Abstract

Description
本申请是申请号为“00808237.5”、申请日为2000年4月27日(国际申请日)的发明专利申请的分案申请,母案发明名称为“致动器和带一致动器的长丝制动器”。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种致动器,具有一个永磁电机,所述永磁电机包括一个可旋转地支承的、磁极化的电枢,特别是用于可调地制动运行中的长丝的长丝制动器的可旋转部件,以及一个与所述电枢相配的励磁线圈,所述励磁线圈带有多个配设于一铁芯的分绕组。
背景技术
由EP-A-0597239已知的用于盘型长丝制动器的致动器为一永磁电机,它控制着操作长丝的部件的360°旋转。停止位置通过磁力确定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种开头所述类型的快速动作和结构紧凑的致动器,组成该致动器的部件数量极少,其功能可靠,并表现出迅速响应的性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种致动器,具有一个永磁电机,所述永磁电机包括一个可旋转地支承的、磁极化的电枢,特别是用于可调地制动运行中的长丝的长丝制动器的可旋转部件,以及一个与所述电枢相配的励磁线圈,所述励磁线圈带有多个配设于一铁芯的分绕组,其特征为:所述旋转部件是一柱杆状的、可旋转地支承着所述电枢的转轴,所述转轴具有一轮毂部分,这个轮毂部分或者是象一个扣盖的罐子那样包围所述电枢的一个末端,或者是装入到所述末端内。
在永磁电机中,出于快速的响应特性和高的效率方面考虑,应尽可能将电枢的整个横截面用于电磁极化。同时,电枢轴应保证高精度的旋转支承以及长的使用寿命,具有尽可能小的旋转阻力。然而,这是相互矛盾的要求。为了避免电枢轴穿过电枢,电枢轴的一段具有一轮毂部分,这个轮毂部分象罐子一样包围电枢的端部,或者是板形的并装入到端部中。因为电枢轴不必是电枢的电磁有源部分,所以在强度和功能性方面可以优化。另一方面,由于电枢未被电枢轴穿透,因此电枢可以用来配置最佳的磁功能并可以在其整个横截面上极化。永磁电机可以由极少数量的构件制成,具有高的工作可靠性和快速的响应特性。
电枢适宜于在两端借助于同心转轴旋转支承。但是,所述转轴不穿过电枢。这简化了永磁电机的制造并改善其工作性能。

具体实施方式
图1示出一个用来可变地制动运动中的长丝Y的长丝制动器B。有一块状致动器A,一永磁电机M,固定在支架1上。此永磁电机驱动一部件2绕一旋转轴线旋转。导丝元件4、7确定长丝Y穿过制动器B的运行路线。导丝元件4装在一端壁3上。并且,支架1上这样地安装一作为主动的制动元件的弹簧片5,使它柔弹性地压靠在一内置于部件2中的圆柱形制动件8上。接触压力在6处可调整。在部件2的至少一个圆周区域内开一凹陷的窗口9。所述窗口9与圆柱形制动部分8在过渡区10处接合。长丝Y在弹簧片5和部件2之间穿过。根据部件2转角位置的不同,长丝Y或者是夹紧在制动部分8和弹簧片5之间并受到制动,或者是通过窗口9无夹紧地穿过。长丝制动器B通过部件2借助于致动器A旋转例如每次90°,调整到一精确确定的位置,使得圆柱形制动部分8靠在弹性片5上,或者在弹簧片5和窗口9之间存在一空隙。
部件2(一种转轴)与作为旋转驱动机构D的永磁电机M(它借助于图2至4加以说明)的磁极化电枢11连接。壳体设有分别用于电枢11或部件2的枢转轴承。永磁电机M是可反转的。部件2不穿过电枢11,而是具有一例如罐状的轮毂部分15,所述轮毂部分套在电枢11上并包住电枢末端。
在图2中,永磁电机M(它可以用作长丝制动器,例如图1所示长丝制动器,的致动器A)的电枢11是一在转动轴线侧向磁极化的、带有一磁北极N和一磁南极S的永久磁铁。电枢11借助于部件2可旋转地支承在壳体内。电枢11被一励磁线圈18的环形铁芯17包围。励磁线圈18由相应于永磁电机步数的许多分绕组组成,在所述实施例中由至少两个分绕组组成。与电枢11的步距位置相配,铁芯17具有与励磁线圈18对置的极对19、20。在这些极对之间,电枢11根据励磁线圈18的极化取向。径向相对的分绕组同方向极化,以便建立一与电枢磁场平行的磁化。如果电枢要旋转,第一极对侧向的第二极对将相应地被磁化。所述磁极之间的分线圈中有同方向的电流流过,从而形成一布置在这些磁极之间的磁场。电枢根据变化的磁场找到新的转角位置,用这种方法使电枢来回旋转。
按图3,电枢11与部件2的轮毂部分15或分别与两个转轴形的轴26的轮毂部分15连接,部件2或电枢轴26都不穿过电枢11。轮毂部分15的目的是合适地旋转支承电枢,而不穿过它。两轮毂部分15可以包住圆柱形电枢11的整个长度。如图3所示,电枢11的外径小于其轴向长度。这样的尺寸关系有利于提高响应特性。
在图4中,每个电枢轴26或部件2分别配置一轮毂部分15’,它装在电枢11的端面16上或装入端面16内。为此可以利用形锁合的嵌接元件28。
Claims (4)
1.致动器(A),具有一个永磁电机(M),所述永磁电机包括一个可旋转地支承的、磁极化的电枢(11),用于可调地制动运行中的长丝(Y)的长丝制动器(B)的可旋转部件(2),以及包括一个与所述电枢(11)相配的励磁线圈(18),所述励磁线圈(18)带有多个配设于一铁芯(17)的分绕组(18),其特征为:所述旋转部件(2)是一柱杆状的、可旋转地支承着所述电枢(11)的转轴(26),所述转轴(26)具有一轮毂部分(15),这个轮毂部分或者是构造为罐子形并包围所述电枢(11)的末端(16),或者是装入到所述末端(16)内。
2.按权利要求1的致动器,其特征为:所述电枢(11)在两端借助于同心的柱杆状转轴(26)旋转支承,每个转轴(26)用一轮毂部分(15,15’)固定在所述电枢(11)上,而不穿过所述电枢(11),其中,所述轮毂部分(15,15’)构造为罐子形或圆盘形,罐子形的轮毂部分包围所述电枢(11)的末端(16),而圆盘形的轮毂部分则装入到所述末端(16)内。
3.按权利要求1的致动器,其特征为:所述电枢(11)在两个轴向端部借助于同心的柱杆状转轴(26)可旋转地支承。
4.按权利要求3的致动器,其特征为:所述转轴(26)在所述电枢(11)的两端支承在所述永磁电机(M)壳体的枢转轴承之中。
