连接器
本发明涉及连接器,特别是用于将管或其它长形构件连接于其下面的表面如墙壁上的连接器。
用于将檐槽中收集的水送至排水管路的水落管通常使用夹子连接于墙壁,夹子固定在墙壁上,并围绕水落管紧固。购置的夹子是一个尺寸的,不能适应水落管和墙壁之间的间距的变化,而这种间距的变化却会由于墙壁及水落管在其顶部所连接的檐槽的相对位置不规范而发生。因此,有时夹子不能适当地紧固,因而弹簧敞开或应力作用在水落管上,从而影响水落管与檐槽或其它夹子的连接。
本发明的目的在于提供一种连接器,其特别适于但又不只限于将管连接于表面。
按照本发明,提供一种适于将管连接于表面的连接器,它包括一个可固定于所述表面的第一部分和一个可连接于第一部分,且形成管的至少部分的包围体的第二部分,第二部分与第一部分的连接是可选择调节的,因而可以调节管与表面的间距。
本发明的连接器的第一部分最好呈U形,具有一个底部,该底部借助穿过底部上的通孔的一个或多个螺钉固定在表面上,还具有从底部延伸的臂部。
本发明的连接器的第二部分最好也呈U形,该U形具有一个底部及从底部每端延伸的臂部。本发明连接器的第一和第二部分的臂部最好可选择地相互接合。一个部分的臂部的内表面最好具有一系列间隔开的齿,这些齿可选择地啮合在连接器另一部分的臂部的外表面上的相应的齿之间。
所述连接器另一部分,最好是第二部分的臂部外表面的齿最好在臂部上的槽内,因而当两个系列的齿相互啮合时,一个部分的臂部可装配在另一部分的臂部的相应的槽中。
各系列的齿最好设置得使连接器的两部分只能接合至有限的程度,以便防止它们相互滑过。因此,支台可在每条臂部上为它准备接合的连接器另一部分的臂上的齿设置。支台可借助每条臂部的齿的底带设置。或者,齿可以成形,例如在平面图中呈三角形,从而借助该形状限制它们一起运动的程度。
本发明连接器的第二部分最好具有在其臂部的端部上的向内的回钩,从而使管或类似物可被阻挡在所述第二部分中。
本发明的连接器在使用时最好将第一部分固定在一个表面上,将第二部分滑向管,并向下滑向第一部分以接合这两个部分,将管固定在表面上。第二部分与第一部分接合时,管与表面有需要的间距。
现在对照以下附图仅以举例的方式描述本发明。

现在参阅附图,一个用于将水落管11固定在墙壁或其它表面如玻璃温室的竖框或角柱上的连接器或夹子10包括两个部分12和14。这两个部分12,14基本呈U形,其形状适于以重叠的方式装配在一起。
一个部分12具有一个底部16和基本垂直地从底部延伸的侧部18。底部16设有螺钉孔20,使其可以固定在墙壁或其它适当的表面上。两侧部18在它们面对的表面上具有从底条24向上延伸的间隔开来的齿22。
夹子的另一个部分具有一个底部26和侧部28,侧部在其端部30稍许向内翻转。部分14的内角倒圆以适应传统的方截面水落管的形状。当然,夹子的部分14可以是任何需要的形状,以便配合圆形截面管。底部26和侧部28的内表面各具有一对间隔开来的肋32。侧部28的端部30也各在其内表面具有在其端部的肋34。肋32和34通过减少接触面积,从而减少夹子和水落管之间的摩擦,这有利于将夹子装配在水落管上。
夹子第二部分14的侧部28在其长度的主要部分直至其自由端上是较宽的,较宽的部分从下面开槽以形成槽42。一系列间隔开来的齿44在每个槽42内一个表面上从一底条43延伸,这些齿的形状和尺寸使其可装配在一个部分12的侧部18的齿22之间。因此,第二部分14可向下滑向第一部分12,使一个部分的齿在需要的位置上与另一部分的齿啮合,从而使第二部分与第一部分的底部16具有需要的间距。各底条24和43可限制齿相互啮合的程度。
夹子10是按照图6A至6D所示的下述方式使用的,从而将水落管固定在墙壁或其它适当表面上。首先,使用穿过底部16的螺钉将第一部分12在需要的位置上固定在墙壁或其它适当的表面上。然后,将第二部分放置在水落管上,并使水落管定位,从而使水落管连接于檐槽。然后,将夹子第二部分向下滑向第一部分,使它们的齿相互啮合。夹子的两个部分可以通过摩擦、机械固定或整体锁紧件的接合简单地锁紧在一起。
虽然已经针对将水落管连接于一结构的情形描述了本发明的连接器,但显然本发明的连接器也可以用于将其它长形构件以任何方向连接于其下面的表面上。

Claims (12)

1.适用于将管连接于一表面上的连接器,它包括一个可固定在所述表面上的第一部分和一个可连接于第一部分、形成管的至少部分的包围体的第二部分,第二部分在第一部分上的连接是可选择调节的,从而使管与表面的间距是可调节的。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第一部分为U形,有一个用于固定在所述表面上的底部和从所述底部延伸的臂部。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第二部分为U形,有一个底部和从底部每端延伸的臂部。
4.如权利要求3所述的连接器,其特征在于:第一和第二部分的臂部是可选择接合的。
5.如权利要求4所述的连接器,其特征在于:一个部分的臂部的内表面具有一系列间隔开来的齿,所述齿可选择啮合在另一部分的臂部的外表面上的相应齿之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述另一部分的臂部的外表面的齿在所述臂部上的槽内。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述系列的齿设置得使连接器的两个部分只能够接合至一个有限的程度,从而防止一个部分滑过另一部分。
8.如权利要求7所述的连接器,其特征在于:为所述另一部分的臂部的齿,在每个臂部上设置支台。
9.如权利要求8所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述支台是借助延伸着每个臂部的齿的底条设置的。
10.如权利要求7所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述系列的齿的形状可限制它们一起运动的程度。
