Description

本发明涉及一种用于供给内燃机,尤其是供给车辆发动机燃料的带有一个开关阀的高压泵。
许多高压燃料供给泵的类型是已知的,并且是从通常的燃料箱由一个电机带动的低压泵按常规供油。高压泵通常包括一个开关阀,它由低压泵供给的燃料自动开启。
已知的高压泵体至少包括一个燃料压力室,和一个装有泵驱动构件的驱动室;所述开关阀包括一个用来确保燃料流入驱动室的断路器,甚至当阀关闭时,燃料也能润滑和冷却驱动构件。
尤其是在一个已知的径向活塞泵中,泵体中装有三个油缸,相应地在油缸中滑动的活塞由一个通常的凸轮驱动,此凸轮由驱动轴驱动的一个轴带动;此凸轮装在泵的驱动室内或泵壳内;断路器是中空的圆柱形并且沿泵体中的径向孔的壁滑动。

在相应的喷油器破裂的情况下为了避免燃料积存在发动机气缸中,或在例如由于失误使低压泵少量供油和不供油的情况下,为了避免燃料从驱动室吸出,当输入的燃料压力降低到一个给定的值以下时,断路器由压缩弹簧自动关闭。

图1中的标记5表示一个整体的用于供给内燃机,例如车辆的内燃机燃料的高压泵。泵5是由低压泵(未示出)从通常的燃料箱供油,其中低压泵是当发动机的启动时而激励的电机所带动的。
高压泵5是包括三个径向活塞6的高压泵形式,活塞6在泵5的体8中径向设置的三个油缸7中滑动;每一个油缸7由支承一个进油阀11和一个排油阀12的板9封闭;并且每一个缸7和相应的板9通过相应的锁紧头13被锁定到泵体8上。
活塞6由一个单个的凸轮14驱动,此凸轮与由内燃机驱动轴驱动的轴16是一个整体。凸轮14借助一个环17作用在活塞6上,对于每个活塞,环17有一个与安装至活塞6的滑靴19相配合的已进行过平面加工的部分18;并且每一个滑靴19都由相应的弹簧21推向凸轮。
在每个活塞6的端部和相应的板9之间的间隙确定了一个压力室22,显然这三个压力室22设置在泵体8内。装有油缸7并且轴16和凸轮14在其中转动的泵体8的内部空间形成了一个泵5的驱动室23,其中,室由按已知的方式安装在泵体8上的法兰24封闭;轴16转动地并且以不透水的方式安装在法兰24上;室23以已知的方式与一个把油排入油箱的排油管25相连。
泵体8由铸铁制成,锁紧头13由钢制成;泵体8和锁紧头13有三个与在法兰24上的环形槽27所确定的一个管相连的进油管26;每个管26也借助相应的进油阀11与相应的压力室22相连;每个锁紧头13中也有一个压力油管28,它借助相应的排油阀12,把压力室22和泵5的一个排油管29相连。
泵体8也有一个由两个孔31构成的供油管30,其中这两个孔彼此交叉设置并且用两个塞子32把它们与外界隔开。管30的一个端部与法兰24的环形槽27相连,并且管30与压力室22相连;在另一端,管30出现在泵体8中所形成的圆柱形径向孔34的圆柱形壁33处。孔34与驱动室23相连并且其一部分朝着法兰24伸出;与低压泵相连的进油管36插入孔34内。
孔34装有一个开关阀,其整体由37表示并且包括一个空的圆柱形断路器38。更特别的是,断路器38是一个活塞状或杯状,并且包括一个侧壁39,它沿着孔34的壁33精确地滑动,因此孔34的壁33和断路器38的壁39必须进行精确的加工。
断路器38还包括一个平的壁40,并且有一个已标定的孔41,甚至当管30由断路器38封闭时,此孔也允许一特定量的燃料通过。一个螺旋形压缩弹簧42插入断路器38中并且靠在一个支承构件上,此构件安装在孔34面对驱动室23的一端;并且支承构件必须是被穿孔的,以允许燃料从孔34流至驱动室23,如意大利专利申请第N.TO95A000010号中所描述的。
按照本发明,弹簧42的支承构件是由孔34的台肩43所确定的,它与泵体8整体形成并且设置在孔34相邻驱动室23的一端。台肩43确定一个圆形开口45(图2),此开口比孔34的直径小;并且弹簧42直接或间接地靠在台肩43上,这样,简化了开关阀37的装配。
在图2的实施例中,弹簧42借助在孔34中可拆装的装置靠在台肩43上并且它包括一个具有一个中央开口46的盘44,此开口46允许燃料从孔34流至驱动室23。孔34的直径和开口45的直径之间的差值最好是在1至3mm之间,并且台肩43的厚度最好是在2至4mm之间。
盘44中的开口46有一个突起的边47,它用来对弹簧42的一个端部导向;并且盘44与开口46和突起的边47一起可以借助一个冲孔机和冷成型机或压花机由片状金属简单地形成。
在孔34中可拆装的装置还包括一个有径向弹性的C状金属构件48,例如一个标准的卡环(图3),装在孔34(图2)内的盘44和台肩43之间。更特别的是,孔34的壁33有一个邻近台肩43的环形槽49,环48在其中可拆卸地与其配合;并且开口45的直径是这样的,以使槽49能够通过开口45进行加工。
通过把环48的两端合在一起而把环48安装在槽49中或从槽中取下,以使阀37的零件也明显地容易组装,唯一需要注意的是组装盘44时要使边47面对弹簧42。
为了消除以上需要注意的和/或阀47的简便的自动组装,在图4的变形中,盘44的开口46可以有一个环51,其两边相应于盘44对称并且在两个相对的轴向方向上突起。环51可以被焊接到盘44的上或通过压实和烧结金属粉末的方法与盘44一起形成。
在图5的实施例中,弹簧42直接靠在台肩43上。开口45的直径最好是在3至5mm之间,并且台肩43的厚度最好是在5至8mm之间。以允许从泵体8外侧对孔34的壁33进行精加工,在壁33中加工一个环形槽52,并且可以比图2中的槽49浅,以使图5中的阀37甚至比图2中的阀更容易制造。
与已知的泵相比,本发明的高压泵的优点通过以上描述已经变得清楚了。尤其是,盘44和环48可拆卸地组装降低了泵的生产成本;台肩43省去了在孔34内安装弹簧42的支承构件的必要;并且在凸轮环17和弹簧42的支承构件之间没有干涉,使得凸轮14的直径能够增加从而增加了泵的容量,

Claims (15)
