Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种改进的过滤筒,特别适用于罐用或卡拉夫瓶用净水器。过滤筒包括一放置过滤材料的容器,一位于容器内的流体通道,以及一关闭通道的装置。该装置具有用于关断流经容器内通道流体的机构。关断机构包含至少一个置于相应的通道口上方的密封装置,用于限制密封装置的位置使相应的通道口不被封闭的元件,该限位元件暴露于流经通道的流体中。
发明背景技术
用于清洁引起嗅觉和味觉感官不愉快的饮用水,带有可更换过滤筒的过滤系统得到广泛使用。
活性炭过滤器就是典型的应用。活性炭在超过预定的过滤循环次数后,需要更换。放置有活性炭层的过滤筒,将一个罐分隔为两部分,依次分别用来装待过滤的水和已经过滤的水。为了避免使用者将一个过滤筒在超过该过滤筒的有效使用次数后还多次继续使用,这些过滤系统一般装有计数器,其能够阻断进入罐内的通道。一旦记录的数字表明该过滤筒的过滤能力可能已消耗完,就不允许新的水进入待过滤水的隔间。
这些计数系统的主要缺点是可能出现计数器清零,未更换过滤筒就开放进入罐的通道,导致继续使用已消耗完的过滤筒。
虽然,当这个系统的目的局限在净化水的令人不快的味道和气味时,它不能带来除了被处理的水没得到满意的净化外的其它特殊问题。很明显当该系统被要求净化带有微生物和细菌的水体,即实际上被要求水可以饮用时,使用该系统缺乏必要的安全性。
这时,一旦过滤筒的过滤能力被认为消耗完了的情况出现,比方在处理了预先确定体积量的水使之成为可饮用水后,有必要即刻或永久防止水流入过滤系统,否则使用者不光是会饮用没有满意祛除臭味的水,还会喝到可能已经被细菌,其它有机物,或对健康有害物质污染了的水。
已经知道,阀门或类似机构本身能够在流过事先确定的流量后关闭管道。例如可从美国专利,US4,681,677,US3,586,018,US3,503,507,US4,772,386,和US4,769,135中了解。其中介绍的机构可应用在各种不同领域,但都不如本发明那样,适合直接应用于容易处置的过滤筒,如家庭罐用净水器的过滤筒。
发明概述
本发明的主要目的是提供一种能够非常安全地制成可饮用水以及清除家庭罐用或卡拉夫瓶用净水器水中令人不快的气味和味道的过滤筒。在这个目标范围内,本发明的目的是提供一种可更换的,容易生产且又便宜的过滤筒,使切断待处理水流动的装置能够直接与可更换的过滤筒合为一体,当过滤能力被消耗尽后能够即刻关闭过滤筒。
本发明的这个及其它目的通过满足下面权利要求而制作的过滤筒来达到。

图1和图2是本发明供罐用或卡拉夫瓶用可更换的过滤筒的第一个实施例的截面示意图,分别是装有新的过滤筒和已消耗完的过滤筒。
图3和图4是本发明过滤筒的第二个实施例的截面示意图,分别与图1和图2处于相同的工况。
图5、图6和图7、图8分别是本发明过滤筒的第三和第四个实施例的截面示意图,分别与图1和图2处于相同的工况。
发明的最佳实现方式
图1到图8中,普遍表示为1的过滤筒,具有一般用于罐状容器的样式。可拆卸的过滤筒置于罐上部和下部之间管道中,罐的上部待过滤的水可进入,下部集中已经过滤的水,这些罐状容器的一个示例可见WO96/13318。
过滤筒1如图示,有一烧杯状下部2和一截头圆锥盖子组成的上部3。这两部分在中间法兰4的位置结合在一起。
上部3在它的截头圆锥壳7的上部6的位置有多个槽口8,它们共同构成了第一通道令待过滤的水得以进入过滤筒1。
下部2装有已知成分的过滤装置9,例如活性炭层,在它的基板10上有多个孔11,共同构成第二通道,经过这个通道,净化的水可以流出过滤筒流向罐的下部。透水膜13位于过滤装置9和基板10之间。
现在特别参考图1和图2所示本发明的第一个实施例,当过滤的过滤能力消耗完时,设置的密封装置可以阻断由多个孔11组成的第二通道,阻断通道由处理过的水的体积数量来决定。密封装置由一个非渗透盘14构成,固定在面对基板10侧表面的渗水膜13表面上。当非渗透盘14落在基板10上时,会置于孔11之上来封闭这些孔口。利用位于基板10和渗水膜13之间环形间隔块15,使渗水膜13不与基板10接触,这样孔11的孔口是常开的。间隔块15的存在使密封装置14处于相应的孔口不能关闭的位置。间隔块由已知的合成材料制成(该材料用于制作某些医药制剂的胶囊或所谓的缓释药物),该材料对饮用呈中性,对人类无害,接触流动的待过滤的流体(水)可缓慢的被溶解。为了释放密封装置使之关闭第二通道(如图2所示),故用来限制密封装置的间隔块随着暴露于流动水体的时间要呈现形态的变化,在预先设定的水流量经过过滤装置9后,会造成间隔块15部分被溶解。
图3和图4显示了本发明的第2个实施例,其中,在待关闭的通道20上为球形密封装置22设置了锥形座21,一个间隔块23置于密封装置22和基板10之间使密封装置22处于不能关闭通道的位置。这里的间隔块23是一个小圆柱,用与间隔块15相同材料制成。
在图5和图6的实施例中,要被关闭的通道30在位于第一渗透膜32和第二渗透膜33之间的法兰31上形成。第一渗透膜32位于过滤装置之上,第二渗透膜33位于过滤筒的上部3并被用作弹簧34的底板。弹簧34在第二渗透膜33和板状密封装置35之间被压缩。当密封装置35落在法兰31上时可以关闭通道30。间隔块36置于密封装置35和第一渗透膜32之间使管道保持常开。该间隔块所用材料与前个实施例所用材料相近。间隔块36溶解的结果是,弹簧34使密封装置封闭通道30(见图6)。
本发明的第四个实施例中,待关闭的通道是由位于基板10和固定在过滤筒下部2内侧的渗水膜41之间的空腔40构成。通道的密封装置是由某种接触到待过滤流体时会极大地膨胀的材料制成,比方说,淀粉分子依附其上的聚合树脂。这种材料被压缩形成复合囊43的心部42,复合囊的外壳44由一种不渗水的,可在水中缓慢溶解,同前实施例中的间隔块相同材料涂层制成。
如图8所示,一旦复合囊43与过滤的水流接触足够的时间使至少部分外壳44被溶解,心部42极大地膨胀进而关闭相应的通道。
Claims (5)
1.一种特别适用于罐用或卡拉夫瓶用净水器的改进的过滤筒,包括一放置过滤材料的容器,一位于容器内的流体通道,以及一关闭通道的装置,该装置具有用于关断流经所述容器内通道流体的机构,关断机构包含至少一个置于相应的通道口上方的密封装置(14,22,35,43),用于限制密封装置(14,22,35,43)的位置使相应的通道口(11)不被封闭的元件(15,23,36),该限位元件暴露在流经通道的流体中,其特征在于:限位元件随着暴露于流体的时间出现形态变化,以便在预定流量的流体流过通道后,使密封装置(14,22,35)释放并关闭通道。
2.如权利要求1的过滤筒,其特征在于:限位元件(15,23,36)可至少部分溶解于流体。
3.如权利要求1或2的过滤筒,其特征在于:限位元件包括一个位于密封装置(14,22,35)和要关闭的管道口之间的间隔块(15,23,36),该间隔块由在流体中缓慢溶解的的材料制成。
4.如权利要求1的过滤筒,其特征在于:所述通道包括一在两个渗透壁之间所确定的空腔(40),关闭机构包括位于空腔内的至少一个复合囊(43),复合囊的心部(42)一旦接触流动的流体会极大地膨胀,围绕心部的外壳(44)流体不能渗透,而在接触流体后会出现缓慢溶解。
5.如上述权利要求中的一项或多项的过滤筒,其特征在于:密封装置35由弹性力作用来封闭通道。
