技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保纸箱定位胶,主要用于纸盒、纸箱快速封箱定位。
背景技术
目前常用的纸箱定位胶,具有以下缺陷:
(1)结晶慢,硬度低;
(2)耐低温性和流动性无法兼顾;
(3)初粘效果不佳,需要长时间保持固定,上胶量大;
(4)产品质量不高,易老化。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,而提供一种设计合理,粘合效果好,生产效率高的环保纸箱定位胶。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种环保纸箱定位胶,其特征在于:它的配方成分及其质量份数如下,
费托蜡SX105,18-22份,
EVA28150,16-23份,
EVA28400,16-23份,
氢化石油树脂FM100,30-38份,
水白松香R1100,4-7份。
作为优选,它的配方成分及其质量份数如下,
费托蜡SX105,20份,
EVA28150,20份,
EVA28400,20份,
氢化石油树脂FM100,35份,
水白松香R1100,5份。
费托蜡使产品具有很好的结晶速度,同时该蜡具有很好的硬度,增加了粘结后的强度。
采用熔融指数为400与150的高熔指数主体树脂,在保证强度和耐低温性能的情况下,使之具有更好的流动性,保证正常的喷涂工艺。
采用氢化石油树脂可很好的提高耐老化性能和结晶速度,使之具有比市面上的纸箱定位胶更快短的开放时间,使之能满足更快的纸箱定位速度,大大提高了生产效率。
采用水白松香,可使其在具有很好的颜色下还具有很好的初粘性能,使之能满足膜材料的粘结,可省去设备上针对膜材料粘结而增设的电熨处理工艺,大大节省设备制造成本。
EVA28400,利用其高熔融指数,使最终产品熔融粘度比市面产品的粘度低,节省了上胶量。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下明显效果:
(1)具有比市面上产品更快的开放时间,有利于提高纸箱定位速度,提高生产效率;
(2)超强的粘结力,能实现对膜材料纸箱的粘结,克服了之前必须要配置设备的电熨处理工艺,节省了成本。
