技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在织物幅上形成无色凸纹图案并粘合织物幅的方法,该织物幅由非编织或非编结的纤维、即无纺织物构成,该无纺织物由基本上有限长的、但也可以是连续的纤维如合成短纤维或者也由天然纤维制成。
背景技术
通过US-A-5 115 544已知一种筛网,它配有大量产生轮廓的隆起,待产生图案的无纺织物通过水射流压在隆起上。据其将那些作为隆起的图案压到连续筛网上或者弯曲到筛网里面,但是不同的图案也可以作为网眼花纹而产生。纤维通过水射流侧向偏移到隆起的旁边,因此隆起基本独立于纤维。在EP-A-0 511 025中公开类似的内容,在同样的隆起后面在筛网上提供无色图案。在这里作为移动纤维的介质也可以使用热空气。
此外由DE-A-21 09 143已知,在织物幅上将一个具有所期望图案的模板移动到相应的空隙,相对于空隙吹喷压力热空气。但是这种源自于印色工艺的已知方法同样不能令人满意。这一点对于按DE-A-20 211 188的想法同样适用,其中,借助于模板同样这样通过热空气形成图案,空气促使极的形状的织物幅的各根纤维形成所期望图案的收缩。
此外还参阅EP-A-0 423 619,根据该文献,无纺织物纤维借助于水射流朝向筛网滚筒移动,以将纤维移进筛网滚筒的小孔。由此得到一种具有一个薄的背面和一个正面图案面的无纺织物,该图案面具有在那里按照图案聚集的无妨织物纤维。纤维的聚集尤其是在无纺织物厚度上是不确定的,并且无纺织物在按照图案变厚处的粘合几乎等于零。无纺织物纤维通过水射流移动到筛网滚筒的按照图案的凹部中,但是不能实现纤维在凹部中的粘合。
发明内容
由开头所述形式的方法出发而形成本发明目的,即,找到一种方法,通过它可以无需大的费用连续地将图案逼到无纺织物或类似织物上,而且在高度上也有明确界定的图案,在其中移动的纤维同样相互编结、即粘合。
为了实现该目的本发明规定,位于配有待获得图案的一个第一平面上的织物幅纤维,借助于能量充足的水射流局部地移到一个第二平面里面,并在那里由于存在的阻力而阻止继续偏移,所产生的液体被排出,并且织物幅纤维在两个平面里在水射流的作用下相互涡旋,并由此使无纺织物全幅表面并具有图案地粘合。重要的是,为了在一个保持不变的在整个平面上粘合的无纺织物上明确界定地形成图案,类似于纸张中的水印,要阻止无纺织物在水刺时在两个平面里撕裂。粘合要在各处都是相等的,要绝对不形成任何小孔,并且无纺织物厚度在两个平面里要保持不变而是相同的。
一种用于执行该方法的装置,它设有一个在流动的水射流方向上存在的衬垫,该衬垫只局部地可渗透液体并做有开口而形成图案。此外在那里还设有一个配设于此衬垫的高压水横梁,用于产生在工作宽度上分布的细的水射流。现在这个装置通过一个设置在产生图案的衬垫下面的另一个同样被支承且可渗透液体的衬垫而得到加强,该衬垫设置作为用于从产生图案的衬垫偏移的纤维的支承阻挡。本装置可以最好由支承的、本身稳定的可渗透液体的滚筒如筛网滚筒组成,该筛网滚筒在外部通过细网眼的筛带如射流喷网法织物带缠绕,并且这个筛带通过一个产生图案的、同样可渗透液体的带或薄膜缠绕,高压水横梁沿径向在外部配设于这个筛网滚筒。有利的是,射流喷网法织物带还由另一个粗的筛网支承在筛网滚筒上。

具体实施方式
还有其它圆周边缘部件属于由图1所示的筛网滚筒1,但是在这里为了清晰起见而将其移除。待产生图案(7)的无纺织物2直接在筛网滚筒1上移动,在外面为筛网滚筒直接配设一个或多个喷嘴横梁3。各个喷嘴横梁3与筛网滚筒1轴向平行地设置,并且在其配设于筛网滚筒1的底面上设有一个在这里未示出的用于喷出水射流4的喷嘴带。与常见的一样,为了吸出喷出的水而使筛网滚筒1处于抽吸作用下,为此在筛网滚筒1的内部同心地设置一个吸管8,它具有向着筛网滚筒1延伸的抽吸缝10,为这些抽吸缝又配设有各喷嘴横梁3。
按照图1,筛网滚筒1包括一个无缝的筛网滚筒壁11,它作为用于套装在外部的其它成形元件的支承部件。筛网滚筒壁11的小孔可以在薄板上冲出或者壁板可以具有其它稳定的结构。按照图2,在筛网滚筒壁上还套装一个细的筛网、一个射流喷网法织物带(Spunlaceband)12,在后者上还套装一个薄板5,它配有网眼花纹。因此各小孔/开口7.1配有不同大小的直径。当然小孔7.1也可以具有其它的不同于圆形的形状,在此也可以考虑各种大面积的图案。
但是,现在如果两侧光滑的无纺织物2遇到水射流4,则纤维在小孔7.1处移进这些小孔并在小孔7.1之间的接片(Steg)9上对无纺织物进行针刺、粘合。但是纤维移进图案薄板5的小孔7.1中的运动受到限制,因为在图案薄板5的下面设置一个薄的筛网12,它可以看作为本身射流喷网法织物带。该射流喷网法织物带一般用作为光滑的待针刺无纺织物的衬垫。喷出的水渗透带12并且在筛网滚筒1内部被抽吸。但是纤维保持位于带12上并且也被水射流在那里针刺、sprich粘合。这样在一个全幅表面的粘合的无纺织物的单面形成一个凸纹图案。
在图3中示出一个与图2相同的筛网滚筒外壳结构,但是在射流喷网法织物带12与支承的筛网滚筒壁11之间还插入一个更粗的筛网13,它加大了支承的筛网滚筒表面相对于射流喷网法织物带12的距离。这使得水流非常均匀地从射流喷网法织物带12流向筛网滚筒壁11的通流孔,通流孔之间的各接片看起来不再作为通流阻力。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于在织物幅上形成无色凸纹图案并粘合织物幅的方法,该织物幅由非编织或非编结的纤维、即无纺织物构成,该无纺织物由基本上有限长的纤维制成,其特征在于,位于一个设有待获得的图案的第一平面上的织物幅纤维,借助于能量充足的水射流局部地偏移到一个第二平面中,并且在那里由于存在阻力而阻止继续偏移,所产生的液体被排出,并且织物幅纤维在两个平面里在水射流的作用下相互涡旋,并由此使无纺织物全幅表面地并具有图案地粘合。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述纤维为合成短纤维或天然纤维。
3.用于实施如权利要求1或2所述方法的装置,具有一个在流动的水射流方向上存在的衬垫(5),该衬垫(5)只可局部地渗透液体并做有开口(7.1)而形成图案(7);还具有一个配设于这个衬垫(5)的高压水横梁(3),用于产生在工作宽度上分布的细的水射流(4),其特征在于,在产生图案的衬垫(5)下面设置另一个同样被支承且可渗透液体的衬垫(12),该可渗透液体的衬垫(12)设置作为用于从产生图案的衬垫(5)偏移的纤维的支承阻挡。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,该装置由一个支承的、本身刚性的可渗透液体的滚筒组成,该滚筒在外部通过一细网眼的筛带缠绕,并且该筛带通过一个产生图案的、同样可渗透液体的带或薄膜缠绕,高压水横梁(3)沿径向在外部配设于所述滚筒,其中,所述产生图案的、同样可渗透液体的带构成所述产生图案的衬垫(5),所述细网眼的筛带构成所述可渗透液体的衬垫(12)。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述滚筒是筛网滚筒(1),而所述筛带是射流喷网法织物带。
6.如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述细网眼的射流喷网法织物带通过另一个中间插入的粗网眼的筛网(13)支承在筛网滚筒(1)上。
