背景技术

发明内容

相比而言,本发明电枢的优点是,可以采用简单的方式方法将一个部件固定到一个轴上并且可靠地固定。另外,由于部件内径上的凸起部会使部件材料在凸起部区域内塑性变形和流入滚花内并且这样构成形状吻合连接。
采用有利的方式可以使用一个喷塑的磁铁用作这个部件,因为它在机械上比所述轴软。
有利的是,部件是一个轴承。
另外有利的是,凸起部设置在部件中心,因为通过此可以使应力围绕着滚花结构均匀地减小。
有利的是,所述电机是一个电动机。
有利的是,所述电机是一个发电机。

图1示出了一个部件1,这个部件例如是一个机械式球轴承或者是一个注塑的磁铁,与轴10相比(图2)由相对更软的材料制成。
部件1具有一个中心轴线3,它例如也可以是对称轴线,并且具有一个在轴向方向在部件1内部延伸的槽4。在部件1的槽4里,在轴向方向例如在中间设置了一个凸起部7,也就是说,部件1在槽4的靠外区域内具有一个内径Di,而在凸起部7区域内具有一个较小的内径di。
图2c示出了按照本发明电枢的具有一个外径d’a的轴10。
轴10例如被如下制造。在具有一个外径Da的轴10中,在以后滚花11的区域13内进行切槽,它然后具有一个更小的外径da(图2a)。在这个区域内加工上滚花11,如在图2b中所示出的那样。滚花11具有一个外径d’a。滚花种类可以是任意的。它可以由纵槽、横槽或者十字槽组成。
在滚花11之外的轴10的外径Da如果需要的话被这样磨削或者车削,使它与滚花11的外径相同,也就是说,轴10具有一个不变的外径d’a。必要时,外径大于直径Da的滚花11变径到Da。
轴10也可以分段淬火。
图3示出了部件1怎样固定到轴10上。部件1具有一个比滚花11长的轴向长度。
部件1的内径Di例如大约等于图2c中轴10的外径d’a,也就是说,在部件1最初套到轴10上时,部件1由轴10导向。也可以有轻微的压配合。如果部件1继续向轴10上推动,则会在部件1内出现或者提高应力,因为凸起部7被移到滚花11之外的轴10上。如果部件1继续在轴10上推动,一直到凸起部7安置到滚花11的区域内,则部件1由于压配合在凸起部7的区域内变形,因为部件1的材料挤入滚花11的凹槽里。
如果在滚花11周围的区域内部件1由轴10穿过(fuehren),则在滚花11的边棱(Kanten)上没有出现缺口应力,而是示出了在图3中示出的应力曲线,它示出了向两个轴向方向上围绕着滚花11在部件1中的应力均匀下降。随着时间的推移,甚至在以前的凸起部7的区域内会出现无应力状态,并且部件1只是通过形状吻合连接固定在轴10上。
这样的电枢15可以用于电机或者发电机并且还具有一个没有示出的用于至少一个线圈或者永久磁铁和例如一个换向器的支承体。

Claims (6)

1.用于电机的电枢,
由一个至少部分地有至少一个滚花结构和至少部分地在没有滚花的部位具有与滚花结构相同外径的轴和
由至少一个通过滚花借助压配合固定在所述轴上的部件组成,
其特征为,
所述部件(1)具有一个中心轴线(3),
该部件(1)在内部具有一个在轴向方向延伸的、带有内径(Di)的槽(4)并且具有至少一个带有内径(di)的凸起部(7),其中该凸起部的内径(di)小于所述槽的内径(Di)并且这个凸起部(7)被设置在滚花的区域中以及配合在该滚花结构(11)中。
