Abstract

本发明涉及一种多功能膨胀珍珠岩吸声板及其制造工艺,它是对膨胀珍珠岩色度、颗粒级配进行分选分用或配用,把膨胀珍珠岩加入精细石灰粉、水玻璃等成分搅拌后,压制成型,室内烘干,降温出室后喷憎水剂的产品。本产品功能齐全、美观、成品率高达99%,达到国家施工标准要求。

Description

多功能膨胀珍珠岩吸声板及其制造工艺
本发明涉及一种轻型建筑材料,即多功能膨胀珍珠岩吸声板及其制造工艺。
目前,用膨胀珍珠岩制造吸声板,主要工艺有水泥作凝胶,加适量促凝材料,经成型、养护、自然干燥而成;有用水玻璃作胶凝材料、用氟硅酸纳促凝,经成型(30Mpa以上压强)、自然干燥或用封闭室内烘干调解放气孔干燥;也有用有机胶作凝胶材料的,用类似水玻璃作凝胶材料的方法制造。
但是,用水泥作凝胶材料的吸声板隔热、吸声、隔声性能差;用水玻璃作促凝胶材料,用氟硅酸钠促凝的返碱严重,这种工艺如自然干燥易变型,封闭室内烘干调解出气孔干燥又由于水份蒸发不好,效率低,托盘污水脏污板材;用有机胶作凝胶材料的防火性能差、成本高。
总之,传统方法均不理想,使吸声板性能差、成本高,制成率低,上述产品在国内推广几年无进展。
本发明是在配方、成型压强、干燥方法、成品憎水处理等方面进行改进,使之成为轻质高强、保温隔热、防火防水、吸声、方便安装、成本低、美观等优点的膨胀珍珠岩吸声板。
本发明是这样实现的:
选料→配料→和料→成型→干燥→出室喷憎水剂→质检包装→出厂。
其配比为(重量百分比组成):
膨胀珍珠岩:40-60%;
水  玻  璃:40-60%;
精细石灰:1-8%;
有机硅憎水剂:0.1-0.5%。
在此基础上还可添加其它成份,改进板材性能。
制备工艺为:
(1)对膨胀珍珠岩按色度一致,颗粒级配均匀进行分选。如有白色和杂色膨胀珍珠岩要白色、杂色单独配料,白色作板面料,杂色作板底面料。不同颗粒级配的不能生产一批产品。
(2)将精细石灰加入膨胀珍珠岩中混匀。
(3)将水玻璃加入(2)料中搅拌匀。
(4)将混好的(3)中料加入压模中压制成坯,压强在5-25Mpa。如分白、杂色料,先上白料放平,再上杂色料,使吸声板正面纯白。
(5)把成型坯放在铁托盘上码入有开放式出气孔或间断放汽的烘干室内加温到40-150℃,经过一段时间干燥,降温出室,不超过50小时。
(6)干燥后的吸声板表面喷憎水剂,余温干燥。喷时憎水剂加水比为1∶7-12(重量)。也可把憎水剂混在水玻璃中,出烘干室后不用再喷。
下面以实例说明:
例一:600×600×20mm规格,5m2吸声板用纯白色料制造工艺:
(1)取白色膨胀珍珠岩0.4m3,加入0.5kg精细石灰混好。
(2)把(1)中料加入35kg水玻璃搅拌好。
(3)把(2)料分14次放入压模上加压成坯14块,压强10Mpa。每块放在铁托盘上。
(4)把(3)中坯和铁托盘码入烘干室加温100℃,干燥后降温出室48小时。
(5)把0.5kg有机硅憎水剂加入水4.5kg后混好用喷雾器逐块板的正反面上喷好,稍凉即干燥,检质装箱。
例二:制造500×500×20mm规格,5m2吸声板用白色料和杂色料。
(1)取白色膨胀珍珠岩0.1m3,加入0.125kg精细石灰混好。
(2)把混好料加入8.8kg水玻璃搅拌好备用。
(3)同时取0.3m3杂色膨胀珍珠岩加入0.375kg精细石灰混好。
(4)把混好的上述料加入26.2kg水玻璃搅拌好备用。
(5)把(2)中料取1/20放入压模中,放平,再把(4)中料取1/20放入压模中压出坯。如此反复20次压出20块坯,压力和其它后道工序均同例一。

Claims (3)

1、多功能膨胀珍珠岩吸声板,其配比为(重量百分比组成):膨胀珍珠岩40-60%,水玻璃40-60%,精细石灰1-8%,有机硅憎水剂0.1-0.5%。制备工艺为:(1)对膨胀珍珠岩按色度、颗粒级配分选;(2)将精细石灰加入选好的膨胀珍珠岩中混匀;(3)将水玻璃加入(2)料中搅拌;(4)将混好的料加入压模中压成坯,压强5-25Mpa;(5)把成型坯放入有开放式出气孔或间断放汽的烘干室内加温到40-150℃,经一段时间干燥降温出室,不超过50小时;(6)干燥后的吸声板表面喷憎水剂,余温干燥。也可把憎水剂混在水玻璃中,出烘干室后不用再喷。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多功能膨胀珍珠岩吸声板,其具体制造工艺为:
(1)把色度一致,颗粒级配相同的膨胀珍珠岩选好备用。如有白色、杂色要分开单独配料。不同颗粒级配的料要生产不同的产品。
(2)把精细石灰加入膨胀珍珠岩中混匀。
(3)把水玻璃加入已混好的(2)料中搅匀。
(4)把混好的(3)料加入压模中压制成坯,压强5-25Mpa。如分白色、杂色料,先加入白料放平再加入杂色料,使吸声板表面色白、背面色杂。
(5)把成型坯在铁托盘上码放入有开放式出气孔或间断放汽的烘干室内加温到40-150℃,经过一段时间干燥降温出室,不超过50小时。
(6)干燥后的吸声板两面喷有机硅憎水剂,余温干燥。喷时憎水剂加水比为1∶7-12(重量)。也可把憎水剂混在水玻璃中,出烘干室后不用再喷。
3、在此配方基础上还可添加其它成份,改进板材某一性能。
