Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种新型的鸭嘴阀,它主要用于控制流体物质的流量。
鸭嘴阀应用于跨越许多领域的装置中主机的压力调节。这些装置用于制动装置,小型家用器具,肾透析,皮下注射器,体育用品,玩具,无浮质泵以及各种各样的工业设备。它们的普及生源于它们简单的结构。除了它们自身的橡胶壳体外没有移动部件。
通常当这些阀处于关闭位置时显示出一个由一条直缝构成的带唇的嘴。由内部压力将这些唇打开形成一个平的卵形面。这个开口足以释放气体压力。然而,相对小的唇的开口大小,不足以使需要的半固体或者均匀液体介质流过。非常需要一种具备输送粘性介质能力的鸭嘴阀,特别是要考虑这种控制装置相对不昂贵的制造成本。
据此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种鸭嘴阀和密封件,其在打开位置时有一个相对大的通道以输送半固体介质。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种鸭嘴阀和密封件,其能以同样的方式分配半固体物质,二不会出现倒吸问题。
据此,本发明提供了一种阀密封件,它包括一个中空的、带第一端面和第二端面的圆柱体,第一端面有一个开口的嘴,第二端面有一个由一对月芽形唇限定的关闭的嘴。这对唇最好位于主体的外表面上。本发明还提供了一种阀密封件,该密封件包括一个中空的、带第一端面和第二端面的圆柱体,第一端面有一个开口的嘴,第二端面有一个由一对月芽形唇限定的关闭的嘴,其中,在沿着唇的中心区域,一个唇比另一个唇薄。

圆柱体是由弹性树脂制成的,弹性树脂可能是硅或烃均聚物或烃共聚物。烃聚合物可能是由由苯乙烯、异丁烯、异戊二烯、丁二烯、二乙烯基苯、乙烯、丙烯、氰乙烯和混合物的组成中选择出的单体构成的。市场上可以买到的弹性树脂包括Katon、Santoprene和Buna橡胶。将增塑剂加入树脂中以获得适用的特性。圆柱体的制造最好是通过注模法。其工艺过程包括把流体状态的弹性体射入一个模子里。模子的表面结构应该是能够在弹性体内形成一条开口的缝。喷射后,模制体从机械模具里排出。
根据本发明的鸭嘴阀的密封件特别独特的是在圆柱体的第二端面的可闭合的嘴上有一个咧开的微笑形的唇。当圆柱体插入一个圆形装置内时,密封阀关闭。装置的内壁紧压弹生圆柱体的外壁,使得唇压以变宽、闭合微笑的型式压紧在一起。
阀以下述的方式动作:向输送半固体流体介质的容器的弹性壁施加手压。流体的压力使横跨容器开口两旁的鸭嘴阀的唇分开。特别是薄唇响应于流体打开;这就成为关闭的嘴的主要张开装置。一旦压力消去,曲面的锥形外壁的较薄的截面部分给予足够的储存的弹性力,使薄的唇返回它的关闭位置。
下面,参照附图对本发明的各个方面,即特点和优点作进一步的说明。

图1是表示插入圆形套筒14之前的本发明的鸭嘴阀密封件2。阀密封件包括一个带第一和第二端面6和8的中空的圆柱体4。第一端面6有一个开口的嘴10。第二端面8有一个关闭的由一对月芽形的唇包围的嘴12。这对唇沿着圆柱体的外表面连接起来,沿着中间区域,上唇16的厚度比下唇18薄。
图2表示圆柱体4从第一端面向第二端面的方向张开。图3至5表示圆柱体4包括一个紧邻第一端面的前面部分20和一个紧邻第二端面的后面部分22。前面部分的外壁部分24朝着薄唇16向下呈曲面的锥形。前面部分的另一个外壁部分26背向曲面的锥形外壁部分24。这介背向的外壁部分形成了下部的唇18的外缘。如图3所示,曲面的锥形外壁24横截面的厚度不同。具体来说,横截面厚度28从前面部分朝着薄的唇向下减少。
从图3可以明显地看出,曲面的锥形外壁部分24的横断面的厚度是变化的。更准确地讲,横断面的厚度28沿着从前面部分朝着薄唇向下的方向减小。
法兰盘30包围着圆柱体第一端面的开口唇。法兰盘的外径大于圆柱体的外径。
图7表示的是图6所示的鸭嘴阀密封件2在管形套筒14的圆形内壁32内受挤压的状态。挤压唇的结果是产生一个紧密的封口34,这代表阀的关闭位置。
图8表示的是一种半固体介质36正在流过并打开封口34,使上薄唇16在套筒里向里扩张。
尽管在此仅说明了一个实施例,本领域技术人员可能会作出进一步的变型和修改,所有这些都被认为落在本发明的权限和范围内。
Claims (8)
1一种阀密封件,其包括一个中空的带第一端面和第二端面的圆柱体,第一端面有一个开口的嘴,第二端面有一个关闭的嘴,其特征在于,关闭的嘴由一对月芽形的唇围绕而成。
2根据权利要求1所述的阀密封件,其特征在于,这对唇沿着圆柱体的外表面连接在一起,在沿着唇的中心区域,一个唇的厚度比另一个唇薄。

5根据以上任一权利要求所述的阀密封件,其特征在于,对应于曲面的锥形部分,前面部分有另一个背部外壁部分,这个背部外壁构成另一个唇的外缘。
6根据权利要求4或5所述的阀密封件,其特征在于,曲面的锥形外壁横截面的厚度不同。
7根据权利要求6所述的阀密封件,其特征在于,横截面的厚度从后面部分朝着薄唇向下减小。
8根据以上任一权利要求所述的阀密封件,其特征在于,第一端面的唇被一个法兰盘包围,该法兰盘的外径大于圆柱体的外径。
