本发明棒茶挤缩机,涉及紧压茶类机械。本发明特点:利用锥螺杆推力挤压的结构原理。(见附图)将初制茶料按规定要求装入料斗(8)由锥螺杆(9)推入揉筒(10)进入模具(12)。由于调温电热偶(11)的外热作用和运动的内热作用,使茶料沿旋槽前进方向连续挤入揉筒(10)不断升温蒸发水汽。由于模具(12)节制作用,茶料在挤压下经过鼓风器(3)排汽、干燥、紧缩、定型、获得捧茶。本发明捧茶挤缩机,是一种紧压茶类生产机械,安全简便,经久耐用。

棒茶挤缩机
本发明棒茶挤缩机，涉及紧压茶类机械。
目前，我国紧压茶类产品生产，普遍采用汽压、液压、冲床等为紧压茶机具，需配备数百个斗模等等组成生产线，发明本棒茶挤缩机只需单机即可完成。解决了目前机械生产小型紧压砖茶无法承受很高的生产费用难题。
本发明特点：是利用锥螺推力挤压的结构原理。(见附图)将初制好的茶料按规定要求装入料斗(8)由锥螺杆(9)推入揉筒(10)，再挤入模具(12)。由于调温电热偶(11)的外热作用和工作运动产生内热作用，使茶料在沿旋槽前进方向连续挤入揉筒(10)时，不断升温，蒸发水汽，由于模具(12)的节制作用，茶料在挤压下，经过鼓风器(3)鼓风排气，使茶料紧缩、干燥、定型，从模具口挤出，按要求规格裁定即获得棒茶。
本发明棒茶挤缩机是一种紧压茶类革新性产品生产机械，应用广泛，操作安全简便，经久耐用，适宜所有产茶区。

1、一种用以紧压茶类的棒茶挤缩机，其特征是由(1)电动机带动(5)变速箱，传动(10)锥螺杆，(3)鼓风器以及(12)模具等，共同组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的棒茶挤缩机，其特征是(10)锥螺杆为空心螺杆，螺纹不分左右，大小可根据产量需要而定。
3、根据权利要求1所述的棒茶挤缩机，其特征是(12)模具为内空构成方、圆、棱等多种形状的空心形具体。
