Abstract

本发明涉及带有可生物降解过滤嘴的过滤嘴香烟,它具有由香烟纸围绕的烟草段;由以“气置”法制备的纤维素毛状物制造的具有“标准”滞留度的过滤嘴和以周边走向的过滤嘴－通气区。本发明的过滤嘴香烟有下列一组特征:烟草段的尼古丁/冷凝物产率比为0.6—0.9(尼古丁*10/冷凝物);烟草段中烟草混合物的填塞密度为200—250mg/ml;封闭测量的烟草段的吸阻为45—65mm水柱;香烟纸的透气率为20—50 Coresta单位;过滤嘴的通气度为15—50%。

Description

可生物降解的香烟过滤嘴
本发明涉及按本申请权利要求1的前序部分的可生物降解的过滤嘴。
这类过滤嘴香烟过去已多次描述过。但至今所描述过的带可生物降解过滤嘴的过滤嘴香烟的缺点在于对烟味有明显影响，这是由所描述的不同材料所引起，因此这总是导致制造一种香烟，它不是由通常的醋酸纤维素材料制成，这又为吸烟者所拒绝。
特别是由可生物降解的纤维素制造的香烟的另一缺点是过滤嘴端的外观有明显不同。过去这就导致可生物降解过滤嘴不能作为单过滤嘴进入醋酸酯过滤嘴市场。
因此本发明的目的在于制造上述所提到的过滤嘴香烟，该香烟在保持已知过滤嘴香烟的优点的同时，还提供“醋酸酯型”的口感和“醋酸酯型”的外观。
本发明的目的通过权利要求1的特征部分来实现。
适宜的实施方案由从属权利要求的特征部分来界定。
本发明所达到的优点是基于选择特殊的纤维素材料和与主要参数相匹配的过滤嘴香烟结构的设计，这些参数是过滤嘴的滞留率、烟草段的尼古丁/冷凝物的产率比、香烟中烟草混合物的包装密度、香烟纸的空气透过率和整个结构方向上的过滤嘴通气度，它一方面使口感最佳化，另一方面使视觉感最佳化。
所要达到的通气度15-50％是通过包覆纸和包装纸的通气区的设计来达到的。
按优选实施方案，过滤嘴的通气区由一排孔或两排孔构成，它离嘴端至少10mm；这些孔可在成品香烟上用激光法或机械法完成，并且尽可能小和几乎看不出，以两排共15-25个孔可达良好结果。
出人意料的表明，当过滤嘴是由按所谓“气置(Air-Laid)”法加工成杂乱的毛状物的纤维素材料制成，并再将其未皱缩地加工成成品过滤嘴时，才能达到醋酸酯型的口感和醋酸酯型的外观。在此过程中，按所需的过滤嘴吸阻和由此的滞留度采用了气置法毛状物的面积重量、厚度和宽度的适宜组合。
在如US-PS 4375447中描述的气置法中，被加工的纤维素纤维不像在标准的纸生产方法中那样悬浮在水中和将其置於可渗透的筛网上成片，通过打浆和原纤维化而互相机械地交联，而是最大限度分开地进入空气流中，空气流将其输送到连续网上，并无序地叠集在网上。由此得到棉絮状的大体积的毛状物，它几乎没有机械强度或纤维的连结。通过加入粘结剂如聚乙烯醇、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚合物淀粉、糊精或乳胶达到机械连结和由此达到继续加工所需的强度。通过接下来的压延调整密度(g/m3)和由此的容积度或厚度。其面积重量(g/m2)通过筛滤速度或纤维向气流中的加入来控制。
下面通过实施例来更详细说明本发明。
过滤嘴香烟具有用香烟低包裹的烟草段和与烟草段相连的过滤嘴。烟草混合物的填塞密度为200-300mg/ml。封闭测量的烟草段的吸阻为45-65mm水柱，
香烟纸有低到中等的透气率，其值为15-50 Coresta单位。烟草混合物的香烟段的尼古丁*10/冷凝物的产率比应为0.6-0.9。
过滤嘴由重叠在一起的未皱缩的由气置法生产的毛状物构成，并用多孔包装纸围绕。有多孔区的包覆纸包裹包装纸并由此将过滤嘴固定在烟草段上。包覆纸的多孔区的空气透过性选择要使与其下的包装纸连在一起的时产生所需要的过滤嘴通气度。用这种过滤嘴与指定的烟草段相组合的实验产生的冷凝物产率为6-12mg，尼古丁产率为1mg。经有经验的吸烟者的实验表明，这类香烟与通常用醋酸酯过滤嘴制造的的香烟没有差别。

Claims (6)

1．一种带有可生物降过滤嘴的过滤嘴香烟，它具有：
a)由香烟纸围绕的烟草段；
b)由“气置”法制备的纤维素毛状物制造的具有“标准”的滞留度的过滤嘴；
c)以周边走向的过滤嘴-通气区；
d)过滤嘴的冷凝物滞留率为40-60％；
e)纤维素毛状物是“未皱缩”的；
f)烟草段的尼古丁/冷凝物的产率比为0.6-0.9(尼古丁*10/冷凝物)；
g)烟草段中的烟草混合物的填塞密度为200-250mg/ml；
h)封闭测量的烟草段的吸阻为45-65mm水柱；
i)香烟纸的透气率为20-50 Coresta单位；
j)过滤嘴的通气度为15-50％。
2．权利要求1的过滤嘴香烟，其特征在于，通气区由多孔包装纸和包覆纸组合形成，它离过滤嘴的嘴端至少10mm。
3．权利要求1的过滤嘴香烟，其特征在于，在成品香烟上的通气区是由机加工或激光制成。
4．权利要求2的过滤嘴香烟，其特征在于，通气区由一排或两排通气孔形成，它离过滤嘴的嘴端至少100mm。
5．权利要求1-4中之一的过滤嘴香烟，其特征在于，该过滤嘴由厚度为0.5-1.5mm的未皱缩的纤维素毛状物构成。
6．权利要求1-5中之一的过滤嘴香烟，其特征在于，该过滤嘴由宽度为10-15cm的未皱缩的纤维素毛状物构成。
