Abstract

一种易取式盒或袋装薄膜制品,由以点粘连方式串连的薄膜制品和用于贮存的包装盒或袋组成,该产品利用成摞单张薄膜制品间的点粘连易扯离之结构特性,使贮存在盒体或袋内的单张薄膜制品由窗口扯取的同时,将与其点粘的后一薄膜制品部分带出,供下一次方便取用。杜绝了手或工具与包装盒或袋内薄膜制品的接触,从而避免盒或袋内的薄膜制品在裁取过程中可能造成的污染。即用即取,卫生清洁,非常方便快捷。

易取式盒或袋装薄膜制品
本发明涉及的是盒或袋装薄膜制品，尤其是一种可方便地将盒或袋内所贮薄膜制品顺序取出的易取式盒或袋装薄膜制品。
随着人们生活质量的提高，各种薄膜制品在日常生活中的应用越来越广泛，如用于食品冷冻或冷藏时的保鲜薄膜或薄膜袋；用于微波炉加热食品时的防干、防溅用覆盖薄膜或薄膜袋。为满足卫生和方便取用的要求，通常是将薄膜缠绕在纸筒芯上，然后置于一设有切割锯条的矩形盒体内，利用切割锯条可裁取缠绕在纸筒芯上的薄膜。对于以缠绕或折叠方式包装的连体薄膜袋，则需沿分离痕裁取。上述包装的薄膜制品在使用中操作比较复杂，薄膜制品裁取不规范，容易裁小或裁坏；裁剪过程中手或工具与薄膜制品的接触，易对薄膜制品造成污染，卫生程度大大降低。
本发明的目的是针对上述盒或袋装薄膜制品在使用中存在的缺陷，提供一种取用更加方便、快捷的易取式盒或袋装薄膜制品。
本发明的易取式盒或袋装薄膜制品，包括：叠放成摞的单张薄膜制品、用于贮存的包装盒或袋，包装盒或袋上开有供单张薄膜制品扯取的窗口，其特征在于：有序叠摞的单张薄膜制品之间均为点粘连方式串连。
本发明所述的薄膜制品可以是保鲜薄膜或薄膜袋。
本发明的易取式盒或袋装薄膜制品的设计原理是：利用单张薄膜制品间点粘连易扯离之结构特性，使贮存在盒体或袋内的单张薄膜制品由窗口扯取的同时，将与其点粘连的后一薄膜制品部分带出，供下一次方便取用。牡绝了手或工具与包装盒或袋内贮的薄膜制品接触，从而避免成卷薄膜制品裁取过程中可能造成的污染。
本发明的易取式盒或袋装薄膜制品设计科学，结构合理，即用即取，卫生清洁，非常方便快捷。
本发明的具体结构由以下附图和实施例详细给出。
图1是易取式盒或袋装薄膜制品的结构示意图。
实施例：从图1可以清楚地看到，这是一种盒装薄膜制品，它由开有窗口3的包装盒1和内贮的单张薄膜2摞组成。薄膜2是对折后有序叠放在包装盒1内的，叠放的单张薄膜2之间均以点粘连4之方式串连，即：第一张薄膜2的尾端与第二张薄膜2的首端点粘连，第二张薄膜2的尾端再与其后的第三张薄膜2的首端点粘连，以此类推，使成摞的单张薄膜2串连在一起。使用时从包装盒1的窗口3扯取第一张薄膜2时，由于其尾端与第二张薄膜2首端的点粘连4关系，第二张薄膜2首端会被第一张薄膜2脱离包装盒1的瞬间带出。因前后两薄膜2为点粘连，粘连性很差，加上薄膜2在扯离包装盒1的窗口3时会发生磨擦，故在后一薄膜2的首端被扯出窗口3的同时，即与前一薄膜2尾端的点粘连脱离。外露于包装盒1窗口3的薄膜2便为人们下一次取用提供了方便。

Claims (3)

1、一种易取式盒或袋装薄膜制品，包括：叠摞的单张薄膜制品、用于贮存的包装盒或袋，包装盒或袋上开有供单张薄膜制品扯取的窗口，其特征在于：有序叠摞的单张薄膜制品之间均为点粘连方式串连。
2、根据权利要求1所述的易取式盒或袋装薄膜制品，其特征在于：所述的薄膜制品可以是保鲜薄膜或薄膜袋。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的易取式盒或袋装薄膜制品，其特征在于：薄膜制品之间为首尾点粘连，即前一薄膜制品的尾端与后一薄膜制品的首端点粘连，以此类推。
