于驱动装置(21)包括至少一个可与活塞(5)的凸出部(11)配合的螺杆装置(22)，以移动活塞(5)。
7．根据权利要求6所述的驱动装置(21)，其特征在于螺杆装置(22)具有其宽度和深度适合于与凸出部(11)配合的螺纹。
8．根据权利要求6或7所述的驱动装置(21)，其特征在于螺杆装置(22)由一个电池驱动的电动马达来驱动。
9．根据权利要求8所述的驱动装置(21)，其特征在于通过一减速器使得螺杆装置(22)与马达连接。
10．根据权利要求6至9之一所述的驱动装置(21)，其特征在于驱动装置是一个手提驱动装置。
11．根据权利要求6至10之一所述的驱动装置(21)，其特征在于螺杆相互间隔设置以限定一个用于盒子(2)的中间区域(S)，驱动装置包括用于夹持所述盒子(2)的夹持装置(23，24)。
12．根据权利要求6至10之一所述的驱动装置，其特征在于螺杆(22)带有螺纹，螺纹具有与活塞(5)凸出部(11)上的一部分(31)相配合的部分(30)，以便在垂直与螺杆(22)轴线的平面内校正任何偏离螺杆(22)轴线的力。
13．根据权利要求12所述的驱动装置，其特征在于上述螺杆螺纹上的部分被形成为凹槽(30)，而上述凸出部(11)上的部分被形成为凸起(31)。
14．一种由根据权利要求1至5之一所述的盒子和根据权利要求6至13之一所述的驱动装置所组成的组合体，其特征在于盒子和驱动装置之间相互可拆卸地连接。
