Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可变形的管状容器,该管状容器包括一管状外壳或外罩或管套,以及一前壁,该前壁具有一用于半液体状和浆状产品,尤其适用于食品的可去除开口。本发明还涉及一种制造该管状容器的方法。
背景技术
为了能够对位于包装元件里的半流体状和浆状产品进行适当的处理,包装元件的材料和包装元件的结构必须满足特殊的要求。首先,对于需要长时间保存在包装元件里的食物而言,食物需要保持绝对的新鲜,以及需要从包装件里分批地将食物取出。由于(食物)缺少流动特性,因此对能够满足上述条件的包装元件产生了特殊的要求。食物的相对长时间地置于包装元件内,以及包装元件的重复的开启和关闭,这些都需要此类包装元件具有一系列附加的特征。
长时间以来,对于需要分批地移出或取走的很多产品而言,管材是最佳包装元件类型。该管材可以由多种材料制成。
用金属薄片制成的管材用于包装浆状产品,如颜料、油漆、牙膏还有食品的历史已经超过150年,起先管材主要由锡制成,后来特别是由铝制成。它们显示出的优势还在于:可以在一个较长的时期分批地取出产品,而不会有任何由于吸入空气而造成污染的危险。金属管材的另一个好处是它们都既不透光、也不透空气,从而保护了产品不受外界的影响。但是制造成本高、材料价格贵、缺少受热时的热保护,以及缺少弹性,诸如这些金属管材存在的缺点都曾在过去、也将会在将来导致金属管材损失很大的市场占有量。
至于由塑料制成的管材,由于其阻隔性能不理想,以及不希望出现的回吸或缩回现象使其不适用于食品。除此外,其柔软性以及总是和美容和牙科成分联系在一起,导致其难以进入食品这一领域。
使用厚壁的材料会导致管体显示出弹性不够、以及受压后退变成圆形的问题,从而吸入周围的空气,导致产品被周围的空气污染。
袋状管是具有排出口或喷嘴的扁平袋状物,其具有薄壁,并且在袋的每个纵侧边都有密封接缝。其充填空间或充填体积受到很大的限制。袋状管体现了可直立袋的进一步发展,其通常包含一个可以一次性去除的部分。袋状管的制造成本就其充填体积而言相对较高。
对于许多薄片和袋状管而言,同样存在如下问题:即管体在挤压出填充物体的过程中出现变形,这样,位于容器内的填充物往回移动或滑动。特别是,当管盖是由具有薄壁的薄板材料形成,以及管盖很软时,会出现上述的问题。
正如上面提到的一些原因,采用具有更好的稳定性同时易于压缩的材料用于生产和制造浆状和半液体状的产品是有利的。另外,对于生产用于浆状和半液体状食品的管状容器而言,还希望其具有更大的填充体积,通过使用一种热保护材料从而保护食物不受冷热交替的影响,以及避免出现可能形成的冷凝和蒸馏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述现有技术改进一管状容器,从而消除已知容器存在的缺点。
根据本发明,其目的通过以下技术特征来实现:即管状容器由一块复合材料组成,该复合材料由多层塑料薄板和一作为中间层的纸板制成,该复合材料上形成有沿着容器的盖或管套的包封线延伸的压槽,该压槽用作折叠指示线。
制造上述的管状容器的方法包括含如权利要求2提到的方法步骤。
在安装和设置有压槽的地方,柱状弯曲材料的复原力被减少,从而使得弯曲力和复原力相等。根据这一方面,尽管管体是由结实的包装材料组成,但是它可以被做成易于压缩而不会反弹。该办法使得将可恢复的包装材料用于管状容器成为可能,从而允许制造体积更大更经济的容器。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,图中标号1代表底部有开口的空的管状容器,该管状容器由一管状的外壳或外罩或管套2和一肩部元件4组成。该管状容器包含一形成可去除开口5的出口喷嘴6,同管状容器通常采用的方法一样,该出口喷嘴6被带有螺纹的帽或盖7封闭。
根据本发明,至少管状套筒或外壳2由一包含纸板的柔性多层复合材料组成,即由具有隔热性能的复合材料组成,优选的这种材料是,在纸板层的两侧都覆盖一塑料薄膜,即已知的用于制造饮料包装件的材料。管状的外罩或外壳或管套2包含至少2个彼此相对的压槽,压槽被用作折叠指示线,在图1的截面图中只用标号3示出了其中一条压槽。
固定在或安装在复合材料的一侧或两侧的压槽用作折叠指示线,并在纵向方向使得包装元件的主体具有容器尺寸所必需的、与充装物体的粘度相应的柔性,从而一方面管状套筒能在挤压的过程中保持被挤压的形状,即形状不会还原,不会吸入或引入周围的空气;另一方面不会在取下密封盖或帽的情况下管状套筒自动变得扁平,从而将内容物压出至容器外部。
为了制造该管状容器,至少要在一块复合材料上设置两条压槽,该块复合材料沿着平行于侧边的垂直方向剪切,其中,压槽用作已完成管的折叠指示线。接着,这块复合材料形成一个管,其侧边缘彼此搭接焊在一起,于是两个压槽相对于该管的轴线对称延伸。接下来,包括可去除开口5的肩部元件4、以及密封盖或帽7在管的一端被密封到管上。管的另一端保持打开状态,用来填充产品。然后,已制造的管状容器在灌装设备上,通过其开口端填充产品。随后,充装好产品的管状容器在与肩部元件4相对的开口端被压缩,即压平并密封,从而压槽终止于如此形成的密封带的两端。
可选择地,不带封闭帽的肩部元件4能被密封在柱状体的前端,由此形成的管状容器可以在与肩部元件相对的一开口端被压缩并密封。接下来,由此形成的管状容器在灌装设备上,通过可去除的开口填充产品,然后再用封闭帽封闭。
如果要从该管状容器中将内容物分批地取出,只需先拧下密封帽,然后将卸下密封帽的开口直接朝下,同时挤压容器的上部,便可将充装的物体取出。
因此,用作折叠指示线的压槽的尺寸被设计成,且被固定成,使得一方面,管套在停止挤压后不会回弹至其初始的位置;另一方面,管套不会变至一扁平的袋子,即自动地由圆柱形变成扁平形。最终压槽的尺寸被设计成并被固定成,使得管体在压力停止时,不会连续地变形,也不会自动地返回其原来的形状。
压槽3是在合成材料上使用已知的现有技术产生压力的方法形成的。如图2所示,根据材料的强度不同以及充装物体的需要不同,可以生产出不同形状的压槽。图2中a、b和c显示了具有不同宽度和长度的中断的压槽,d和e显示了连续的双压槽,f则显示了以上两者的组合。
Claims (4)
1.一种具有一管状套筒(2)的可变形的管状容器(1),所述的管状容器包含一外壁,在该外壁的一端具有用于半液体状和浆状产品的可去除开口(5),以及在另一端具有一平密封条,其特征在于,该管状容器包含一复合材料,该复合材料由一在其两侧都覆盖有塑料薄膜的纸板制成,在该复合材料上还具有两个压槽(3),每个压槽从密封条的一端沿着管套的包封线延伸,该压槽用作折叠指示线。
2.一种制造根据权利要求1中所述的管状容器的方法,其特征在于,用作折叠指示线的两个压槽(3)形成在平行于侧边缘剪切的复合材料上,该复合材料形成管状套筒,且其两相对边彼此焊接在一起,使得该两折叠指示线对称于套筒轴线设置,将位于该套筒(2)一端的具有一可去除开口(5)的肩部元件(4)密封,将套筒的另一端通过挤压压平并密封,从而从密封条的每一个端部产生一条压力线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在用一密封帽或盖(7)将肩部元件密封后,该管状容器在另一端被填充,然后将该端封闭。
4.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在将一没封闭的肩部元件密封以后,封闭该管状容器的相对端,然后通过该肩部元件填充。
