Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于内燃机的具有至少一个包围气门杆的由弹性体材料组成的密封唇口的气门杆密封件。
气门杆密封件的一个问题是用润滑油充分供给气门杆。在此应尽可能精确地定量供给润滑油量,因为不管是润滑油太少还是供油太多都不利。
背景技术
在US4.125.265中表示给气门杆供给润滑油的一种可能性。那里在气门杆导管(导向件)上固定一密封件,它有两个密封唇口,它们围成一环形腔,以用来存油。通过气门杆的轴向运动产生一泵吸作用,使润滑油到达气门杆和气门杆导管之间。但是这种润滑或密封的效果不十分令人满意。
实用新型G9000671.2提出控制润滑剂流量的另一种可能性。这里在气门杆表面上密封圈区域内加工一小的油腔,使得可以由此润滑气门杆。但是这种实施形式不太令人满意。
最后在EP1087108A1中描述了一种气门杆密封件,它允许在往复运动的机械零件上有一定的泄漏,此外得到一密封唇和气门杆的定心的导向。这通过这样的方法达到,即密封唇位于内侧的底面在其周向上分布设置许多同心的、构成一中断的中心唇口的环形凸耳段,其内径大于密封唇口的内径。
发明内容
本发明从上述现有技术出发其目的是,找到一种气门杆密封件,它在动态区域内形成气门杆充足的润滑,在静态区域内使气门杆良好地密封。应该出现最小的润滑油损失,泄漏应该是稳定的,并且在产品的整个使用寿命期间泄漏应该很小。此外通过在机器设计时具有很窄公差带的密封件应该使在内燃机开动时可以得到比在正常运行时多的润滑剂流量。在内燃机短时间跑合以后泄漏应该重新下降到所希望的低的数值。
按照本发明对于开头所述类型的气门杆密封件上述目的通过这样的方法来实现,即密封唇口设有许多在其周围上均布的并对准气门杆的凸起,其所形成的内径小于密封唇口的内径。通过这个措施使密封唇口略微离开气门杆,并将比相对于正常运行多的油量输送给气门杆导管。凸起这样地设计和布置,使得凸起在其作用范围内仅仅局部地将密封唇口从气门杆上抬起。通过凸起的数量和形状可以非常精确地确定所希望的润滑油流量。
凸起设计这样,使它们在内燃机规定的运行时间以后磨损。这个磨损过程通过材料选择预先确定。此外凸起的数量和形状也可对此有影响。凸起优先做成锥形的,这使得在磨损越来越大时油的流量逐渐减少。此外磨损过程本身逐渐放慢。
新的气门杆密封件得到高的泄漏率,以保证内燃机在投入运行(启动)期间充分地润滑。在短时间的跑合以后泄漏率降低到希望值。

具体实施方式
气门杆密封件1由一薄板片制的支承元件2组成,它上面固定一密封元件3。密封元件3由聚合物材料制成。它有一带环状凸耳的静态密封件4,密封元件用其套在未画出的气门杆导管上,密封元件3在其上端有一密封唇口5,它在装配完工的状态贴合在气门杆上。此外密封唇口5还可以通过环形夹紧弹簧6压紧。在密封唇口5上存在大量凸起7,其内径相对于气门杆轴线看小于密封唇口5的内径。凸起7可以单独地喷涂(射)在密封唇口5上,或者一起直接压制成形。它们可以由比密封唇口5耐磨性差的材料组成,和/或由和密封唇口一样的材料组成。
凸起7可以是锥形和/或直线形,如局部视图D中所示。凸起7可以是圆柱形、棱锥形、圆锥形和长方体形的造型。
Claims (5)
1.用于内燃机的气门杆密封件,具有至少一个包围气门杆的由弹性体材料组成的密封唇口,其特征为:密封唇口(5)设有许多均布在其周围上的并对向气门杆的凸起(7),凸起所形成的内径小于密封唇口(5)的内径,并且所述凸起(7)这样地设计和布置,使凸起(7)在其作用范围内仅仅在局部将密封唇口(5)从气门杆上抬起。
2.按权利要求1所述的用于内燃机的气门杆密封件,其特征为:凸起(7)在内燃机运行规定的时间后磨损,磨损过程通过凸起(7)的数量和/或形状预先确定。
3.按权利要求1所述的用于内燃机的气门杆密封件,其特征为:凸起(7)在内燃机运行规定的时间后磨损,磨损过程通过材料选择预先确定。
4.按权利要求2所述的用于内燃机的气门杆密封件,其特征为:通过材料选择来参与确定所述磨损过程。
5.按权利要求1所述的用于内燃机的气门杆密封件,其特征为:凸起(7)做成锥形和/或直线形。
