Abstract

本发明涉及一种隔热防水砂及其生产工艺。该隔热防水砂系由河砂和/或海砂和/或山砂为基本原料,配以地蜡和/或褐煤蜡、隔热镇水粉、石棉粉和/或垤石粉、滑石粉和/或珍珠岩粉组合而成。该产品用于房屋屋面隔热防渗漏、地面隔水防潮和向阳墙面隔热保温,效果优良,不龟裂,不老化。产品原料来源广泛,生产工艺简单,成本低廉,无污染,化学稳定性好,耐候性强,施工方便,具有大规模推广应用价值。

Description

隔热防水砂及其生产工艺
本发明涉及一种隔热防水砂及其生产工艺,产品也称为SY-1隔热防水砂。它属于水泥工业技术领域,也属于化工技术领域。
房屋屋面隔热防渗漏、地面隔水防潮新材料的研究,属世界各国研究开发的热门课题之一。近年来,国内外市场出现了一些防水隔热新材料,例如各种防水隔热粉剂和防水隔热砂,对传统的防水隔热材料(如油毡、油膏、防水胶、垤石、珍珠岩等)是一种突破,有较好的防水隔热效果。但这些产品有的原料成本较高;有的生产工艺复杂、设备投资大、能耗高、生产周期长;有的施工条件苛刻、对环境有污染;有的化学稳定性较差。例如神宝牌隔热镇水粉防水效果优良,但施工条件苛刻,工序繁杂;金砂牌防水隔热砂(专利申请号为09119662.9)施工比前者方便,但因其产品组成中有轻质碳酸钙、硬脂酸及硬脂酸盐等物质,其产品耐酸碱性和化学稳定性又不理想。因此,这些产品不易被用户接受,难以推广应用。
本发明的目是为了解决上述背景技术存在的不足,取长补短,研制出一种原料来源广泛,成本低廉、生产工艺简单,产品集隔热防水保温为一体,且性能优异,价格较低、无污染、化学稳定性好、耐候性强、施工方便的SY-1隔热防水砂及其生产工艺。
本发明的目的是通过以下方案实现的。以资源十分丰富的砂为基材,以化学性质稳定、防水性好、熔点较高(80~100℃)耐温性好的地蜡在熔融状态下将砂包覆,趁热使憎水性强的神宝牌隔热镇水粉(以下简称镇水粉)、隔热保温效果好的石棉粉以及化学性质稳定的滑石粉附着在载体砂粒上,形成一种固定化、松散型、新体系的隔热防水新材料。
本发明产品的原料配比(重量百分比)为:
   地蜡                   2~8%
   隔热镇水粉             5~15%
   石棉粉和/或垤石粉      5~15%
   滑石粉和/或珍珠岩粉    3~10%
   砂                     52~85%
上述配方中的地蜡也可采用褐煤蜡,石棉粉也可采用垤石粉,滑石粉也可采用珍珠岩粉,砂可采用河砂、和海砂、山砂。
SY-1隔热防水砂生产工艺,特点是工艺非常简单。即将地蜡置于复合罐中熔化,加入砂搅拌均匀,加热至80~110℃,趁热按上述原料配比加入镇水粉、石棉粉和/或垤石粉、滑石粉和/或珍珠岩粉,保温80~110℃,搅拌均匀,出料,冷却,包装。
与已有技术相比较,采用本发明的技术措施所达到的技术效果:

综上所述,本发明彻底解决了背景技术存在的不足,具有大规模推广应用价值。

按生产100Kg隔热防水砂计算。
实施例1:
    地蜡               3%
    隔热镇水粉         13%
    石棉粉             7%
    滑石粉             2%
    砂                 75%
生产工艺:将地蜡置于容器内熔化,加入砂搅拌均匀。加热至80~110℃,趁热加入隔热镇水粉、石棉粉和滑石粉,保温80~110℃,搅拌均匀,出料,冷却,包装。
实施例2:
    地蜡                   4%
    隔热镇水粉             11%
    石棉粉                 6%
    滑石粉                 3%
    砂                     76%
生产工艺与实施例1相同。

Claims (2)

1.一种隔热防水砂,其特征是:由河砂和/或海砂和/或山砂为基本原料,配以地蜡和/或褐煤蜡、隔热镇水粉、石棉粉和/或垤石粉、滑石粉和/或珍珠岩粉组合而成,其重量百分比为:
      地蜡                 2~8%
      隔热镇水粉           5~15%
      石棉粉和/或垤石粉    5~15%
      滑石粉和/或珍珠粉    3~10%
      砂                   52~85%
2.一种隔热防水砂的生产工艺,其特征是:将2~8%的地蜡置于复合罐中熔化,加入52~85%砂搅拌均匀,加热到80~110℃,趁热加入5~15%的隔热镇水粉、5~15%的石棉粉和/或垤石粉、3~10%的滑石粉和/或珍珠岩粉,保温80~110℃,搅拌混匀,出料,冷却,包装。
