本发明涉及一种纸箱封箱胶,适用于粘合包装纸箱。该封箱胶,其特征是,由以下成分按质量份数配制而成:费托蜡SX105,为5‑15份;EVA28400,为25‑35份;EVA28150,为5‑15份;改性松香PER100F,为30‑40份;C9石油树脂,为5‑15份;抗氧剂1010,为0.2‑0.3份;抗氧剂168,为0.2‑0.3份。本产品不易出现胶裂及弹开等情况,因此该胶可良好的运用于家具纸箱类封箱上,是一款较为特殊的热熔胶,且极具市场竞争力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸箱封箱胶,适用于粘合包装纸箱。
背景技术
包装纸箱是一类具有张力大、纸箱材料多样、使用环境复杂等特点的商品。其中的家具类的纸箱更是因其使用环境的特殊及纸质的防水防潮处理,导致现热熔胶市场中普通胶类不能良好的应用于这种纸箱的粘贴,其对操作性、粘性、耐寒、耐热、耐老化等方面都有较高的要求,现有的产品还不能达到上述要求。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种能够解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,高泼水高防潮的纸箱封箱胶。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种纸箱封箱胶,其特征是,由以下成分按质量份数配制而成:费托蜡SX105,为5-15份;EVA28400,为25-35份;EVA28150,为5-15份;改性松香PER100F,为30-40份;C9石油树脂,为5-15份;抗氧剂1010,为0.2-0.3份;抗氧剂168,为0.2-0.3份。
作为优选,由以下成分按质量份数配制而成:费托蜡SX105,为10份;EVA28400,为30份;EVA28150,为10份;改性松香PER100F,为35份;C9石油树脂,为10份;抗氧剂1010,为0.25份;抗氧剂168,为0.25份。
本技术方案具有以下优点:
本产品的封箱胶具有较好的流动性,能用于喷涂设备;其固化时间和内聚力能在2秒粘贴后撕开强度达到5N;在正确的粘贴操作下,无论在0℃的低温还是65℃的高温环境都能保持出色的粘贴效果,不易出现胶裂及弹开等情况,因此该胶可良好的运用于家具纸箱类封箱上,是一款较为特殊的热熔胶,且极具市场竞争力。

以下结合具体实施例来说明本发明,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术方案,并不限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例:
通过对现在市场上正在使用的纸箱封箱胶的探索和研究,逐步明确研发方向,在后的多次实验总结和配方修改之后,产品方案逐渐成型,本实施例的封箱胶(型号5256),由以下成分按质量份数配制而成:费托蜡SX105,为5-15份;EVA28400,为25-35份;EVA28150,为5-15份;改性松香PER100F,为30-40份;C9石油树脂,为5-15份;抗氧剂1010,为0.2-0.3份;抗氧剂168,为0.2-0.3份。
经过多次试验,本产品的优选方案,由以下成分按质量份数配制而成:费托蜡SX105,为10份;EVA28400,为30份;EVA28150,为10份;改性松香PER100F,为35份;C9石油树脂,为10份;抗氧剂1010,为0.25份;抗氧剂168,为0.25份。
本产品适用于高泼水、高防潮的五层瓦楞纸板箱的粘合,如自行车包装箱、家具包装胶封边、水果箱、家电包装箱等。

产品的物理性质,如表三所示:

1.一种纸箱封箱胶,其特征是,由以下成分按质量份数配制而成:费托蜡SX105,为5-15份;EVA28400,为25-35份;EVA28150,为5-15份;改性松香PER100F,为30-40份;C9石油树脂,为5-15份;抗氧剂1010,为0.2-0.3份;抗氧剂168,为0.2-0.3份。
