Abstract

一种可增加砂浆稠度,提高砂浆性能的砂浆增稠粉,是采用以下重量份的原料配制成:半水石膏10—20,精选生石灰20—35,硅酸钠1—15,糖业废液10—50,芒硝石15—25,粉煤灰0—100。将上述组分混合均匀后控制含水量在8%以内,粉碎磨细至孔径≤0.315筛,调节pH值≥7。本发明产品可增加砂浆的稠度,提高砂浆的性能,减少水泥、石灰等的用量,降低成本。        

Description

高效砂浆增稠粉
本发明涉及建筑材料,尤其是一种可增加砂浆稠度的填充料。
建筑工程中所采用的砂浆,通常是在砂和水泥中按比例掺入石灰膏、石灰粉、粘土泥、粉煤灰、塑化剂等以增加砂浆稠度。以单用纯水泥砂浆粉刷找平为例,每100公斤水泥只能配200-250公斤砂,如果超出这个配合比,砂浆稠度就保证不了,也就无法施工让砂浆粘结到墙面上去。再以内墙粉刷砂浆为例,一般每立方米砂浆用水泥200-300公斤、石灰粉300-400公斤。
本发明的目的在于提供一种可提高建筑工程所用各种水泥砂浆沾胶稠度的高效砂浆增稠粉,以增加砂浆的性能和降低成本。
本发明目的实现的方案是采用以下重量份的原料按比例配制成砂浆增稠粉:半水石膏10-20,精选生石灰20-35,硅酸钠1-15,糖业废液10-50,芒硝石15-25,粉煤灰0-100。
其中糖业废液是制糖厂压制糖生产中产生的含糖废液,粉煤灰是电厂等工业厂矿生产过程中产生的废料。
制备时,将半水石膏与生石灰拌合并磨碎备用;将硅酸钠加入到糖业废液并加热炼制成含水率在50-70%备用;将芒硝石粉与干粉煤灰混合备用。将上述各自混合后的组分混合均匀,并测含水率控制在8%以内,出料再经粉碎磨细,调到产品细度通过筛选孔径≤0.315筛,筛余<15,并调节酸碱度控制在pH值≥7。
本发明粉煤灰组分为填充剂或起到加深产品颜色作用,可根据需要调整用量控制产品的颜色深浅。在粉煤灰组分为零时,产品仍可达到同样效果。
本发明产品可提高建筑工程所用各种水泥砂浆沾胶稠度。实验结果表明,只要按每立方米砂掺入6-10公斤本发明产品,同时配上工程所需设计抗压强度的水泥经过搅拌,就完全达到施工所需的砂浆稠度,其工作性能优于掺入其它掺合料的性能(如:石灰膏、石灰粉、粘土泥、粉煤灰、塑化剂等)。而且由于减少了砂浆中的水泥含量(每立方米砂浆只需水泥300-400公斤),砂浆的收缩率比也就大大降低,从而克服了因收缩率大所造成的墙面开裂、离壳、空鼓等施工技术质量问题。例如:在每立方米砂浆中掺入6-10公斤砂浆增稠粉,再加入300公斤水泥可完全取消300-400公斤的石灰粉,其工程效果比前者好。又例如:在每立方米砂浆中掺3-6公斤砂浆增稠粉,可将原配比300公斤水泥降到150公斤,石灰粉400公斤降到200公斤,其粉刷后的效果与不掺砂浆增稠粉每立方米砂浆水泥用量300公斤,石灰粉400公斤比美。
实施例:
取100公斤半水石膏、200公斤精选生石灰进行拌合并用磨碎机磨碎备用。取造糖厂的含糖废液300公斤,加入25公斤的硅酸钠后加热炼制成含水率60%备用。取200公斤芒硝石粉与大电厂的废料干粉煤灰300公斤混合备用。将上述三种混合料用粉液混合机加热进行混合均匀,并测含水率控制在8%以内,出料用风选粉碎机粉碎,调产品细度通过筛选孔径≤0.315,筛余<15%,用石灰调节酸碱度,使pH值≥7。

Claims (3)

1.高效砂浆增稠粉,其特征是采用以下重量份的原料配制成:半水石膏10-20,精选生石灰20-35,硅酸钠1-15,糖业废液10-50,芒硝石15-25,粉煤灰0-100。
2.按照权利要求1所述高效砂浆增稠粉,其特征在于产品含水量<8%,细度孔径≤0.315筛,pH值≥7。
3.一种如权利要求1所述高效砂浆增稠粉的制备方法,其特征是按以下步骤进行:
a.将半水石膏与生石灰拌合磨碎;
b.将硅酸钠加入到糖业废液后加热炼制成含水率在50-70%;
c.将芒硝石粉与干粉煤灰混合;
d.将a、b、c组合物混合均匀,并测含水量控制在8%以内,出料再经粉碎磨细至细度孔径≤0.315筛,筛余<15,并调节酸碱度至pH值≥7。
