Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于互锁两个同轴部件例如用在潜水泵装置中部件的装置。借助于环形锁定元件(12)可使一个外侧部件(10)和两个内侧部件(6)和(7)互锁在一起,该锁定元件具有弹性,配置在三个部件(6)、(7)和(10)之间的相交区域。
Description
本发明涉及用于相互锁定同轴圆筒部件例如潜水泵装置中部件的装置。
这种类型的机器通常包括电动机和具有旋转叶轮的液压装置,该旋转叶轮经旋转传动轴连接于电动机。
为防止液压装置内的介质沿传动轴渗入电动机,通常在电动机和传动轴之间配置一个或两个密封件。普通型式的密封件是所谓机械的面密封件,包括一个随传动轴转动的密封环和一个固定在周围外壳上的静止密封环。两个密封环用弹簧彼此压靠在一起,由此制止介质进入密封表面的中间。
上述类型的泵装置因此包括电动机、密封座和具有叶轮的液压装置,该叶轮经中心旋转连接于电动机。
为使不同的部件结合成一个单元,有若干种方法。大型机器通常借助于法兰结合在一起,该法兰沿其外周面装有许多螺栓。小型机器采用沿其周边的长螺栓连接在一起,这些螺栓将外侧部件彼此相向地压在一起,由此锁定其间的中间部件。
这些解决方法的例子例示于SE-415 696和DE-1 653 726中。
这些已知方法的缺点是,因为材料费用大,安装又费时,所以成本相当高。因此要解决的问题是提供一种灵巧的装置,该装置没有任何外部零件加在其直径上。
在SE-399 745中公开一种用于在同轴部件之间形成轴向锁定的装置。其中在同轴部件上形成的槽中配置元件6,由此形成沿轴向的相互锁定。然而其缺点是,上述元件6是刚性的,这意味着同轴部件不能彼此接触。结果造成部件的相互位置不确定,而是随元件6的尺寸而变化。另外,这种锁定不能制止相互转动。
下面参照附图更详细说明本发明,该附图是本发明泵的截面图。
图中1和2分别代表电动机的转子和定子,3是传动轴,4和5是轴承,6是轴承座,7是轴承盖,8和9分别是轴承座和轴承盖外周边上形成的圆槽,10是围绕定子的封壳,11是上述封壳上的内槽,而12是锁定盘簧。
因此,机器包括由转子1和定子2组成的电驱动装置。传动轴3分别支承在上部轴承4和下部轴承5上,上述下部轴承装在轴承座6内,该座具有轴承盖7。该机器还包括密封座和泵座,叶轮连接于传动轴3的下端部。
传动轴3在操作期间受到很强的轴向力,因此重要的是,传动轴应相对于定子2进行正确的轴向锁定。按照本发明,下部轴承5被支承在轴承座6内,该座锁定轴承,制止它向上移动或向侧边移动。轴承座6还具有轴环,轴环的外周缘延伸到定子封壳10。轴承由轴承盖8锁定在轴承座上,该轴承盖压在轴承的下侧,用螺栓固定于轴承座。轴承盖7的外周缘的直径与轴承座上轴环的直径相同。
按照本发明,下部轴承5借助于特殊装置固定于封壳10内的轴承座6上。按照优选实施例,封壳10具有内部环形槽11。在轴承座上的轴环以及轴承盖7的外周缘上分别具有圆槽8和9。这些槽和圆槽共同地在封壳的内侧形成环形沟槽。可以利用该沟槽以下述方式相互锁定部件。
安装部件时,使轴承座6在轴3上滑动,滑动到由轴的肩部确定的位置。然后使轴承座上的轴环外周缘定位于对着封壳10的槽11。在槽11和轴环外周缘上的圆槽8之间形成的环形沟槽或多个沟槽中装入锁定盘簧12,该盘簧具有可弹性形变的横截面。上述弹簧最好被设计成像螺旋簧一样,其两端连接起来,形成一个环,该环的直径基本上与封壳10的内壁直径相同。盘簧12的尺寸使得它可以装入到该沟槽或若干沟槽中。
然后将轴承5滑到传动轴上,将其装在轴承座6内,并压上轴承盖7,使其与轴承的下侧对齐,并用轴向螺栓将其固定在轴承座上。使轴承盖7外周缘上的圆槽9封闭已经插入盘簧的环形沟槽。上述盘簧的尺寸定为它可以充满该沟槽,因此,该盘簧便有效地在轴向方向和径向方向使轴承座和封壳10相互锁定,因而也使轴承和传动轴在轴向锁定。封壳10又压在定子2的四周,这意味着已形成牢固结合的组件。
在不要求极端制造公差的条件下,连接的强度要充分大的条件是,在沟槽中使用的部件必须是弹性的,并同时要具有充分的刚性。因此采用尺寸正确的螺旋簧是理想的解决方案。在锁定簧的压缩应变和弹簧常数之间选择合适的关系可以在一定的公差范围内确保轴承座6和轴承盖7之间的平接接触。。刚性环例如锁定环要求很高的公差,而O形环太软,不能在接头受到高应力时获得足够的强度。涂有弹性材料的刚性环可以用在本发明中,属于本发明的范围。
在上述说明和附图中,优选实施例被说明为是潜水泵的轴承座和周围的定子封壳之间的相互锁定。然而本发明不限于此方面,而是一般地可应用于同轴部件的相互锁定。
本发明范围内的其它实施例可以是将沟槽11分成若干部分。另外的变型例是,只有轴承座一个部件或轴承盖一个部件具有圆槽8或9,或者,接纳盘簧的空间只由槽11形成。按照再一个替代实施例,可以不要槽,而装入盘簧的空间只用轴承座和/或轴承盖上形成的一个或两个圆槽形成。
Claims (5)
1.一种分别在轴向和径向互锁和固定圆筒形部件的装置,该部件特别是一个外侧部件(10)和两个相邻内侧部件(6)和(7),该两个相邻内侧部件具有相同的外直径,该外直径等于外侧部件(10)的内直径,其特征在于,设计为弹簧元件的具有可弹性形变横截面的例如螺簧(12)的锁定环或具有一层弹性材料的刚性环被压缩在最好为环形的沟槽中,该沟槽形成在三个部件(10)、(6)和(7)之间的相交处。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,外侧部件(10)是电动机的定子座;内侧部件(6)和(7)分别是轴承座和轴承盖,上述轴承盖固定在上述轴承座上,该轴承座以及轴承盖具有轴环,该轴环向外伸到定子座(10)。
