Abstract

本发明提供具有容易识别排泄过尿的透气但不透液体性的底片的一次性尿布。该一次性尿布1的底片3是含有无机填充剂颗粒的可延伸塑料薄膜,由于上述颗粒的存在而呈现粗糙面,并且具有800～3000g/m2·24hr的透湿率和60～85%的全光线透射率。

Description

一次性尿布
本发明涉及一次性尿布，特别是涉及从外侧能迅速方便地观察已排泄尿的尿布。
特开平5-200063号公报中公开了在一次性尿布底片上使用的透气而不透液体的层。该层是含有无机填充剂颗粒的聚烯烃类塑料薄膜，通过对因这些粒子存在而使整个表面粗糙的薄膜进行热压花碾压处理，使该处理的部分表面平滑。该层的平滑部分可视性好，很容易识别被尿污染的吸收体，而粗糙部分因散射光而使可视性差，虽然不适合这样的识别，但却可以适合隐蔽被污染的吸收体。
因为兼有可视性和隐蔽性的上述公知的层在除经过层挤压工序外，还必须经过压花工序，所以其制造成本高。
因此本发明把从低成本提供兼有一次性尿布中的可视性和隐蔽性的底片作为课题。
为了解决上述课题，本发明的前提是具有透液体性的顶片，透气但不透液体性的底片和位于这两片之间的吸液芯的一次性尿布，本发明的特征在于：上述底片是含有无机填充剂颗粒的可延伸塑料薄膜，由于上述颗粒的存在而呈现粗糙面，并且具有800～3000g/m2·24hr的透湿率和60～85％的全光线透射率。
下面描述本发明优选的实施方式。
(1)通过利用热熔粘接剂把上述底片粘接在上述吸液芯上，在上述吸液芯处在湿润状态时，从上述底片外侧识别上述吸液芯的上述状态的容易程度在上述底片与上述吸液芯的接合部位比其周围的非接合部位更优越。
(2)上述底片的涂敷过上述热熔粘接剂的部位的表面处在比该部位周围的表面更平滑的状态。
图1是尿布局部剖开的斜视图。
图2是从底片侧看见的尿布局部剖开的平面图。
下面参照附图详细说明与本发明有关的一次性尿布。
在图1中以局部剖开的斜视图示出的一次性尿布1具有透液体性的顶片2、透气但不透液体性的底片3、位于2、3这两片之间的吸液芯4，顶片2和底片3在从吸液芯4的周缘延伸出的部分互相重叠，并通过热熔粘接剂16接合。沿尿布1的前后方向，形成前体周边区6、后体周边区7和位于6、7这两个区之间的裆区8。在裆区8上，尿布1的侧缘朝向内侧弯曲，腿周边的弹性件9沿所述的侧缘延伸。从后体周边区7的两侧缘带状扣件11向侧方延伸。在后体周边区7上体周边弹性件12沿端缘延伸。弹性件9、12位于顶片2、底片3之间，在延长状态下至少接合在顶片2和底片3中的至少一个内平面上。
顶片2由无纺布或开孔塑料薄膜形成，其耐水率最好在按照JIS-L-1092规定的标准0～200mm的范围内。
底片3是含有碳酸钙、硫酸钡等无机填充剂颗粒并沿一个轴或两轴伸长的聚烯烃类等的塑料薄膜，其透气率可以用JIS-Z-0208测定的透湿率表示，其值在800～3000g/m2·24hr的范围内。底片3根据JIS-K-7105的全光线透射率在65～85％的范围内。
吸液芯4由粉碎纸浆或粉碎纸浆与高吸水性聚合物颗粒的混合物大致形成计时砂漏状，并用绢纸13覆盖。
图2是从底片3侧看去的尿布1的局部剖开的平面图，在裆区8上示出了在尿排泄后从底片3的外侧观察到的状态。底片3通过朝向前后方向延伸涂敷成直线形的热熔粘接剂16接合在吸液芯4的绢纸13和顶片2上。在裆区8上因排泄的尿而润湿绢纸，可以从底片3的外侧识别该绢纸润湿程度，特别是在底片3通过热熔粘接剂16与绢纸13密着的部位上，如图所示，可以做为明显的线识别出。因为底片3的无机填充剂颗粒浮出在表面上呈现粗糙面，在涂敷过热熔粘接剂16的部位其粗糙面基本消失，使光的散射变少，所以可以认为能从底片3上进行这样的识别。但是，热熔粘接剂的这个作用在底片3的透湿率和全光线透射率处在上述范围内时表现特别显著。另外，为使这个作用变得更加可靠，最好在热熔粘接剂16的温度没有使底片3软化但达到稍熔融的程度时使热熔粘接剂16与底片3接合。
在本发明中，热熔粘接剂16的涂敷图形不限于图示例子中的直线形，也可以是螺旋形等其它合适的形状。
这样的一次性尿布即使不对透气但不透液体性的底片进行压花处理等的特别处理，也可以容易从底片的外侧识别已排泄过的尿。这样的底片在制造上成本低，所以，本发明的一次性尿布的价格低廉。

Claims (3)

1.一种具有透液体性的顶片、透气但不透液体性的底片和位于这两个片之间的吸液芯的一次性尿布，其特征在于：上述底片是含有无机填充剂颗粒的可延伸塑料薄膜，由于上述颗粒的存在而呈现粗糙面，并且具有800～3000g/m2·24hr的透湿率和60～85％的全光线透射率。
2.如权利要求1所述的尿布，其特征在于：由于上述底片通过热熔粘接剂接合在上述吸液芯上，所以在上述吸液芯呈湿润状态时，从底片外侧识别上述状态的容易程度在上述底片与上述吸液芯的接合部位比其周围的非接合部位更优越。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的尿布，其特征在于：上述底片的涂敷过热熔粘接剂的部位的表面处在比该部位周围的表面实质上更平滑的状态。
