Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种改良的粘结元件,尤其涉及这种类型的粘结元件,其背面的内部涂上一定数量的胶,该胶在热量的作用下熔化,并把一定数量的纸张或文件的边缘以这种方式贴合在这种熔化的胶上面,待胶硬化后,所述纸张或文件就被牢固固定。
特别是,本发明涉及一种其背面通过一种折叠成一定形状的或不折叠的金属带形成的粘结元件,并在这种金属带上涂上所述的一定数量的胶。
背景技术
众所周知,为了纸张、文件或其他类似物品的理想粘结,必须规定一种所谓的粘胶变成似水的液体,这样文件由于自重就能粘合,而不需要轻敲文件以便将它们粘合。
以此方式,一定时间后所述粘胶的加热就能停止,不需要任何中间手段就可以进行冷却。
只有在上述的条件的基础上,才可以称为真正的自动粘结。
在一种特定的实施例中,将所述背面做成U型,并用可熔化的粘胶涂在所述背面的底面上。
但是,其一个重要的缺点是,可熔化的粘胶不能很好地粘结在硬金属的背面上。
因此,本发明涉及到改进上述的缺点,以简单的方式使所述可熔胶或粘胶能与所述金属背面得到完美的连结。
众所周知,在上述的粘结元件中或者粘结文件中采用的这种粘胶已这样设计,并显示具有这样的特性,即它们能以良好的方式明显粘合纸张、纸板或其他类似的物品。
其缺点是,然而这些粘胶不能很好地粘附金属。
同时众所周知,这种粘胶的温度不可以超过130℃,当另外可能采用的合成材料、如聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯或其他类似的材料形成粘结元件的或者粘结文件的一部分,那么可能受热而损坏。
因此,现在的问题是,粘胶在温度低于130℃时是完全液态的,并能很好地粘结纸、纸板或其他类似物品,而不能很好粘结硬金属件,例如一种粘结元件的或粘结文件的背面。
这也是众所周知的,当这种粘胶能很好粘结纸、纸板或其他类似的物品,也能很好粘结例如钢一类的金属,所述粘胶甚至在高于130℃时变为如此少的液体,从而纸张、文件或其他类似的物品不能其自身粘合,而是必须通过轻敲这些纸张、文件或其他类似的物品使其粘合。
发明内容
因此,按照本发明将提供一种在低温情况下,换言之,在低于130℃情况下完全液态的粘胶,并同时可以完好地粘结纸和金属。
同时,将已知的在低于130℃的情况下变成完全液态的粘胶,按以前的步骤涂在金属上,从而形成良好的粘合。
为此目的,例如首先通过使用高于130℃才熔解的胶将一中间层粘结在金属上,该胶在金属和纸之间形成一种良好的连接,然后在该中间层上涂上溶解温度低于130℃的粘胶。
因此,这个中间层可以用纸做成。
这些改进措施考虑了上述的和其他的优点,基本上包括:一金属件;一中间层,高温胶的一侧粘结在所述金属件上而另一侧粘结在所述中间层的一侧上;低温胶粘结在所述中间层的另一侧上。

具体实施方式
按照本发明,在附图中,在金属件1上设有纸层2,把该纸层2用在高温例如高于130℃下熔化的胶3粘结在金属带1上,然后将传统的例如熔化温度低于130℃的粘胶4附着在纸层2上。
很明显,中间层2可以选用任何材料。
本发明绝不限于附图中举例说明的实施例;反之,只要不离开本发明的范畴,各种不同的形状、尺寸和组成都可以实现。
Claims (4)
1.改良的粘结元件,其特征在于:它包括一金属件(1);一中间层(2),高温胶(3)的一侧粘结在所述金属件(1)上而另一侧粘结在所述中间层(2)的一侧上;低温胶(4)粘结在所述中间层(2)的另一侧上。
2.如权利要求1所述的改良的粘结元件,其特征在于:所述的中间层(2)由一纸层构成。
3.如权利要求1所述的改良的粘结元件,其特征在于:采用的高温胶(3)理解为是一种熔解温度高于130℃的胶。
4.如权利要求1所述的改良的粘结元件,其特征在于:采用的低温胶(4)理解为是一种熔解温度低于130℃的胶。
