Abstract

背景技术
人工操作指状物或扳机的喷雾器通常用于分配家用产品,例如硬表面清洁剂。该喷雾器的问题是,当消费者以太低压力操作喷雾器时,该喷雾器产生很差的喷雾形式。还有,它们可能滴漏。目前人们正在研究解决这些问题的方案。
人们还在研究能够自动从气雾剂容器中自动进行脉动释放的装置。
US4846810中公开了一种阀组件,用于从容器中释放流体。但是这种阀组件仍然具有上述问题。
发明内容
根据本发明的第一方面,本发明提供了一种阀,该阀包括阀本体和环绕该阀本体的柔性部件,该阀本体确定了进口和出口以及能够使该进口和出口连通的装置,该柔性部件可在进口压力的作用下从防止进口和出口之间连通的位置移动到允许进口和出口之间连通的位置。
在本发明的优选实施例中,阀本体可以由合成塑料材料模制而成,或由金属或其它合适材料制成。
优选是,柔性部件包括套筒,该套筒优选是由橡胶或合成塑料材料制成。弹性材料为优选。优选是,它的内表面有粘性,这样,它粘附在阀本体上。这是优选特征,因为柔性部件的粘性将增加使柔性部件从防止进口和出口之间连通的位置移动到允许进口和出口之间连通的位置所需的初始压力,而柔性部件返回它的初始位置时的最终压力不变。
合适的是,套筒可以由这样的材料构成,与当移动力除去时套筒可通过弹性而施加以返回它的初始位置的能量相比,该材料使得该套筒需要更大的能量来进行变形/拉伸。
因此,当压力从初始压力降低至最终压力时气体或液体可以从进口通向出口,并持续一定时间。因此,通过认真选择柔性部件的材料和/或通过向该部件的内表面施加粘性涂层,可以选择阀的释放特征。
在一个实施例中,本发明的阀用于可增压装置,例如扳机喷雾器。该阀只有在施加的操作力达到阀值时才打开,从而释放高质量的喷雾,不会有液滴或滴漏。
在另一实施例中,本发明的阀在压力装置中操作,例如喷雾器罐,并布置成这样,即在不通过用户的情况下,喷射剂流入阀内,并使阀间歇松开。
使进口和出口能够连通的装置优选是包括分别使进口和出口与阀本体的表面相连的孔。也可选择,对于进口和出口中的一个或两个,阀包括多个孔。
还提供有用于将柔性部件保持在阀本体上的装置。这些装置优选是包括在阀本体上的环形部分。
根据本发明,还提供了一种包括上述阀的装置。该装置可以是压力的,例如气雾剂,或者是可增压的。在后一种情况,装置内的压力通常人工产生(例如通过指泵(finger pump))或自动产生(例如通过化学方法或通过机械泵)。在前一种情况,优选是该装置包括:第一腔室,该第一腔室装有压力液体喷射剂;以及第二腔室,该第二腔室装有要以分配形式从装置中放出的液体材料,其中,对腔室之间的连通进行限制,这样,喷射剂可以流入第二腔室中。本发明的阀与第二腔室连通,且在使用时,一旦喷射剂使第二腔室内的压力升高到操作该阀所需的阀值,就排出所述材料的脉动。
上述双腔室装置基本上可用于任何预压缩阀(因此,我们希望使该阀只有当达到给定流体压力时才打开,并优选是在较低压力下关闭);有任意预压缩腔室的该双腔室装置构成本发明的又一方面。
阀可以永久性安装在装置上,或者可以当用户更换该压力/可增压单元作为替换物时进行连接。

具体实施方式
参考附图,阀包括基本柱形的阀本体1和柔性部件2,该柔性部件2呈套筒的形式覆盖该阀本体1。阀本体1由合成塑料材料注射模制形成,但是也可以由金属或其它合适材料制成。该本体确定了位于中心且轴向延伸的进口3和出口4。本体1还确定了:孔5,该孔5从本体1的表面向进口3延伸;以及孔6,该孔6从本体表面向出口4延伸。在孔6与本体表面相交的位置处,在本体表面上形成凹口7。该凹口可以是平切口形式,如图1所示,或者可以是环绕本体1的整个外周或一部分外周延伸的环形凹口。两个环形部分8和9从本体表面上伸出,并分别布置在凹口7和孔5的相对侧。
柔性部件2的尺寸设置成通过紧配合而夹紧本体1。在本实施例中,柔性部件2为一套筒。套筒可以由橡胶、聚氯乙烯(PVC)或其它合适材料制成,该材料具有粘性,这在部件2和本体1接触时提供了在它们之间的吸力。也可选择,它可以由这样的材料构成,与当移动力除去时套筒可通过弹性而施加以返回它的初始位置的能量相比,该材料使得该套筒需要更大的能量来进行变形/拉伸。
在使用时,当在进口3处的压力不够时,阀将封闭,如图2所示。当进口3中的压力增大时,阀变得能克服部件2和本体1之间的吸力和/或通过套筒的弹性施加的力,并使部件2升高并离开本体1,从而使空气或流体流入凹口7中,并从该凹口7通过孔6流向出口4。流动将持续进行,只要流体的压力足以使部件2保持离开本体1。当压力降低至不足以使部件2保持离开本体1的值时,部件将重新密封并抵靠本体1,从而关闭进口3和出口4之间的流动。关闭压力通常小于当存在前述吸力时的打开压力。部件2在环形部分8和9上的相互作用形成相应密封件,它阻止流体或气体在部件2的相对的轴向端溢出。这些环形部分起到保持器的作用,用于防止部件2在本体1上的轴向运动,或者防止通过不同于出口4的其它任何路径从阀中泄漏,因为使套筒2升高离开环形部分8和9所需的压力比使套筒升高以便在孔5和6之间连通所需的压力更高。也可选择,可以使用外部夹来防止泄漏。
阀可以用于控制从压力装置或可增压装置的输出。在可增压装置中的压力通常既可以人工产生(例如通过指泵或扳机泵),也可以自动产生(例如通过化学装置或通过机械泵)。在这两种情况下,一旦超过阀的开口压力阀值,阀将打开,以便释放一部分的装置内容物,当压力降低至合适的较低值时,阀将再次关闭。
图3示出了压力装置14,该压力装置14包括本发明的阀。该装置具有:主腔室16,该主腔室16装有压力液体喷射剂18;以及较小的腔室20,该较小腔室20在主腔室的顶部。较小腔室20装有可雾化液体22,例如香料。在腔室之间的连通只有通过竖直的汲取管(dip tube)24。该汲取管24的底端接近主腔室的底壁26。该汲取管的上端逐渐变细形成销孔27。在可选实施例中,汲取管的上端可以通过这样的膜来封闭:即气体可透过但液体不可透过。
该较小腔室有出口装置,该出口装置以图1和2中的阀的形式,并以出口4在最上侧的方式竖直布置。可以看见,本体1形成为单件,具有在较小腔室内并超过该腔室上壁的竖直管形部分28,该管形部分28的孔32与阀的进口3连通。管形部分28的底端接近上部腔室的底壁30。
在工作时,在主腔室内的喷射剂通过汲取管24以可由该汲取管的销孔出口的尺寸控制的速度流入较小腔室。当较小腔室内的压力足以操作该阀时,液体22从该腔室释放到环境中,然后该阀关闭。该过程重复进行。因此,装置将以脉动形式释放在较小腔室中的液体。
除了没有汲取管,图4的实施例与图3的实施例类似。腔室之间通过较短的管形柱34而连通,该管形柱34的底端在主腔室的上部区域,并在液体喷射剂上面的压力气体顶部空间区域中,该管形柱34的逐渐变细的上端由气体可透过但液体不可透过的膜封闭,并位于上部腔室的底部区域。与图3的装置一样,图4的装置用于间歇释放材料,通常释放香料。图4的结构的一个优点是它的性能基本不会受液体粘度变化的影响。
应当知道,上述实施例只是介绍的实例,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下可以进行变化。在一种变化形式中,不是单个孔5,而是可以提供多个周向间开的孔,以便使压力从进口通道3环绕本体1分布,从而使部件2环绕外周升高离开本体,而不是仅仅在一点。
在另一实施例中,操作阀所需的力由用户供给。在现有装置中可能会产生液体滴漏的较小力不会产生任何输出。适中的力将打开阀,且压力总是足以产生良好质量的气雾剂喷雾。
Claims (15)
1.一种阀,包括阀本体和环绕该阀本体的柔性部件,该阀本体确定了进口和出口以及能够使该进口和出口连通的装置,该柔性部件可在进口压力的作用下从防止进口和出口之间连通的关闭位置移动到允许进口和出口之间连通的打开位置,其中,柔性部件的内表面有粘性,这样,它粘附在阀本体上,以便增加使柔性部件从关闭位置向打开位置移动所需的力,而柔性部件返回它的关闭位置时的力不变,和/或其中,柔性部件由这样的材料构成:与当移动力除去时柔性部件可通过弹性而施加的以返回它的关闭位置的力相比,该材料使得该柔性部件离开关闭位置时需要更大的力。
