Abstract
一种双作用式制动片由制动靴(a)、衬片(c)和振动材料(b)构成,三者为主要的部件。当制动靴被施加作用力时,三者的作用分别为制动靴作为制动片的加强体、衬片作为制动材料和振动材料作为一定振动频率的发生器。所述衬片附装于制动靴表面,所述振动材料插入到制动靴和衬片之间。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车领域。它属于制动系统部件并包含在制动系统备件的附属件中。
背景技术
目前,车辆发动机功力增加也意味着车辆速度增大。为保证司机和乘客的安全,就需要最佳制动系统。近年来已发展了防抱死制动系统(ABS),其中,当刹车踏板被踏下时,该防抱死制动系统可间歇性地工作。现在,在最新的防抱死制动系统ABS系统上添加了一个防抱死控制系统来控制制动系统,但其他部件如制动片和制动盘仍然使用。
所述防抱死制动系统(ABS)比较复杂,该系统需要较大的空间。若将所述系统应用于只具有有限空间的车辆如摩托车中时,该系统是不实用的。
为了这个原因,本申请人发展了一种比防抱死制动系统(ABS)更简单的新系统。这种新系统控制制动片的衬片的振动,称为双作用式制动片(DAB)。
发明内容
如图(1)所示,所述双作用式制动片(DAB)包括三个主要的部件:作为制动片的加强体的制动靴;布置在所述制动片表面上的衬片,所述衬片具有一定的摩擦系数作为制动材料;置于制动片和衬片之间的振动材料(oscilator material)。
所述振动材料由可保持一定温度的聚合弹性材料例如橡胶制成,当它受到激励制动力(假定为一个阶跃函数)时,可以一定的频率进行振动。

图1所示为双作用式制动片的构造,它包括(a)制动靴、(b)振动材料、(c)衬片。
图2所示为在将中利用弹簧和减振器模拟为并联电路的双作用式制动片。
图3中,(a)所示为对图(b)所示的模型上施加的制动力(阶跃式),图(b)所示为双作用式制动片的模型,图(c)所示为正弦响应曲线。
图(4)中,(a)所示为振动系数远大于1时的阶跃力响应曲线,(b)所示为振动系数等于1时的阶跃力响应曲线,(c)所示为振动系数小于1时的阶跃力响应曲线。
发明之完整说明
双作用式制动片是利用谐波振动的原理对制动片进行的新设计。如图1所示,双作用式制动片包括三个主要的部件,即制动靴、振动材料和衬片。制动靴具有作为制动片加强体的作用。用聚合弹性材料如橡胶制成的振动材料具有一定的弹性系数且具有一定的硬度,如果施加激励制动力,振动材料就起到防抱死系统的作用。双作用式制动片的衬片的作用是作为与车辆轮毂的摩擦材料。
为解释双作用式制动片的基本原理需要建立一个模型,如图2所示,以具有两个自由度的弹簧和减振器的并联电路建立一个模型。如图3a中,假定所施加的制动力为阶跃函数,这样图2中所示的模型可用下面通用位移方程(diplacement equation)来描述:

[M] 为质量或惯性的矩阵;
[c] 为阻尼的矩阵;
{y(t)} 为速度的矩阵;
[K] 为弹簧的弹性系数的矩阵;

{F(t)} 为激励力或制动力的矩阵;
为得到在广义坐标中的响应值,对等式(Ⅰ)施加线性,结果为:

其中:
{q(t)} 为广义坐标系中加速度矩阵;
{q(t)} 为广义坐标系中速度矩阵;
{q(t)} 为广义坐标系中位移矩阵;
φ 为振动系数;
ω 为振动频率;
{G(t)} 为无因次激励制动力。
激励制动力{G(t)}作为阶跃函数,它会得到如图4所示的响应。如果振动系数φ>1,所述激励制动力将得到如图4a所示的过阻尼振动响应;如果振动系数φ=1,所述激励制动力将得到如图4b所示的临界振动响应;如果振动系数φ<1,则所述激励制动力将得到如图4c所示的欠阻尼振动响应,这样就会产生振动。
振动材料的弹性系数和阻尼系数可通过对用来制造振动材料的聚合物材料或其他添加材料的选择来进行调节。
与图4相应,通过设定振动材料的弹性系数和阻尼系数的值,可得到图3c所示的双作用式制动片的结构上的欠阻尼振动响应。进行振动的振动材料可自动地在衬片和轮毂之间产生摩擦,振动材料也将产生振动,这样就可达到防抱死的效果。
Claims (2)
1.一种双作用式制动片,如果施加激励制动力,这种制动片的衬片可进行振动,从而达到防抱死的效果。
2.一种具有振动材料的双作用式制动片的系统,如果所述系统受到激励制动力作用,这种系统就可达到防抱死的效果。
