Description
本发明涉及了一种位移设备,用于控制筒内液体用量的分配,尤其是用于药物的注射,如对糖尿病患者的胰岛素注射,设备包括一个外壳,外壳中具有一个容纳上述筒的装置、一个手动的可移动细长用量分配装置(用量分配装置具有伸出到外壳之外的第一端区),以及一个与可移动活塞连接的细长活塞杆,上述活塞适于压出在上述筒内的液体。
在当前技术中已经知道这种设备,如参见FR 2 572 288。有些已知设备在使用上不方便,并且不提供装置可使使用者易于验证预设用量在实际上是否被分配。其它已知的设备不容许重新设定已设定的用量,使得设备不实用。
本发明寻求提供对这种设备的改进,其中,可在分配之前设定所需的用量,并且采用简单而可靠的装置来达到分配。本发明设备特别适用于筒的用量相应于多次的连续用量设定和分配周期。采用简单的装置,设备还提供了实际用量设定的清楚指示,其中用量相应于细长用量分配装置的位移,它被使用者连续地手动移动或按压来完成分配。另一个优点是:根据用量分配装置的相应位移,可把用量设定为另一个值,或者甚至重新设定,而该相应的位移不会导致液体的分配。本发明还提供了一个简单的转换机构,它可把用量分配装置的位移转换为活塞的位移。
依靠下文中指出的设备可达到上述优点,其中在细长活塞杆上作成许多沿其长度作横向延伸的齿,并且设备包括
-一个带齿的位移装置,
-一个使用者操作的用量设定装置,
-上述使用者操作的用量设定装置和上述带齿的位移装置在操作上相互连接,使得上述带齿的位移装置根据用量设定装置的操作而运动,
-一个具有轴的小齿轮装置,
-上述小齿轮装置可转动地固定在上述细长用量设定装置上,
-上述小齿轮装置设置成与上述带齿位移装置的齿和活塞杆的齿相配合。
把使用者操作的用量设定装置和带齿的位移装置结合,使得后者可根据用量设定装置的操作而运动,带齿的位移装置有两个作用,即在用量设定时通过其运动来移动用量设定装置,以及在用量分配时作为固定的齿条。
按照优选的实施例,带齿的位移装置作成一个具有螺旋线的螺杆装置,根据用量设定装置的操作,使上述螺杆装置绕其纵轴转动。螺杆装置提供的优点是:当转动停止时,它是一个起到固定齿条作用的自锁件。
按照本发明的另一个实施例,带齿的位移装置可作成一个可移动的环形齿条,当液体用量分配时,提供一个装置来使得上述齿条保持不动。
把活塞杆作成柔性件可大大节省空间,使设备更紧凑。
可有利地在设备上至少设有一个导向面,适于控制用量分配装置的位移。最好是,导向面适于与小齿轮装置的轴配合,并且具有可限制用量分配装置位移的第一和第二端面。
按照优选的实施例,小齿轮装置上设有第一和第二组齿,第一组齿与带齿位移装置的齿配合,而第二组齿与活塞杆的齿配合。此时,用量分配装置的位移适于导致任何希望的活塞位移。
使用者操作的用量设定装置还可包括一个电机和一个具有用量选择装置的电机控制装置,而可移动的细长用量分配装置的第一端区上设有供使用者检查的标记,指示出所设定的用量并可对用量设定作验证。
现参照附图来更详细地描述本发明,附图表示了本优选实施例的剖视图。
在附图中,按照本发明的设备用于注射药物用量,如胰岛素,它用编号1概括表示,并且包括一个外壳5。在所示的实施例中,外壳5作成大致为矩形的剖面,并具有上壁2、下壁2’、侧壁3、3’和端壁,确定了可存放各种设备部件的容器。最好把外壳5的形状作成在从筒40(它容纳在靠近下壁2’的外壳内)中分配液体药物时,可由使用者的手来抓住设备1。筒40包含了与多次连续注射相应的预定药物量,并且在其第一端或上端上包括了一个活塞32。活塞32与筒40的摩擦配合需要一定的最小压力来移动活塞32和分配液体量。当要插入一个新筒40来置换空筒时,可卸除一个壁区(图中未示)来给出通到外壳5内的入口。由设在下壁2’上的固定件6在筒下端支承着筒,容许针42与筒40连接,用于注射药物。
设备还包括一个细长活塞杆30,它可作成刚性件或作成柔性件,如WO 95/09021中所说明。在活塞杆30上沿其长度方向作成了许多横向延伸的齿25或相似构件,齿25可与小齿轮35配合,以下将作更详细说明。如图所示,当筒40放在外壳5中时,活塞杆30靠在筒40的活塞32上。
编号20表示的是一个可移动的细长用量分配装置,它具有一个第一端区22,通过开口7延伸到外壳5之外,开口7设在上壁2上,并为第一端区22提供了对侧向运动的支承。把用量分配装置20设置成可沿着箭头P指示的方向移动。端区22提供了一个上端面,设备的使用者可用手压它来分配预设的药物用量,端区22上还设有在表面21上的刻度,其理由在以下说明。在其第二端或下端,用量分配装置20上设有用轴37与它连接的上述小齿轮35。用量分配装置20的位移受导向面9的控制,导向面9可作成在外壳5每个端壁中的凹口或导槽,并且设有上下表面9’、9”,它们限制了用量分配装置20按箭头P所指任何方向的位移。最好依靠小齿轮轴37的伸出部分使得用量分配装置20与导向面9配合。
小齿轮35设置成可相对于用量分配装置20作转动,小齿轮35的齿与活塞杆30的齿配合,也与带齿的位移装置14配合,带齿的位移装置14在操作上与使用者操作的用量设定装置8、10、12连接,其功能在以下描述。因此,活塞杆30和带齿的位移装置14为细长用量分配装置20的下端提供了侧向运动的支承。
在优选的实施例中,带齿的位移装置14作成具有螺旋线的螺杆装置,并且设置成其纵轴相对于小齿轮30转动轴作垂直延伸。根据用量设定装置8、10、12的操作,可使螺杆装置14绕其纵轴作转动。将很明显,螺杆装置14的转动将使小齿轮35转动。由于活塞32与筒40的摩擦配合,活塞杆30保持不动,按照螺杆纵轴14的转动方向,使得用量分配装置20沿着方向P移动。
此外,在优选的实施例中,使用者操作的用量设定装置包括一个电机12和具有用量选择装置10的电机控制装置8。电机12具有一个与带齿的位移装置14连接的输出轴,使后者作如上述所示的转动。
在操作中,使用者选择被分配药物所希望的用量,通过用量选择装置10把该信息提供到电机控制装置8。在零用量设定时,小齿轮35的轴37靠在导向面9的下表面9”上。当分配过程开始时,起动电机12,使得位移装置14的转动相应于所选择的用量。该转动被转换成用量分配装置20的向上位移,使其上端面上升到外壳5的上壁2之上,由此可看到表面21上的刻度。用量分配装置20的位移与所选的齿轮传动比有关,检查根据所选齿轮传动比刻在表面21上的刻度,可验证用量选择装置10的用量设定。
当按照所希望的用量移动了用量分配装置20时,电机12自动停止,设备准备着分配所希望的药物量。如果使用者希望改变用量,例如根据刻度的检查结果来改变用量,则可通过按给定方向转动螺杆装置14,导致用量分配装置20相应地作进一步的移动,使电机控制装置8重新设定设备。
当最终达到所希望的分配时,位移装置14的运动被锁住,从而实现了固定齿条的作用,同时把针42插入使用者体内。采用具有螺旋线的自锁螺杆装置,在电机12停止时就可自动达到该状态。如果位移装置14被替代成由电机驱动的可移动齿条,则可能需要提供一个配合装置来锁定齿条的移动。当使用者对用量分配装置20的端区22连续施加向下的压力时,小齿轮35将转动并沿着已锁定的位移装置14向下运动,直到轴37达到导向面9的下表面9”为止。该运动转换成活塞杆30和活塞32同时向下的移动,由此分配了所希望的液体量。可以注意到,活塞杆30的“主动”部分,即在用量设定和分配时与小齿轮35配合的齿25,在筒40充满时从靠近活塞32的区域转移到在筒40压空时接近其自由端的区域。
在用另一个筒置换筒时,可把活塞杆30的齿25从小齿轮装置35上脱开,以容许把活塞杆30转移到图示的位置,由此可取出空筒。或者是,可把用量分配装置20推入外壳中,使得轴37靠在下端面9”上,进一步限制了用量分配装置20的向下运动,并且以相反方式操作位移装置14,由此转移活塞杆30的位置。接着把活塞杆30靠在插入外壳5内的新筒上,活塞杆30的齿与小齿轮35配合。
应注意到,对于不小心把用量设定得超过最大容许用量的情形,导向面9的上端面9’提供了安全防护。如果轴37达到导向面9的极限9’时进一步转动螺杆装置14,将导致在把针42插入使用者体内瞬间之前立即分配液体,由此提供了视觉上的警告。改变端面9’、9”之间的距离,设备可适应于不同的最大容许用量。
在附图中,表示了仅有一组齿的小齿轮35。在附图下角表示了另一种供选用的小齿轮35’,它具有第二组齿,在离开第一组齿一定的距离上与轴37’固定,上述第一组齿与带齿位移装置14的齿配合,上述第二组齿与活塞杆30的齿配合。此时,可达到一个齿轮传动比,它不是附图上部所示设置达到的1∶2比值,而是例如2∶1或1∶1的齿轮传动比,由此用量分配装置20的位移可导致活塞32所需的位移。

Claims (10)
1.一种位移设备(1),用于控制筒(40)内液体用量的分配,上述位移设备(1)包括一个外壳(5),外壳中具有:
-一个容纳上述筒(40)的装置(6),
-一个手动的可移动细长用量分配装置(20),
--上述细长用量分配装置(20)具有伸出到外壳(5)之外的第一端区(22),
-一个与可移动活塞(32)连接的细长活塞杆(30),
-上述活塞(32)适于压出在上述筒(40)内的液体,以及
-上述细长活塞杆(30)具有许多沿其长度作横向延伸的齿(25)
-一个带齿的位移装置(14),
-一个使用者操作的用量设定装置(8,10,12),
-上述使用者操作的用量设定装置(8,10,12)和上述带齿的位移装置(14)在操作上相互连接,使得上述带齿的位移装置(14)根据用量设定装置(8,10,12)的操作而运动。
-一个具有轴(37)的小齿轮装置(35),
-上述小齿轮装置(35)可转动地固定在上述细长用量设定装置(20)上,
-上述小齿轮装置(35)设置成与上述带齿位移装置(14)的齿和活塞杆(30)的齿(25)相配合。
2.按照权利要求1的位移设备,其特征在于
-带齿的位移装置(14)作成一个具有螺旋线的螺杆装置,根据用量设定装置(8,10,12)的操作,使上述螺杆装置绕其纵轴转动。
3.按照权利要求1的位移设备,其特征在于
-把带齿的位移装置(14)作成一个可移动的环形齿条,当液体用量分配时,提供一个装置来使得上述齿条保持不动。
4.按照以上任一个权利要求的位移设备,其特征在于
-把活塞杆(30)作成柔性件。
5.按照权利要求1或2的位移设备,其特征在于
-上述外壳(5)包括了支承用量分配装置(20)的导向面(7,9),上述导向面之一最好是由上述外壳中的开口(7)形成,并与上述细长用量分配装置(20)的第一端区(22)配合。
6.按照权利要求5的位移设备,其特征在于
-上述外壳(5)包括导向面(9,9’,9”),适于控制上述用量分配装置(20)的位移。
7.按照权利要求6的位移设备,其特征在于
-上述导向面(9,9’,9”)与小齿轮装置(35)的上述轴(37)配合,
-上述导向面(9,9’,9”)由平行于细长用量分配装置(20)作延伸的细长导槽形成,并且具有适于限制上述用量分配装置(20)位移的第一和第二端面(9’,9”)。
8.按照以上任一个权利要求的位移设备,其特征在于
-上述小齿轮装置(35)上设有第一和第二组齿,第一组齿与带齿位移装置(14)的齿配合,而第二组齿与活塞杆(30)的齿(25)配合。
9.按照以上任一个权利要求的位移设备,其特征在于
-上述使用者操作的用量设定装置包括一个电机(12)和一个具有用量选择装置(10)的电机控制装置(8)。
10.按照以上任一个权利要求的位移设备,其特征在于
-上述可移动的细长用量分配装置(20)的上述第一端区(22)上设有供使用者检查的标记(21),指示出所设定的用量。
