Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及在薄膜软管中装有浆膏填料的份量包装、尤其是香肠的制造方法,该薄膜软管由一侧上设有连接层的带状平面薄膜制成,它被从一个储膜器上拉出及在纵向上这样地被弯成软管,即连接层位于外侧及纵向边的纵向边棱彼此相对,然后将一个有连接性能或设有连接层的条在纵向上置于两个纵向边上并与它们相连接,及这样构成的薄膜软管接着可直接地被填入填料。
背景技术
US-A-4,528,225公开了这样地制造薄膜软管,即一侧上设有连接层的带状平面薄膜被从一个储膜器上拉出及在纵向上这样地被弯成软管,即连接层位于外侧及纵向边的纵向边棱彼此相对着,然后使一个有连接性能或设有连接层的条在纵向上搭接在两个纵向边上并与它们相连接。该制好的软管然后被卷绕起来,以便在将来的时刻及在另一地点上用于制造份量包装。
通过一个连接条来连接薄膜带的的纵向边将允许使用仅一侧上设有连接层的薄膜及由此可解决这样的问题,该问题是由EP-B-105558及EP-B-177992所公开的方法产生的,其中纵向边缘相互重叠地通过热封接彼此连接。由于为了保证热封接缝对空气及流体密封,薄膜必需在两侧面上具有封接性能,因为当薄膜边重叠时,其外表面与内表面相接触。
因此,在此情况下使用由一个中间载体薄膜及两侧面封接层组成的三层膜。这种薄膜不仅制造上昂贵,而且具有附带的缺点,即在香肠制造时灌入薄膜软管的肉未充分地附着在封接层上,由此在烹饪过程中填料松脱及形成气泡,气泡中会被注入肉中的油脂或胶状材料,仅出于视觉原因这就是不希望有的。因此,向着填料的薄膜表面将要被机械或化学处理,以提高对肉的粘附性。例如根据DE19618172A1提出:软管形包装膜(将来)的内表面通过电晕来处理,以保证薄膜软管的内表面上的肉粘附能力。所有这些需要附加的成本。
另一方面,在前述的根据US-A-4,528,225的薄膜软管制造中不可能处理其内表面,以对填料、尤其是香肠肉施加机械或味觉的影响,如改善肉附着性能或对填料加入调味料。因为这些通常以涂层形式实现的处理通过制好的薄膜软管的卷绕将被破坏及此外不具有持久性。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了在一种薄膜软管中装有浆膏填料的份量包装、尤其是香肠的制造方法,该薄膜软管由一侧上设有连接层的带状平面薄膜组成,它被从一个储膜器上拉出及在纵向上这样地被弯成软管,即连接层位于外侧及纵向边的纵向边棱彼此相对,然后将一个有连接性能或设有连接层的条在纵向上置于两个纵向边上并与它们相连接,及这样构成的薄膜软管紧接着被填入填料,条从所述带状平面薄膜的一个边缘分离出来及可这样地被导向,即它的连接层将位于已弯成软管的薄膜的外侧上。
相比而言,根据本发明由仅一侧上设有连接层的塑料薄膜及一个连接条构成的薄膜软管紧接着被填入填料。以此方式,可使用任何类型的被处理的-例如被涂层-的薄膜,并还可以在填入过程期间校正薄膜软管的尺寸,由此可无延迟地补偿薄膜宽度的容差或其机械性能。
用于连接薄膜软管的两个“相碰”地保持的纵向边棱所需的连接条可由分开的储条器拉出。但本发明的一个优选构型考虑:该条从一个带状平面薄膜的边缘分离出来及可这样地被导向,即它的连接层将位于已弯成软管的薄膜的外侧上。这可有利地在拉出带状平面薄膜时发生。
塑料薄膜最好由具有附着香肠肉能力的表面的材料制成,而该表面不需要附加处理。该材料例如可为聚酰胺,但PVC及PVDC也适用,此外混合薄膜(Blends)或由离聚物塑料如Surlyn制成的薄膜也适用。

具体实施方式
一个带状的、单侧已设有封接层的平面薄膜1从一个卷筒形式的储膜器2上拉出,及经过导向辊3及一个摆动辊4、通过一个造型肩5以及穿过一个造型套6、并且由平行的输送带7沿一个导向管8拉出,该导向管被弯成软管的薄膜1覆盖。造型肩5与造型套6相结合可使薄膜1的纵向边9的两个纵向边棱10彼此(“相碰”)在导向管8(图2中未示出)上相对,其中薄膜1的封接层位于外侧。
一个薄膜条12被从储条器11上拉出,确切地说借助一个滚子13传送,该滚子使薄膜条12搭接在薄膜1的纵向边9上,如图2中可看到的。该薄膜条12由可封接的材料构成,也可由例如带有封接层的载体薄膜组成,该封接层朝着薄膜1的纵向边9。封接块14使薄膜条12与薄膜1的两个纵向边9固定地连接及由此制造出薄膜软管15,该软管连续地-约2000m长-通过一个聚集它的存储站16到达一个未示出的填料站,在该填料站上通过在薄膜软管15中填入填料、收缩及封口(用夹子18)制造出份量包装17,例如香肠。
根据图3制造的薄膜软管15与根据图1制造的薄膜软管在图2的横截面中没有区别,但这里薄膜条12不是从一个单独的储条器拉出的,而是在薄膜1的边缘上借助一个刀片20从该薄膜边缘上分离出来的及在滚子13转动时通过导向轮21导向输送。以此方式,使所提供的薄膜条12的长度始终对应于所提供的薄膜1的长度,而不需要用薄膜软管15的这两个组成部分对该制造装置单独准备及给料。
Claims (3)
1.在薄膜软管(15)中装有浆膏填料的份量包装的制造方法,该薄膜软管由一侧上设有连接层的带状平面薄膜(1)组成,它被从一个储膜器(2)上拉出及在纵向上这样地被弯成软管,即连接层位于外侧及纵向边(9)的纵向边棱(10)彼此相对,然后将一个有连接性能或设有连接层的条(12)在纵向上置于两个纵向边(9)上并与它们相连接,及这样构成的薄膜软管(15)紧接着被填入填料,条(12)从所述带状平面薄膜(1)的一个边缘分离出来及可这样地被导向,即它的连接层将位于已弯成软管的薄膜(1)的外侧上。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:在拉出带状平面薄膜(1)时,所述条(12)从该平面薄膜(1)上分离出。
3.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:平面薄膜(1)由具有肉附着能力的表面的材料制成。
