【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】 本発明は請求の範囲の独立項の前提部分に係る、可撓性パッケージのためのハ
ウジング及びカートリッジを空にするための駆動手段に関する。
【０００２】 ペースト状の液体をパッキングするための可撓性パッケージの使用は周知であ
る。例えば、ドイツ国実用新案９２０７３８５号明細書はソーセージのような、
印刷インクのための可撓性パッケージ及びこのようなパッケージを空にする駆動
子を開示している。これは印刷インクの如き液体をパッケージ化するための極め
て経済的な方法であるが、このようなパッケージを空にするのにいくつかの困難
がある。上記ドイツ国実用新案９２０７３８５号明細書はこのようなパッケージ
を保持し、空にするためのかしめ銃を開示している。このような装置の主な欠点
は、パッケージが空にする装置内に一旦配置された後には、そのパッケージを完
全に空にしなければ、別のパッケージを挿入できないことである。多数の異なる
液体を使用すべき場合は、各型式の液体のための（例えば、各色のインクのため
の）空にする装置が必要となる。更に、パッケージが空にする装置内に維持され

ための分配構成を開示している。容器はピストンを変位させる構成を有するカー
トリッジ内に配置される。使用中の各容器に対して、別個のカートリッジが必要
となる。
【０００４】 ＥＰ２４８２７８号明細書はカートリッジ内に保持された可撓性の容器内のペ
ースト状の液体のための分配器を開示している。ピストンを変位させる構成が各
カートリッジと関連する。
【０００５】 本発明の目的は、従来の欠点を克服し、特に、異なる液体を収容したパッケー
ジの容易な交換を可能にし、簡単で安価な方法により製造及び充填でき、容易な
取り扱いを可能にする、可撓性の容器のためのカートリッジ、及び、このような
カートリッジを空にするための駆動手段を提供することである。

をネジの螺旋内に簡単に配置することができる。ネジが回転した直後に、突起上
に軸方向の圧力が発生し、ピストンが変位する。カートリッジは、カートリッジ
と駆動手段との間のいかなる固定又は連結をも緩める必要なしに、交換すること
ができる。ネジのネジ部の利点は、ピストンの位置とは独立に、ネジ上の任意の
位置で、ピストンの突起がネジのネジ部と直ちに係合できること、例えば、カー
トリッジが部分的に空にされ、ピストンが中間位置にある場合でさえも、駆動手
段即ちネジの位置又は方位を変更することなく、カートリッジを駆動手段内に配
置できることである。

たネジ部を具備することができる。 ネジ手段の軸線に垂直な平面内でのピストン上のネジ手段の分離を回避するた
めの他の手段又はデザインも考えられる。

に使用できる。約１０〜１５０μｍの厚さを有する壁２０はＰＥ又はＰＥＴ或い
はアルミニウム及び適当なプラスチック材料の積層体の如き可撓性のプラスチッ
クシートから作られる。内容物に応じて、バリヤ特性を有するプラスチック又は
多層箔又はアルミニウム箔の如き他の材料を使用することができる。

出し、新たなカートリッジ２をそこへ配置することができる。ピストン５が本体
６の内表面と摩擦接触しているので、ピストンはその中間位置に留まり、パッケ
ージ１は部分的に圧縮された状態に留まる。それ故、カートリッジ２は将来の使
用のためにパッケージ１と一体で貯蔵できる。
【００２９】 図５は円筒状のパッケージ１を有するカートリッジ２を通る横断面図である。
パッケージはハウジング３特にハウジングの本体部分６のスリット１０内で変位
可能に配置されたピストン５の上表面１４との間で圧縮される。２つの突起１１
はスリット１０を通って外方へ延びる。各突起１１はネジ２２と係合できる。こ

【００３０】 図６はピストン５の突起１１に係合したネジ２２のネジ部の断面を概略的に示
す。ネジ部は突起１１の下表面上に配置された突出部３１を受け入れる溝３０を
具備する。大きな負荷が生じた場合でさえも、溝３０と突出部３１との係合がネ
ジ２２とピストンとの分離を回避する。
【００３１】 本発明は印刷インクの如きペースト状の液体と組み合わせた場合に特に有利で
ある。しかし、任意の型式のペースト状の液体、特ににかわ、シール材料又は食
品をこの型式のパッケージ内に詰め込むことができ、本発明に係るカートリッジ
内で使用できる。
【００３２】 カートリッジ及びパッケージは円筒形状であることが好ましいが、任意の形状
のパッケージも考えられる。本発明の主要な重要点は、カートリッジ２の外方へ
延び、強固な接触を伴わずに外部の駆動手段と係合できるピストンの突起である
。

Claims (14)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 ペースト状の液体を収容した可撓性のパッケージ（１）のた
    めのカートリッジ（２）であって、 本体（６）及び分配開口（４）を備えたハウジング（３）と、上記ハウジング
    （３）内で軸線（Ａ）に沿って変位可能に設けられ、上記パッケージ（１）上に
    力を作用させ上記分配開口（４）を通してペースト状の液体を空にするためのピ
    ストン（５）とを有し、 上記ハウジング（３）が上記本体部分（６）内に形成された少なくとも１つの
    スリット（１０）を有し、上記ピストン（５）が同ピストン（５）から外方へ延
    びる少なくとも１つの突起（１１）を具備し、 上記突起（１１）が上記スリット（１０）を通って延びるようなカートリッジ
    において、 上記カートリッジが同カートリッジとは別個の駆動手段（２１）に着脱自在に
    接続できるように、上記ハウジング（３）の軸線（Ａ）に沿って上記ピストン（
    ５）を運動させるために、上記突起が上記駆動手段に着脱自在に係合できること
    を特徴とするカートリッジ。
  2. 【請求項２】 ２つの上記スリット（１０）が上記カートリッジ（２）の上
    記ハウジング（３）内に形成されることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のカートリ
    ッジ（２）。
  3. 【請求項３】 上記スリット（１０）が互いに関して１８０゜の角度で変位
    して配置されることを特徴とする請求項２に記載のカートリッジ。
  4. 【請求項４】 上記ハウジング（３）が実質上円筒状又は角柱状のパッケー
    ジを収容するように実質上円筒状又は角柱状になっていることを特徴とする請求
    項１ないし３のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
  5. 【請求項５】 上記ハウジング（３）が上記ピストン（５）により一端で閉
    じられ、上記分配開口（４）を備えた上記カバー（７）により他端で閉じられた
    管状の本体（６）を有し、上記スリット（１０）が上記管状の本体（６）内に設
    けられていることを特徴とする請求項１ないし４のいずれかに記載のカートリッ
    ジ。
  6. 【請求項６】 請求項１ないし５のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ（２）を
    空にするための駆動手段（２１）において、 ピストン（５）を変位させるために同ピストン（５）の突起（１１）に係合で
    きる少なくとも１つのネジ手段（２２）を有することを特徴とする駆動手段。
  7. 【請求項７】 上記ネジ手段（２２）が上記突起（１１）と係合するのに適
    した幅及び深さを備えたネジ部を有することを特徴とする請求項６に記載の駆動
    手段（２１）。
  8. 【請求項８】 上記ネジ手段（２２）が電気式のバッテリー作動モータによ
    り駆動されることを特徴とする請求項６又は７に記載の駆動手段。
  9. 【請求項９】 上記ネジ手段（２２）が減速歯車により上記モータに結合さ
    れることを特徴とする請求項８に記載の駆動手段（２１）。
  10. 【請求項１０】 上記駆動手段が手持ち式の駆動手段であることを特徴とす
    る請求項６ないし９のいずれかに記載の駆動手段（２１）。
  11. 【請求項１１】 上記ネジがカートリッジ（２）のための中間空間（Ｓ）を
    画定するように互いに離れて配置され、上記駆動手段が上記カートリッジ（２）
    を保持するためのホルダ手段（２３、２４）を有することを特徴とする請求項６
    ないし１０のいずれかに記載の駆動手段（２１）。
  12. 【請求項１２】 上記ネジ（２２）が、同ネジ（２２）の軸線に垂直な平面
    内で同ネジ（２２）の軸線から離れる方向に向いたいかなる力をも補償するよう
    に、上記ピストン（５）の上記突起（１１）上の手段（３１）に係合するように
    なった手段（３０）を有するネジ部を具備することを特徴とする請求項６ないし
    １０のいずれかに記載の駆動手段。
  13. 【請求項１３】 上記ネジのネジ部上の上記手段が溝（３０）として形成さ
    れ、上記突起（１１）上の上記手段が突出部（３１）として形成されることを特
    徴とする請求項１２に記載の駆動手段。
  14. 【請求項１４】 請求項１ないし５のいずれかに記載のカートリッジと請求
    項６ないし１３のいずれかに記載の駆動手段との組み合わせにおいて、 上記カートリッジ及び上記駆動手段が互いに着脱自在に接続されることを特徴
    とする組み合わせ。
